My wife went in for a check engine light. They told her that it would be a 30 minute fix. She sat there for 2 hours. Never offered a discount for the bill or even a future discount on a future service.Sells department when we bought the vehicle was very good. Other than a guy named Elvis on a previous service issue I would not recommend them for anything.
Abigail is the best and the shop Forman has impressed me to no end. My 95 Pontiac was down for 6 weeks, had it looked at by 2 other mechanics and 875$ of repairs, still wasnt running.Took it to Reliable and these 2 had it diagnosed in 24 hours, up and running in 48.Thank you for your years of experience expertise and honest service. Im now a long term customer.

This was definitely the best service experience that Ive had with this dealership since I bought my car there. My service technician diagnosed my problem quickly and was able to get it done by 1:30pm so that I could pick up my son from school on time. I also really appreciated that my technician checked in with me several times during the day and kept me apprised of timelines and cost. So much less stressful than having to call and track someone down to get an update.

He even helped me receive my GMC reward credits to apply toward the service bill.I had real difficulty operating the GMC app to gain my reward credits. GMC needs to look at a redesign of its app.

Ive always had great experiences with Reliable GMC but my most recent interaction with Ken and Porter in the service department went well beyond my expectations. Ken agreed to take in my Chevy Colorado to diagnose an ongoing engine performance issue when the service department I had an appointment with didnt have the guts to take a stab at it. (I wont name them here but you can guess based on it being a Chevy) No appointment but Ken said hed do the best he could. In less than a day Porter (technician) diagnosed the problem, had it corrected and had me back on the road for a very fair price. Couldnt be happier, which is par for the course with this dealer. This place had the worst customer service. They were unable to offer any suggestions for alternative options and were rude. When I called to complain about how I was treated I was again treated rudely over the phone. There is no such thing as customer service any longer.

As I was looking for a truck to buy I went four different times and test drove four different trucks and every time I went I never felt pressure from any of the team to hurry and buy. I went to different dealerships and every time I went they would try to get me to buy before I left. This is the reason I went back to Reliable. The buying process was cut and dry and easy. When I get my next truck I am definitely going back.
Did not find the leak that my car has. Over talked me when trying to explain the issues. Did not check my airbag light for recalls. I felt very dismissed by the person assigned to help me.

I have had more frequent trip to Reliable Buick GMC recently. Because they fix things need repair but disable something else in my way out. And that requires me to get ready for my next quick visit. I will switch my service center maybe to another Cadillac nearby shop.Update: Three days after I left this review. I got a call from my service rep in Reliable GMC. He reviewed the issues with me together, and asked me to run some diagnostic test. If not fixed then I need to have them look at it in the shop. Hopefully it is a fix.
I have leased consistently from this dealership for 25-30 years. When my lease was up this time; I didnt hesitate to drive 18 hours to handle my new lease with Reliable. I had relocated to Southern California several months prior to my lease expiring. Gary (Internet Sales) and Walt (General Manger), have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make my leasing experience pleasant and stress-free. I know for a fact that they worked their tails off, behind the scenes, to make it feel that way to me. I am extremely well versed and knowledgeable with the car business. I visited multiple GMC dealerships and Reliable was the best. Thompson’s, Silveira, and Elk Grove did not give a good deal at all. I even considered John L. Sullivan’s Chevrolet who pressured me into submitting a credit app. Daryl at Reliable is knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to help me in ordering my truck. I decided to order one just for me and it was an easy process. Unlike other GM dealerships, I honestly felt no pressure at Reliable and Daryl treated me with complete respect and helped to get the exact vehicle I wanted. I find that most salesmen tend to be disingenuous, but not Daryl. Reliable GMC happens to have core values posted which reflects their expectations of employees. I tend to be a good judge of character and I believe that Daryl lives up to each of these. In particular, Daryl is outstanding in the core values of honest, trustworthy, resourceful, easy to talk to, respectful, and reliable.While I know that Daryl would have been just as happy to sell me a truck that was already on the lot, he respected my decision to order a truck to my exact specifications. Another dealership in the North Bay told me I wouldn’t be able to order the Carbon Pro edition until next year. Daryl made sure to help me to get it since that was important to me.Daryl also was very respectful during the deal. I brought my dad along who wanted to see the new truck and ride off the lot with me. During the negotiations, my dad and were talking over the deal on the table and Daryl realized we were talking and excused himself so we could speak privately. I found this to be very professional and showed his integrity, maturity, and respect for his customers.I’d also like to recognize Sean who also answered questions when I called, answered them, but then deferred back to Daryl. I also found this to be professional and I admire how each salesman respects each other’s sales.Many businesses put up their core values or beliefs that sound good on paper, but they don’t stand behind what they say. It is very obvious that Reliable GMC stands behind their core values and won’t settle for anything less. At Reliable GMC, I felt welcome, relaxed, I was treated as an equal, and I felt that I was well taken care of. Have owned a Buick for 3+ years. I bought used from the Chevy dealer next door, and took it there originally for the couple of free services included with the vehicle. The Chevy guys were not fun to work with. Damaged my vehicle and wanted to charge me to fix it, wouldnt do anything but the bare minimum, and continued trying to upsell me on everything.Fast forward and take my car to GM Specialties to get a GM-specialized car mechanic nearby. They want to charge me an arm and a leg ($800) for a $60 part. And they charge me $150 to inspect.Take my car to this Buick location, and they not only take care of the entire issue for 1/10 the price of a third party mechanic, but they for free take care of a rattling noise in my car door, fix the issue that the Chevy dealer next door caused, AND did an oil change for cheaper than the independent guys and Chevy. UNREAL.Ill be taking all my GMC cars to this location as long as this level of service and price competitiveness continues. Never thought Id be taking my car to the dealer for service - always thought it was overpriced. I was so wrong.
They always say you need this or that and its going to cost many hundreds. They never explain why you need something and most importantly (for a customer to trust them) is to show the customer what the old stuff looked like. i.e. I just had plugs and wires replaced for their 100 K recommendation. They did not show me the old plugs. as a matter of fact they started the day by locking my keys in the car. I mean they are nice enough just not informative enough and treat you like you a chunk of money coming in the door rather than a person trusting their car to them.

