We got our car from their dealership and the car is like brand new, clean title with low mileage and the best price in the market and also he got us the lowest interest fee and probably the best deal we ever had on a car. The guys were friendly and polite, and reached out over text, call, and email after I used their contact form. Car was almost exactly as described, and they were able to take a deposit so I could fly cross-country to check it out for myself and buy it. Very happy with the experience.

Bought a car from this dealer. Experience was pretty painless, pricing was transparent, and the car in good shape (even after a post purchase inspection). I cant say I got an amazing deal on the car, but the price was fair enough for this crazy used car market. They let me test drive it without giving me a hard time (some dealers arent so good at this!), and they got the one minor issue I had with the car fixed a few days after I bought it. Im not a huge fan of dealers, but theyre nice guys - would go back. The usual caveats apply of course. If youre not mechanically minded get a PPI, check the Carfax, etc. Ill update this review if I have some future issue or experience with them, but for now 5/5.

Auto King lies so freaking much. I make a 30 minute drive for a Range Rover thats advertised online as I write this review. When I get to this business, no one can be found. On Google and Yelp, the hours say they close at 5 but they apparently closed at 4:30 when I got here. Then I walk around and theres an employee. I asked him why is he closed ilthe business 30 minutes early and where is the car that is advertised online. The employee says the car is not here but then keeps changing his story. He says the car is on another lot or the car just sold today or the car just sold this week. Then I get a little annoyed because naturally a customer shouldnt have to do a 30-minute drive to a business only for them to lie and change their story. I ask him to let me talk to his boss because the ad is still online & this false advertisement is incredibly frustrating. He says he has no contact information of his boss. I asked him if he really does work here. He replies yes he works here but he has no contact information for his boss here. He continues to lie. Then I told him that if he does not let me talk to his boss about his boss lying about a certain vehicle being at his dealership which is not here, an oldest dirty trick in the book to get people in & the saying, oh that car just sold, plus the business closes early whenever they want. He replies that I have to call the dealership before I stop by to look at the cars. I told him that is not how a business should be run. We shouldnt have to call a business prior to stopping by, only to ask them if they have a product that theyre still advertising that they do. This is one prime example why used car dealerships get a bad name. When a customer challenges a little, Auto King starts lying, even before the customer has made a purchase. I was a cash buyer but obviously the dealership prefers lying, rather than running an honest business. Thank God I didnt buy anything here.

Worked with Kevin and Ali to buy my used 2006 Mustang GT. It was a seamless process. They offered a fair price, were very patient to answer all of my questions and concerns (as a Mustang Enthusiast, Ive been looking for two years for the perfect Mustang GT so Im very picky) and I drove it off the lot.Left my V6 mustang for a few days at the lot to drive the mustang GT, and they detailed it front to back for free.I discovered after a few days that the mustang GT home that the Emergency Brake cables were seized so the rear brakes would not disengage--there was a constant light contact that was affecting acceleration and mpg. Auto King took ownership and had it repaired in a few days.I definitely would buy from them again.

Bought a 09 RX8 from them, had steering issues and they fixed it for me and i bought it a week later. Loved it, these guys do purchase auction cars sometimes so make sure you bring a car guy or two. Also make sure to check the electronics in the cars sometimes, mine had some weird wiring solutions in it but I also know they dont strip off all the panels to make race cars either. Great place bring a car guy with you, when my rx8 blows up ill prob buy from yall again. Wow, great guys! My husband and I have been looking for a truck, with reasonable pricing and mileage! Auto King had, hints had now we have it! Everything went smooth, the guys there answered all of our question, you think thats cool, how about this after we paid a deposit to hold the Truck for us, there was rude person trying to buy the Nissan Titan and the honorable men here at King Auto KEPT there word and told the other customer that they could not sell it to the rude person May I say was very persistent THANK YOU GUYS AT AUTO KING!

I texted this business about a vehicle the previous night. a specific vehicle. they asked me when i was coming in and i said around noon. i get there a bit later (i was hung up at work) and arrived around 5:30. i ask about the car and he says that they lent it to somebody. then proceeded to tell me that he didnt have a set appointment for me to come see the car. they had another almost identical car that they could have lent the person but instead lent the car i had just messaged them about. super frustrating. get it together.

