DO NOT GET A VERIZON PHONE PLAN! I wish someone had told me this before signing up. I have a 2 person cheapest unlimited plan. Our bill was 350 for the first month for phones that will NOT work! We have to call tech support once a week because our phones are not working! We are not able to receive any calls. We call and they fix it and then a few days later they stop working. This is the worst service I have ever had and now we are stuck with 2400 dollar phones that we cant even return. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Currently, am on hold with CS right now and have been on hold for 15 mins so far. Also, the service is extremely spotty. It should have been a red flag that the first day in this store we waited for 15 mins and not a single employee greeted us. They were not busy we ended up leaving. We should have went straight to att but my family has verizon and I thought it would be a good service. I will be canceling as soon as possible. And these werent even the only issues we have had with them the issues go on and on. I am so disappointed.Update: after having to call CS 4 times which takes 2 hours each time!! They fix our phones for a day and then they stop working again. At this point we feel like Verizon is scamming us. We are paying over 300 dollars a month. I am missing important calls everyday. I will never get Verizon ever again. I have never been so disappointed by any purchase or service.Update 06/05: now our phones no longer make outgoing calls. We have called CS over 6 times now. They will do nothing. We arent even able to get a refund for our phones and are in a 2 year contract with the phones and cant afford to pay them off and get a different plan.Update 09/04We have been dealing with this for almost 7 months. Verizon has done nothing to fix our phones after being on the phone with them totaling over 20 hours. The last time I called, I demanded refund for the phones, and to speak to a supervisor. The CS agent was very understanding saying that they have noticed we have called so many times and the problem still is not fixed and they would get me a supervisor right away. Then they hung up on me. I called again and waited another hour on hold to get to a person. I told them the same thing and that the last person hung up on me, I asked if they would hang up in me as well they promised they wouldnt. Then as they were transferring me to a supervisor they hung up on me. I have cried so many times because of these stupid phones. Whatever you do dont get verizon! This has been a nightmare and has affected my business and all areas of my life since no one can get ahold of me and we are paying so much for these phones.
This is not just a Verizon Wireless and it is inside of the Costco not outside of the Costco across the street. the staff here is awesome and they are very knowledgeable about any carrier that is available through this kiosk, they are more than willing to help you out just know that they are not Costco employees so they may not know where some of the stuff is inside the store. For that you would want to ask somebody with a red vest. in most cases these guys have better deals than the carriers themselves, they have awesome deals on device protection like screen protectors and cases and sometimes theyll also have some other special accessories they can sell you that are really good as well.

I enjoy Verizon. But my main issue with them is there customer service is a complete joke. There call center and customer support is garbage. I have issues for weeks and they dont fix it.. I come in spend hours over the phone or in person.. What a waste of time period. Over all my service on my phone when working correctly is great but seriously the people working for Verizon are disappointing.
Very polite very nice tried to help with an issue that is still unresolved but he did what he could do.

Buying phones from Verizon is always extremely painful and disappointing and insulting. Specials are deceptive... I hope you read the fine print and then they all have some carefully crafted bundle lines to get you to buy overpriced accessories. I was anxious to get the new Samsung phone and I showed up on the first day. I had been in a few days earlier and asked if the specific model and specs that I wanted would be available and they said yes absolutely. Then I showed up and of course it wasnt available but I could buy a different one and get their special accessories package for only $150 for a phone cover and a few screen protectors etc. I feel bad for the kids that work in their stores having to be trained that way instead of being dedicated to serving their customers needs. It is always frustrating to get my phone from a Verizon store. Im satisfied with their service but I dread buying a phone from them. I ended up leaving and just going to Costco.

Canceling my service with all my accounts and moving back to sprint. Verjzon is no longer the premier wireless provider.

This costco never has chargers and the selection of phones on their small stand is extremely limited. Also the reps they hire do not know what they are selling. I was looking for a new phone the best and they redirected me to an iPhone. Seriously. When the new s9+ had a snapdragon 845 and a 6GB RAM slot. Not to mention the Super AMOLED Screen at over 6 inches. The salesman was retarded.

My phones charger port stopped working, so I went to look into getting a new phone vs having it repaired. They told me I could receive $560 of credit for my old phone, so I went that route. But when I went to turn in the old phone (have to process it online, where there were other problems), the company told me theyd only give me $57 for it. Because of my travel schedule and their website problems it was very difficult to make the 14 day return period, so now Im stuck with a larger bill than I anticipated.