I began by emailing the general mailbox re a GMC AT4 they showed as available online and let them know I would be there Monday morning to look and hopefully purchase the truck. Luis Dorante called me Monday morning at 8:15am to let me know the truck had a few extra things (lift and tires) he didnt want to be a surprise. I did not want those things so asked Luis to call me when they got another one in. He called Friday morning and said he got the truck I wanted in late Thursday evening. I drove from Santa Rosa, CA to Roseville, met Luis and purchased the truck. It was the best and most effortless experience purchasing a vehicle Ive ever had. Luis had me back on the road in a total of 2 hours in a brand new GMC AT4. Thank you Luis and the rest of the team for such an easy transaction. I will be back in a couple years to get another one.

Today was our first time visiting Reliable. I was dreading car shopping knowing we were getting ready to face the usual pressuring sales people! I didnt feel that way at all today! David, from sales was easy going and great to deal with. Paul in finance was pretty cool and we felt like he took good care of us. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I dont think they cleaned the car as good as they could have. Overall, I would recommend them.

We did not appreciate the strong upscale tactic. This along with previous concerns dating back to the purchase of the vehicle, including part purchases is why we discourage our friends and family from engaging in any business with Reliable. Our concerns have consistently been met with wanton disregard.

I took my truck in for the third time to have the same window issue fixed. This time when I left I realized the passenger window no longer would roll down with the passenger controls and the passenger door no longer opens from the inside. So, not only did the problem not get fixed for the third time but something else was broken in the process. Turned my truck into a passenger death trap. So, I will be wasting my time and money to go back for a fourth time.

Just picked up my keys and left. Great experience.

To me, the price is what got me there but to be honestly if I dont like the salesman, I wont buy because I wont trust anything he is telling me. The seller at Roseville Keith Thompson turned my thoughts as a Car Salesman. He didnt waste any of this time trying to impress me with the vehicle, there was absolutely NO PRESSURE at all, I honestly had no red flags that got my mind thinking this was a bad choice, but most importantly I met a new friend. If I could have put 0 stars I would have, but it will not allow it. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If they don’t like what you have to say the service manager will just hang up on you. Of course I was angry but I didn’t cuss I tried to keep it professional as I could. They had agreed to a price and now they refuse to honor it. They told me I need to call gmc myself to haggle with them over how much they would cover for a new radiator that broke when the truck was only 5 years old starting leaking after month 3 they said they would cover half 3 years ago but I couldn’t afford the repairs at the time. Now they say if I want the same pricing I need to call gm myself. If you like good customer service avoid this place at all costs. If this was my company I would be appalled at how the service manager treated my customers. I have owned gmc trucks for the last 30 years but now this has me rethinking my brand.

Went to co-sign for my son on a new vehicle and had amazing service! I’ve felt with a lot of dealers and all of the have been nothing like these. Nothing can compare! Sami was just a great guy! I will admit I was anxious to get back to finance dept. but that was only because of all the hell we have been threw when buying our past cars at other places. We get to fiance and everything we had talked about was on are agreement nothing more added so no reason to argue. We were not pushed into adding on any of our adding such as extended warranty. But the way is crazy pricy but we have been to enough dealers to know and when we told them how that was way to much he did work out the price. I recommend this place.