I recently bought a 2007 Dodge Charger RT from this dealership (less than 3 months ago) and it was something that has come to be an expensive purchase. The reason for that is that I had to replace the radiator 3 weeks into my purchase because it was cracked. Thats not even the worse part the other thing with this is that they had supposedly changed the tires on my car to some used ones but in reality all they did was clean up the tires so well that they looked good. I had to spend 500 on new tires. The other messed up part of the car is that the battery died after 2 weeks of use which at first wasnt a big deal for me but when the radiator had to be replaced it made me start to wonder what else was wrong. The most recent thing I just had to deal with is having to replace my piston heads because they didnt work and did not have any pressure on it. Thats an expensive part to replace because that part ranges from 300+ because this engine is very expensive to fix. The part that made me the most mad is that when I had went to look at the car they showed me paper work of the so called done professional work to the car and had it inspected. That was a total joke because I brought my mechanic over to take a look at the pistons but when he was changing and inspecting the spark plugs they hadnt been changed in a while because they are black and looking pretty ugly. The mechanic I brought over told me that they only changed the front ones because the back spark plugs are difficult to take out if the person is an amateur. I hope everyone gets a chance to look for other dealerships before choosing this one otherwise the problems that I am facing could happen to you. Overall this was a very disappointment purchase because of all the issues that I had to deal with that couldve been avoided if they had ACTUALLY INSPECTED THE CAR like they said that they did.

We found this dealer thru our USAA app. My husband is a Veteran and it was time to retire his Metro. We purchased a Mini Cooper and couldnt have been more pleased with the overall experience. We actually drove down from Oroville, about an 1hr 30min. We really didnt find anyplace that had decent used cars till we found Kevin and his brother. They let us take the car out and drive it around town and took their time answering our questions with no pressure. If youre in the market for a decent car at a fair price go see them. These guys are great!

Bought a truck from them a couple months back. Staff is friendly. The pricing was reasonable and they were willing to negotiate. All I would say is to make sure you finalize all your paperwork at time of purchase. Had a small problem with them in terms of that. But otherwise the vehicle I bought is running great.

Stopped by today to see financing options possibly purchase new car. Kevin took the time to educate me and recommend the best steps to purchase a car while improving my credit, and getting the best deal all around. Its rare to get that kind of genuine customer service, especially when it was pretty obvious I wouldnt be purchasing a vehicle today. I WENT TO LOOK AT A 06 ACURA TL PICTURES LOOKED GOOD BUT AT CLOSE UP CAR LOOKS LIKE IT NEVER GOT A SAFETY INSPECTION, TIRE WERE WORN OUT, VIBRATION AT HWY SPEEDS BRAKE SHIMMY COMING TO A STOP P/S FRONT WIDOW DIDNT WORK PROPERLY, OVER SPRAY IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, FRONT AND REAR BUMPER PAINT DID NOT MATCH THE BODY OBVIOUS SINGS THAT THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE AT ONE POINT THIS WAS IN A MAJOR ACCIDENT BUT FOR SOME REASON THE CAR FAX WAS NOT SHOWING. .

Good honest people. I bought a 2005 Nissan Altima with a little over 100K miles from there for a good price. I have driven the car to Sacramento and back to Stockton a few times. Driven it to LA back to Stockton and nothing has went wrong. When I first got it they did need to put a door handle on it. But I came back a few weeks later and they put it on as promised. They dont answer the phone all the time but thats understandable with a car lot. I also had problems with getting money off my card and they were willing to work with me and thats awesone. Will definitely be getting my next car there.

I bought my BMW 3 series from this location about a month ago and had the best experience ever. Like a lot of people, I was hesitant about buying a used car from a used car lot. I went to check out their lot and the staff, specially Kourosh, were very helpful. From the very beginning he was so up front and honest about the purchase. He informed me that two of the tires need to be replaced soon. Also the price that I got is much better than what I could have found buying from a third party on craigslist.I will go back again to sell my Honda. The price that they offered me is very reasonable.

Had purchased a Chrysler 300C from these guys and seems they held back more than they let on with the car I purchased, they may have pulled one over on me but I urge people who seek these guys to be warned that the cars may have more problems than what is shown in the car facts and what they tell you in person.

My mom and I got a car loan from this place for a used car.The loan was modest but within 6 weeks the cars odometer,spedometer,gas gage and other things stopped working.We called the car lot and they avoided our calls and would not call back.They are younger middle eastern men that run this completely shoddy business.We are now facing 5000 dollars of repairs after the loan and fighting them and the bank.They are dishonest and misrepresent the vehicles to make a quick buck and ruin peoples lives.My mother took everything she had saved and now cant get it back as of yet.Not to be trusted!
