Initial reaction was lackluster. A salesman greeted me and when I told what I was there for he told me that I was in the wrong place.Cue the eyeroll.When I continued to explain then the faintest glimmer of recognition flickered in his eyes. He turned to his peers and repeated what I just explained to him. A much more competent person took care of me from there. The rest of my experience was pretty positive.

My husband and I have purchased two cars from here and each experience was great. The sales people dont push you into anything. If there is an issue, they are great about fixing it. I went in there knowing exactly what I wanted and they showed it to me. I never felt pressured into making a purchase. I worked with two sales people, and they were both friendly and professional. I will come back in the future.

Nestor was a wonderful salesman, not pushy at all but definitely kind and patient. The entire staff was very hospitable as we waited for the paperwork to process while they were starting to close up for the night. I wouldn’t even give 1 STAR but you have to to leave a review! I have brought several cars from Hertz. I highly recommend NEVER going to Roseville location. The customer service was the worse service I have ever had! If you do go here work with Jessie he is nice. My husband and I got preapproved for a civic Honda for my daughter we live over 2 hours from the location. I spoke to mangers several times we wanted to buy the car. I told them we were driving up to buy it. They kept saying they couldn’t hold it! I wasn’t asking them to hold it I was buying it! An hour in the drive they call me and tell me someone is test driving the car and I could pull over and wait to see if the person bought the car! Are you serious the worse customer service ever!!! We didn’t pull over we turned around drove to our Honda dealer my daughter now has a 2019 Brand new car!! As we were signing paperwork at Honda I got a text from Roseville Hertz the people that test drove the car weren’t able to get approved! That’s karma for your bad customer service! If you want to buy a car from Hertz go to Hayward, Santa Clara, or San Francisco, they are in different group then Roseville and their customer service is excellent.

I love the no haggle policy. The no negotiable price actually made our experience better at Hertz Car Sales. Eric helped us and they have a lot of used cars with good prices. Very competitive and way cheaper than buying a car at a dealership. They offer 12 month or 12k miles warranty if you buy from them. We spent at least 2 or 3 hours total (test drive and paperwork)there and it was the most pleasant car-buying experience that I have ever had.

We loved it because we bought a beautiful Kia Sorento. The salesperson was great his name was Jonathan. The finance manager was named Chris he did did a great job too. Id recommend Hertz Car Sales Roseville in a heartbeat.

*OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARES!!!*Im a Northern Nevada resident who called the Roseville CA location six days ago to discuss financing a used car from this dealership. Got out there to find out theyre cash only if youre an out of state customer. So Dear Hertz, grow a brain and send your people a memo. How hard is that?! Even the salesman didnt know about this recent policy change until we were starting the purchase process today. What a joke. I will never attempt a business transaction of any sort with Hertz again.

The no haggle prices made it easy,just pick out the car and then simple paperwork. They even got me great financing from a local credit union. Not much waiting around juat the time to type up the paperwork.

We went to Hertz in Roseville (from Nevada) to buy a certified used car. The staff is nice and we completed the transaction in about 5 hours. We reviewed the cars they offered on line first and also called to make sure the car we wanted was still there. We took a test drive with one of the staff. Their selection of cars was pretty good.

Bought a great car here back in 2014 but was sold on to purchasing an extra warranty for an extra $2000. The salesman at the time assured me that if I didnt use the warranty at all it would get refunded when my car reached its 7year or 100k miles on the car from the date I purchased. Luckily my car has been good to me and I have passed the 100k mark with no issues and had no use for the mechanical warranty, thanks to it being a Toyota. Of course once I paid off the car and gave them a call about what the initial saleman told me I would get refunded if the warranty wasnt used at all, they tell me the opposite . That I pretty much paid an extra $2000 for nothing. If I knew that, you think I would have made use of $2000 actually really going towards my car instead of an empty promise. I guess it sucks for me, but I will not be buying my next car through Hertz again. Might as well go to the dealership next time at the price I paid for my car .

Bought a car as they were hands-down the cheapest for a dealership. Customer service was mediocre at best. Salesman seemed barely half interested in selling us a car.Got conflicting info from the financial guy and salesman in regards to warranty and it ends up the salesman was incorrect about telling us the factory warranty was still good when it wasnt.Final straw was only one key. When asked about a second, was told we can buy one. I know all cars come with two keys when new, and the car we bought was a single owner 2017 model so I see no reason why it didnt have two keys. When we pushed the issue, we were told its stated on their website that only one key is provided. We didnt buy from a website, we bought from a salesman at a physical location so how could we have known as the salesman failed to tell us this to start with.Overall, while their pricing was good, their service makes me not want to go back again.

