Awesome people to work with. Frank and Jose not at once I felt been pressure about purshasing a car there. Even know the bank was closed that day they were able to give me the car I wanted 2006 3 series 300ci beautiful car. They took a chance not having a respond from the bank till the next day but I already had signed the paper. I will recommend this place any day. I need it a spare key and Frank the owner told me that he had already order one from EBAY to come by the shop when arrived and they will program it for me no charge. What a welcome and awesome experience there. Thank you guys. No problem returning to this place. 😃

I was working with a small budget. My expectations had been dwindled by terrible dealer interactions/experiences, hundreds of searches for vehicles on the web, vehicles that were just burdened with problems upon test drive and/or inspection. Not to mention way overpriced everywhere I looked!I took a left onto 5th street off of Riverside, and saw what became to be a HIDDEN GEM of a dealership..Honest, fun, and fair staff.My experience was beyond all my expectations. And the vehicle I purchased an added bonus.THEY ARE READY WHEN YOU ARE!

Terrible. Customer service. I was planning on spending $12k cash on a luxury vehicle and paid $300 dollars for the inspection. I showed it to the salesperson, who miraculously produced a car fax (told myself and a fiend he dint have one). I made him a reasonable cash offer (over $2k top of kbb) on a vehicle that needed over $5k worth of work. He acted like I was offering him pennies. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied; he kept me waiting and I had planned to drive away. Please be wary of their vehicles and have pre~inspections done...your wallet will thank you later.

I’m located in Montclair,Ca ..I spoke with Jose over the phone about purchasing a vehicle and that I wanted to drive it back home which is a 6 hour commute..Once I arrived to the dealership and inspected the vehicle everything was perfect just like Jose explain over the phone. Even the rest of the employees were very nice and helpful .Considering a 6 hour drive home the vehicle drove home like a champ, felt very strong, durable and a really smooth ride .

I came down to look at a 06 non turbo subaru because hed said the day before that if i liked the 06 hed make the financing happen. The first thing he said to me today when i got there was that i would have to get a loan via a credit union. If he hadnt lied about the financing I wouldnt have bothered to go down and look at the Car. 1 star for not being honest.

The whole experience was very nice. I drove from SF to look at the BMW (that I ended up buying) and experienced a very chill, no-pressure attitude of Jose. I felt assured that I am buying a quality vehicle, but without any sales pitches. Very nice. Strongly recommend to anybody!

First time car buyer, first time ever applying for any type of credit, only to find out someone has used my Social Security number & my credit had been red flagged & frozen.I needed a car and these guys made it happen, even with this identity theft mess! It took a few days & a few extra steps on my part to prove who I am, but I got financed with their help & connections, taking the time to work with my awful situation, when everywhere else denied me. I have spent endless hours of research trying to find the right car for me. Got in an accident and missed my BMW so I was in the market for a luxurious, sporty and affordable vehicle. Too many options out there, too many cars. I test drove one of their cars, was pleased but needed to be patient in my decision. They agreed that I take it to my mechanic for inspection when I called them a few days later. They helped me drop it off as I was at work and after getting the blessing from my mechanic I went ahead with the purchase. Smooth and headache free experience. While we didnt buy a car afterall, we were impressed with their pleasant sales manners over the phone. They wanted to make sure we saw and drove the car before we bought it to make sure we were 100% happy with it. It was a nice car but after checking on the engine, we decided a different car would be better for us. So we had to change dealers. My daughter goes to UC Davis near the dealer. She needs a car for summer school so I told her to go test drive the car she saw on the website.She was little nervous as first time to test drive a car without her parents. It is a big task for her. I enoucraged her to go just check it out. I gave her a budget and she make an appointment.She made and offer little less than asking price. The owner, Frank, laughed at it. While she was talking to him, there was a phone call. He answered and replied to the caller he will finish in 5minutes then he can call back.My daughter was upset and of course didn’t buy the car.As a parent, I want him to know that he LOST one potential customer and likely all her friends at school and her sorority members.I wish he could treat young customers different way. Hopefully he will treat them with good respect in the future.Mother of UC Davis student

Bought a 2001 bmw 325ci. I paid sticker, was charged 150.00 for a key that doesnt work. supposed 1 owner car that only has 1 key? I had to replace the brakes and rotors right off the bat. anyway I told one of the two (I never got their names) that I could get a spare key online.He told me if I do that I still have to have it programmed. so he sold me a 54.00 key for 150.00, ..turns out he DOESNT know how to program it and says I have to pay a locksmith. im too old to worry with them, but I wouldnt recommend doing business with these 2.

Hi, here is my experience with these guys; for two months I have been looking to buy a 2006 to 2009 Audi A4 which is all wheel drive. I gave them a call, hoping they would find me the right vehicle with the right options. At the time they had just brought in a very nice Chevrolet Camaro which I was extremely tempted to buy but I needed the Quattro for my winter ski trips. It took them two months to find me the car, honestly thank you guys so much for being patient with me (I turned down two Audis because they did not have all the options I needed such as sun roof and heated seats) I am a picky shopper and was not ready to buy as my downpayment was not complete. Long story short, I end up financing my dream Audi A4. They took care of getting me the best interest rate and hooked me up with a good warranty company. I have been driving it daily and put 3k on it so far so good. Thank you guys, great car buying experience - really changed my perception of a used car lot reputation and sales people. I shall recommend Roseville auto plaza in the future.

First impressions go long ways. I only came back to this lot because I simply was turned off by the way I was being pushed around and pressured by other dealers. The reputation precedes car dealers from miles away and I only came to leave a review here to help these genuine guys out. They worked hard to finance me (got 5.99 apr) and I already had an open car loan. I love my mercedes sooo much. Thank you guys again, I will be back as agreed for the brand new tires this month.Rach
