Fantastic Verizon store. The manager,Daran, is extremely customer focused. I am from out of town and I had some strange messages on my Verizon phone. He found and cleaned the garbage/cookies and taught me what to do next time. He is a great instructor. Want a truly trustworthy cellphone store. THIS IS THE PLACE *****

Well THAT was a great experience. Ask for Daran if you go in - he was calm, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. He helped us with some new phones and plan transitions, and had helpful (but never pushy) suggestions along the way. Really refreshing to have that level of competence - it’s worth driving to this specific store just for that.

Both Daran and Monteray provided excellent service. They were able to correct unresolved account plan update issues that were not previously fixed by online Verizon customer service. I also purchased a new phone with trade-in but had to go out of town prior to Verizon posting the fix on my account so Monterey continued to update me while away with my account resolutions so that I could I pick up my phone upon return from my business trip. I highly recommend this Verizon location if youre looking for an excellent in-store experience.

Great service and quick to help. My recent dealings with their employee Daran was above expectations. They were able to see to my needs and get me out the door in record time.

Monterey is a fantastic customer service person. I was in the store for over 5 hours and she was patient while getting my phone number from Total Wireless. It was a very tough set up. Plus she helped several other customers at the same time.

We walked in with our phone having som card problems and it had no signal. The worker named Daran helped us out even tho we didn’t have some of our info. Overall we got our phone fixed quickly and easily

He knew his stuff. When showing me items he did not give me the price unless I asked. I was in a hurry and I paid $65+/- for a screen protector. I didnt realize it was that much until I recd the receipt via email. I was able to get the business discount though.

Derek/ John H gave me a very hard time at the Verizon store. He made promises in which he did not keep. He promised me that if I bought the iPhone 12 and paid $35 for a steel 360 tempered glass screen protector and $35 for a Gear 4 Battersa case he would throw in a charging brick and wireless charger for free. What where up happening was he charged me $65 for a screen protector and $50 for the case and the accessories were $80 total for both. He then pulled my sim from my iPhone 6s and put it in my 5g iPhone 12 and taped that sim to the box. In the end I still didn’t have 5g, as I was still using my old SIM card. After all of this I noticed that there was a $17 dollar insurance plan on my account that he charged me for. I never disused buying an insurance plan from Verizon, so I have no idea what lead to that. He also told me that I then had a $40 activation fee that was going to be for next month, after I had thought I payed for everything with my phone. He never sent the receipt to the right email and never showed me it. He never showed me pricing before and I thought I was getting a good deal. He is a very nice guy, but was extremely shady. He has a great personality and was very cool. I ended up paying 1,083 to leave with the accessories plus $50 still owed on the phone and a $40 activation fee. I am begging Verizon to take $30 off of my screen protector, as I have since returned all the other accessories. Please reach out to me I would love to talk to the manager

I went here 3 months ago and got a new phone. The guy was nice enough while I was in there but thats the only part of this thats been pleasant. I worked for Verizon for 3 years at one point so when he showed me the new plans they had he explained it to me as keeping my plan the same as it was, from what he was showing me and what I was calculating in my head it wasnt adding up but he pulled it up on the computer and it broke it down there the same as well. The next month I got my bill assuming it would be high from proration of plan change, activation fees, usual things. My bill hasnt dropped from that and everyone is telling me the plan I had is no longer available.

Daniel was a great Rep and he took care of us pretty well and went above and beyond 💯

Really good group of guys here. We were helped by Jermane and Pat and they were very straightforward, answering our questions honestly and helping us save money. Seriously couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Graham was great! Very hospitable, professional, and helpful... and it ended up they didnt have what we were looking for and we didnt buy anything! Will definitely be back for any mobile needs we have.

Graham was so awesome when I came in with an error code on my phone and somewhat panicked. He took time to help pull all my backups and get them started to download. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was so grateful he was so close to my office and and took the time to help me. The past couple of of times I have gone to the Verizon stores I was really dissapointed in the customer service. Not at this store, customer service was great.

Went in this store to get help with my phone and they were really friendly and nice and fast decided to upgrade my phone and they got all my stuff transfered over with no hassle and also got a hum which I didnt even know about which I love it thanks Jermane and Scott for taking care of me.

Was a good experience. Had the products we wanted. Figured out ways to stay in our budget.

I came in to talk to the salesman who lied to me to get the sale and told me that the new service we talked about, which was three times the cost of what he said it would be. Ive been waiting for assistance for an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES now. I have seen him talk on his phone, take another customer ahead of me and disappear into the back to talk to his co-workers. There are 6 people in the store right now other than me and 2 of them are children. To top it all off there is no bathroom. I will never be coming back to this store once this is resolved.

Well I got told I was more less being taken advantage of because the guy that I could hook me up with you Verizon store out there in the mall age was taking advantage of me I got a cheaper now my bill but yeah but everybody has their own opinions

They closed the register early. I called at 8:20 to see if I could get a new sim card, and review my account, and they told me they couldnt help me because their drawer was closed out. With 40 minutes to spare, I dont understand why you would even bother staying at the store, you might as well pack up and go home.Refusing to help me, because Im not going to be buying a phone, or spending enough money to re-open your drawer and make it worth it??

I went to return a hum device because the salesman lied about the price and he claimed I couldnt return it without the box. He claimed there was some number on it he needed. Funny. When I called Verizon they said they would take it and sent me a prepaid envelope. Glad Verizon could handle it since these people apparently couldnt.