I went there with the personal assurance of the condition of a car. It wasnt even close to what was described. The showroom area was nice and was like a new car showroom.I will never recommend this place to anyone. Lying to a potential customer is bad form, and in a strong economy it is just plain stupid. Far too many other places to shop. Dont waste your time, go anywhere else.

Hertz in San Francisco... with 2K less miles and only 700 dollars more... so we werent entirely put out and we got what we wanted. Hope things are well with your family, Kelly! Weve purchased from this location and they are very easy to work with, dont let rental return spook you, you can find some nice packages on the cars and save yourself the new-car depreciation hit. For instance, our last car purchased was a 2013 Chevy Cruze, very low miles, a rental return, but it was loaded with heated leather seats, full MyLink 7 infotainment system and tinted rear windows. Give them a try and youll also find its not a pressure sale, either. Very painless.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service. Can’t stand on their own word. Got way better deal than their biased offer. Also, you guys made me think I cant buy it or deserve it, guess what? I got Mustang from somewhere else next day. So You are the one losers

My experience with the sales/financing team was great, but the technicians there are complete morons. They removed a nut from my battery terminal during the inspection and forgot to put it back on! This wasnt just any nut either, its a special one that is apparently impossible to find or even order. Now I have to have my whole battery terminal replaced.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra less than 6 months ago from Hertz. I didnt particularly care for my salesman because when I asked him a question his reply was always I dont know I think the Mgr. and/or assistant mgr.s should shadow their sales people on occasions. Voltage on battery went bad 2 months after purchase. Hertz did take care of it. The repair shop behind them is not affiliated w/Hertz them selves; however, Hertz uses them for their service. The man at repair shop said he was replacing it with a new battery. I signed one paper & took copy of an invoice home to realize the invoice stated they put a used battery in. ????. Im having a front brake issue as of two weeks ago. Its intermittent so Im aware their in the process of wearing down, out probably soon which I will not b happy if they dont fix due to the fact that when u pay over 10,000 for a newer 2 yr. old car I feel these used dealerships should cover parts & labor for the brakes, not just engine & trany for a year. Mayb they do. i will let you all know soon.

Supposed to meet salesman there. He never showed up. Another salesman said he could assist me in looking at used cars. He was impatient. When I looked at a car and did not like it for some reason and asked to.look at another car he showed disgust because he now had to go get another set of keys. I decided this was not the place worthy of my money and left never to come back. The original salesman called me a week later and wanted to know when I was going to come back. I told him never and explained to him why.

We love our car but salesman was not very friendly and we were preapproved still took 3 hours our salesman was on his phone most of the time never offered coffee or anything he told us we will have 2nd key in 1 week my wife called ronnie that was our salesman 3 times 2 get our key he never called her back so she called the manager he said our key been here for 3 days Thanks for keeping us waiting Ronnie we have brought 3 cars now from Hertz the last two from Hertz on Fulton sac they are more professional got us coffee and a soda next year we are getting a new car 4 my wife we r going to Hertz on Fulton never go to roseville again

If your buying a car make sure you get everything before hand i not only purchased a car out the day I went in but I was told I was receiving two keys signed my paperwork (stating the car had two keys and they would be giving me two keys ! Lies falls information on contract!!!! the gentleman that helped me said he would have a key for me in a week lied trieng to get them to call me back was the worst and manager didn’t seem to car either everyone I spoke to pushed me off . Well that’s sad never did get key and first one had issues after 2nd week and had to pay for it myself. Well looking to purchsse another car for our family i am taking my business else were lost mine and friends family business.

This was by far the worst service I have ever received from a supervisor . Because Hertz was not able to abide by their own policy that they stated and I have a copy of, I called to correct their mistake. Mind you I spoke to a kind representative Eric, but because he needed authorization form a supervisor I was transferred to Randy. Apparently I should have came in because after he rudely informed me that he has customers so I would need to come in to speak to him because he doesnt have time to talk on the phone. So instead of doing his job that he is getting paid for her would rAther be lazy and not speak to me over the phone. I will never rent from this location, apparently its the customers fault that they were charged twice for a month rental. I will dispute with my bank, but I do advise anyone whom attempts to rent from here to verify your credit card ND make sure you never come in contact with Randy Brown the supervisor. I will be contacting their corporate office and making a statement on the B.B.B. Once again I will like to show appreciation to Eric. He is a very kind and knowledgeable associate that on my opinion should be the supervisor considering he knows the first thing about being a great employee, and its listening to the customer. Thank-you Eric
