Wow what an incredible facility. Well maintained, clean, and accessible. Storage needs with plenty of options, boxes, great customer service, and rental options to move your stuff anywhere. James, the manager is A+ service and makes sure things are handled well and correctly. Thank you for the excellent service and fair prices.

Staff was really nice to work with. Very professional service. Everyone was doing what they were supposed to. The GM was very helpful and communicative. There was a small issue in the system were I was not able to rent, so the GM took time personally to call with me to the customer service number and was able to get me cleared to rent again. So I had a great experience at this location..

Very secure, climate control, the old Roseville hospital. Adding more units, carts to help, elevator for second floor. Herring and Alyssa were very helpful. Intercoms so you dont have to go all the way back to office, extended hours 5am-10pm access. Card and Access code for entry.Could use better maps for finding your unit. Open bathrooms and water fountains for your convenience.

Employees just don’t care and have no interest in customer service or even greeting at that proving any help.Seems like they are too busy on the computer to acknowledge my presence as the only customer in the store.Sadly, as a monopoly, they are more often than not, the only optionIf you need a job that requires nothing and these guys are hiring, apply here for a definite hire….

Doing it yourself-from “checking in” on the app, to dropping off, you are doing everything yourself, even taking pictures for them. Twenty minutes at each end. Brilliant business model-have the client do all the work so you can bare bones the staff with minimum wage workers. Such a PIA.

Good service they take you to your unit and example how things work like uses your card to get in

We only returned a trailer there, but every time Ive dealt with the staff in this location, they have been especially nice and helpful. Also, from my experience, this is one of the largest most well-stocked U-Haul facilities Ive been to.

I like this location alot, the staff are all nice and they try to help the best way they can.My only issue is they are mostly short staffed with one or two employees doing everything.

Reservation# 22018642 - I was called in the morning after a reservation for over one week and advised that they wouldnt have any trailers; tried calling back and couldnt get through after 30 minutes of wait on hold - when calling one day before, no issues in getting through immediately. Reviewing here because I couldnt review on their website since *they* cancelled the reservation and it doesnt show in their system anymore. Left a second star on and didnt rate it as one star since it may have been a reality that they were having issues getting stock back in to rent out, but its not good that a reservation cant be kept with more than a week of notice. Your honest employees kept a star in your favor.

This place is a joke ! Rude staff the lady named arriola is very rude and needs to be fired! Not good at customer service at all where do they hire these people from.I will not do business here .

Couldnt even get through on the phone, waited forever on the phone on several different days and the waiting music is horrid

Planned a move, 3 weeks in advance, and they did not have the truck or car hauler that they told us they could get. Then tried to say we had to get the truck and hauler from different stores, then when contacting the individual stores they said they dont have the size truck we needed or the car hauler. 2 days prior to the move date! The person at the store said they would not have called to tell us all of this information. We would have showed up, on moving day and had no truck or car hauler! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! HAD TO RENT A PENSKE TRUCK AND CAR HAULER. Got Penske truck rented with car hauler with great ease and customer service. U-Haul WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Imagine if you were moving the next day and had No Truck and No Car Hauler. Lost a customer and I will be sharing my experience with others. Sad, very Sad!

This was the worst experience in a retail setting I‘ve ever had. I had a very bad experience with my trailer rental and I was desperately trying to get help resolve. The manager at this location is so rude, and offered no help, if you have an issue with a rental it’s “to bad” I won’t help you, call a hotline in which no one answers. How does someone like this run a facility? What has happened to U-Haul? Every facility I visit is so poorly run.

Great inventory of trucks and moving supplies. Top rate, clean, efficient

Made a reservation to install a hitch. Came down to get it done. No one knew anything about it and DID NOT CARE!!!!

Reserved truck, arrived and no truck available, plans derailed due to overbooking for business purposes. System needs to be updated for logistical purposes vs businesses purposes.

I received a truck that had a faulty latch and it took 45 min to get it unstuck on top of that the staff 333 sunrise called me sever times about returning the truck when it clearly states I have a 23hr rental that is due back by 8:15 PST yet I felt harrassed bybthis staff .I will think twice about using this u haul location in the future
