After the July 2021 hack of over 14 million customers on Metro by T-MOBILE and T-MOBILE Ive paid for over 4 months of little to no service. I want my money back now! Longtime customer over 5 years who always paid a few months in advance.Cant use internet interactive programs for languages etc. Pages online dont load.Im frequently offline altogether.Cant shop on Amazon or anywhere else. Have to restart phone more than 20X/day to try and study for 2 hours.

I went here in absolute tears this past Sunday after my brand new iPhone shut off within just a few hours of purchasing it. I was an absolute mess and they were getting ready to close. I appreciated that they kept the store open for me to help me out knowing I was on my way. I was so grateful. Once I got in the store, there was a kind lady that was willing to help me out, or at least try. There was another very unpleasant lady not willing to help at all and made sure the other tech knew she could not help me either. It was extremely frustrating. I know that it was late and they were ready to leave- but I felt completely helpless in the moment and they could’ve helped. I went back to Brickyard the next morning where they helped me in a matter of minutes.

I was turned away at 7:40. The lights are on the people are inside and they refusing to take customers because they wanted to go home by 8:00 p.m. . If your doors are open you should allow customers in if not then change the hours on your door. It was some short Latino girl

Stopped by today in order to get my new phone switched over. A very pleasant young lady by the name of Jimary I believe was her name, spent nearly an hour with me if not a bit longer trying to get me up and running. This type of service certainly represents why her name tag said manager. She never got upset while trying multiple times to transfer data. All the while taking questions from her employees /coworkers. Tmobile really needs to keep this one and consider them selves blessed and fortunate.

I read the reviews before I came to this store and I noticed a girl mentioned a few times. As I was talking to a super helpful employee I looked at her name tag and recognized the name. Jimary really was extremely helpful and so sweet. Makes sense other reviewers mention her by name. I was there when an older gentleman came in asking for help setting up Netflix and knew her by name and I thought it was great that even though he wasn’t there for anything other than help they treated him very kindly. I know what store I’m going to for any future needs.

Called ahead to see if they had a flip phone that I could get for my 76yr old mother in law, said they had it but when I got there they made me wait an hour to tell me the 1 they had in a special safe in the back that takes 10 min to open was a demo and they could not sell it to me. Wasted all that time and the lady was rude the whole time.

I switched from -T-Mobile to Verizon because T-mobile wanted $700 down on my IPhone 10 when I upgraded and Verizon didn’t require any sort of down payment. When I switched I logged in to my T-mobile account to see my last bill and pay it. It never showed me a balance or even let me see my last bill. Was never mailed a last bill or anything l. Fast forward 3 months and I now have a collections on my credit from T-mobile. No phone call, no last bill in the mail, no way to see it online just sent to collections. I don’t care about the balance but now I have a derogatory mark on my credit thanks to them. Stay away. Their price isn’t worth the headache you have to go through with them.

My husband went in there and the sales associate Izia told him he could get a free line if he bought one because it was Tuesday. Which wasn’t true. She told him he would be paying $140 every month for 3 lines and a tablet line. Before ending the transaction the bill ended up being $220 a month. So when he told her to cancel the lines since it wasn’t $140 like she said. She told my husband to call himself and cancel the line because she couldn’t. She could cancel it but she wanted her commission. Needless to say, this is why I don’t go into stores. Customer service is soooo much better over the phone.

Just had an awesome experience with the manager, Jimrey (hope I spelled her name correctly). She was extremely nice and super helpful. She explained everything that was happening with our transaction and even hand calculated everything to show us the breakdown of our total. She even went above and beyond to get to know us personally. I would definitely recommend working with her.

The employees at this store are incompetent. I wanted to return an old phone after I had jumped to new phone. They were unable to locate the water damage sticker. While they were looking for the sticker I observe them fail to help every other person in the store due to inability to use the computer or lack of knowledge of services and product. After 35 minutes I left with the old phone, went to another store 1.5 miles to the east and it was a five minute Wham! Bam and I’m done. Avoid this store like it has crab covered plague.

I just spent 2.5 hours dealing with an upgrade issue that is extremely simple, but T-Mobile likes to turn a small situation into a maze. I’m disappointed in T-Mobile because I’ve had them for over 7 years, and their training program lacks consistency. You are almost guaranteed to get a different answer from each person that you speak with. This creates bad experiences for customers and it damages your reputation. It’s 2019, and although you had offer competitive pricing, your customer service lacks delivery and that should be a priority.Thank you for wasting my time tonight.Sincerely,A customer of 7 years

After having a very bad experience at another T-mobile store location, I came to this location to try and get things sorted out. The employees and the supervisor were especially helpful and friendly. I was in and out of the store in short order with everything I required. Very impressed, especially compared to the shady used care salesman-esque service I got from the staff at the Location just off 1300E.

The sales rep. and manager were very cool and easy to get along with, but they flat out lied to me about the new rate plan they put me on.This event was January of 2016. They said my plan of $80 + $10 for each new line would only change to $20 per line and everything else would stay the same. My bill was $175 HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.24/7 customer service was AMAZING and switched it all back for me. I recommend T-Mobile, just not this management. Double check your bill if you have gone here.

Eddie and Ellie (employees) both promised us a $200 credit on accessories with our new Samsung 7 phones, they said we had to pay the sales tax on the accessories and they would credit us the monthly installment payment on each bill. This never happened, I visited them and called them months after each time they apologized and said it would get done. Needless to say, they never did, I called t-mobile and they never heard of that deal, reporting them as a up-sale fraud and nothing happened. Eddie later told me his manager Sergio Jimenez had a stack of contracts on his desk that he was behind on, but it appeared Sergio was going to manually provide credits to buyers accounts. Meaning the deal was never official and he never got around to mine. Dont go here, youll be defrauded, dissatisfied and youll just end up paying more.

Awful! While I was at the store, I had to call customer service to ask what I could do to set me up with a good plan, after I got the account and phone set up, the girl that helped me didnt let me know the plan she put me on or my any info on my new phone, I had to call customer service again to ask, the rep let me know about the unnecessary services they added on my plan! I have a lg g6 I recently found out that my sum card tray was broken I come in here thinking I can get it fixed cause I pay 10 extra a month for insurance but in order to get that fixed I have to pay 120 dollar deductible on it.
