Went to t-mobile at the gallery In Roseville California... Fernando helped us ....fantastic love his enthusiasm and very knowledgeable... I highly recommend him...he deserves a raise.... thank you

This location has messed my account twice and pretty much froze my account from upgrading my device. Management does not know what they are doing.

Well 8 stores later, we were finally able to get a SIM card for my husbands new (to him) phone, and get it activated.Thanks to Fernando at the upstairs T-Mobile store in the Roseville Galleria Mall.Ill definitely be going back to this store in the future.

Since they have moved into an actual store I have had a more positive experience than going to the Sprint store over off of Douglas Blvd. I’ve gotten my phone here and had a good experience and yesterday I got an Apple Watch. It was quick they were very thorough and helpful! Although it is a hassle to get into the mall I’d rather go here than the other place!

I was walking in the mall and someone called me from behind and it was someone from sprint(David) and he convinced me to get sprint so I changed immediately from t-Moblie to sprint and I told my family in San Jose in Oakland to change. All the employees are friendly and nice but my favorite is David he is the best! He has great customer service! Thanks 😊😊😊👍👍

Nothing like they said total lies

CAUTION: You will lose your phone if you do business here!We returned our phone on July 29th of 2017, as required by our contract. They said they will send the phone to another facility that collects these phones and provide an email to us as a receipt. It is December 23rd and we are still without any receipt but instead charged $200 for the phone that we no longer have. Ive tried calling several times and the most we got was they havent heard any response yet from the other facility. I asked if I could speak with the other facility and they said that they needed to go through them internally first.This is all starting to look like a scam. Until this is resolved, this review will remain as a single star and we will move to report this location and recommend closure to Sprint HQ.

This kiosk is in the Galleria mall, and I understand that the employees have to engage people who pass by to drum up business. As I passed by, I was insulted by an employee saying I had an inferior phone and that I should get smart. Very rude. Sprint.....youve sold me.
