Car buying can be a love/hate process. I had been looking for a vehicle for several months. I finally found the right car, at the price I wanted to spend. I made an appointment to test drive the car with Anna. (Who was AMAZING) When arriving at the dealership I was greeted right away. The car was parked in the front of the dealership ready for me to view and test drive. Anna was a really great listener, I told her all the things, I was looking for in a car. The best part of my car buying experience was, everyone I talked with at the dealership. Everyone was truly authentic, they really cared about my experience. Wow, at a car dealership! I did have to get a car loan, I couldnt have been happier with that process. I had a few, personal wants. I wanted, gap insurance, a longer warranty all of which they were able to put together for me at a good cost. I was never pressured, and give multiple choices for the types of car loan I wanted to take. I feel very confident in my car purchase, my car came with a 4000 mile or 90 day warranty at 100% coverage, before my longer warranty starts. This was the best car buying experience I have had in my life time, and I have purchased my fair share of π cars/trucks/RVs

Auto Nation had the exact Honda Pilot Touring that my wife was looking for. It was the right color and had all the desired features. We drove to Roseville prepared to trade in her 2016 Pilot but did not expect to actually make the deal in the same day. Nate provide premier customer service and we were able to negotiate and agreeable price for the new car and trade-in value for our current car. We arrived at 2pm and drove at 5:15pm in our new car. Best car buying experience EVER! I will never purchase a car anywhere else. Never once felt pressured, no back and forth higher deposit games or higher payment games and no sleazy salesman feel. Everyone was so kind, there was no pressure, no games and in and out.
The process of buying the vehicle I purchased was great but donβt buy the extended warranty! In May of this year I was involved in a collision that resulted in my vehicle being declared a total loss. As my warranty was not yet in use, I was entitled to a refund. After submitting the required paperwork, I was told by a finance associate named Cole Chambers that it could take upwards of 8 weeks for me to receive a check in the mail. After 8 weeks pass and my check still doesnβt arrive in the mail, I emailed Cole to let him know I still hadnt received the check. His response was that the check was never sent out and that he would escalate the issue to his manager. Another 8 weeks pass and I still hadnβt seen a check. I write Cole another email and this time he fails to respond. I show up to the dealership 2 weeks later and demand to speak with the manager. A middle aged blond haired man shows up (I forget his name), who tells me, after obtaining my information, that the check was sent to Honda Financial Services. I am now, almost 5 months later, still trying to speak with somebody from Honda Financial Services to get them to resubmit the check. I can imagine that when somebody finally picks up (hold times are longer than 40 minutes) they will tell me that it will take another 8 weeks for me to receive a check in the mail! This is absolutely unacceptable and beneath the reputation of a company like Honda.
I was searching for a 2015 or 2014 Honda Ridgeline, and I found 3 vehicles, 2 were in Reno and both dealers refused to even run my credit...probably because they were using it to bait and switch.So I found a very nice black 2014 at AutoNation Honda in Roseville, California, and submitted my information online and Joe L immediately texted me and emailed me, no high pressure just following up on my inquiry. I told him that I had a trade in and what could he do together with my down payment...he had the finance manager send me an email giving me my payment options and asked me if I wanted the option to sign the form and email it back. So I did..due to the heavy snow storm between us, they were very patient and took it off there lists as being available. Yes, I purchased the 2014 Black Honda Ridgeline Sport from them and Ive already referred 2 people to Joe L. I have another great car from this dealership. πThis is my 5th with them. I really value their honesty regarding a deal we can come to. They will work with all your requests and keep looking for the car/or SUV you would really like, rather than try and sell you another vehicle that is easier for them to find. Excellent communication on this part, where other dealerships just drop the ball when I mention my color preference. I always drive away very excited and satisfied with my new shiny vehicle, again!
The staff were great - very friendly and flexible. The place was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that we were followed up with regarding the car we were interested in (a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe), though were disappointed that it was shipped to another location in the week we were still shopping around. We got it back though! We also got a fair value for 2012 Honda CR-V trade-in.The car buying experience itself was easy - once it finally got started. We were told it would take about 4 hours for the whole process but we ended up there for 5.5 hours. We had to find childcare for our 2 kids for that whole time so it was a challenge. We apparently were in line behind another buyer that took a long time, because there was only 1 finance person working that day. And this was a busy weekend day during Memorial Day weekend. On busy days/times they should definitely have more than one person available to do the financing and speed up the process.
Jim is the best service writer there is! When my Honda Fit began acting up, I dropped it off without an appointment. Within 2 days, he had the issue identified. Turns out, I needed a new transmission. Jim went through all of the paperwork, identified that I did, in fact, have an extended warranty, and got everything taken care of. He even secured a rental car for us while we were waiting on the transmission to be shipped! I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thanks, Jim, for everything you do!
Recently bought a camaro from this dealership on Labor Day. Amazing car everything I wanted. Hours later from leaving dealership my ac is not 100% went back to dealer found that a part needs to be replaced. Part that was ordered, broke. Had to postpone my service three times. I found more stuff wrong with the car. It still hasnβt been serviced I havenβt received no calls. Unprofessional I just bought this car hasnβt been a month and I canβt enjoy it due to it not being serviced correctly. I would never recommend this dealership. Due to the lack of communication and service from the service parts department.
My first vehicle service since buying my car, went as expected. No surprises. My service rep, Jimmy Le, had an easy-going characteristic and a professional demeanor. I was able to purchase my car in a day! It did take 8 hours. But it was done. They worked with what I had and gave me an offer on my old car which was not worth much. After negotiating the pricing and making sure I received my Costco membership discount I was able to get a loan through them that competed with my loan interest rate offer from Navy Federal. And I have to say, I LOVE my new car! I went in knowing I was down to two car options. Only one was Honda. I had a Honda and I was going to try and find one in my budget. I have a brand new car I drove off the lot with only 8 miles on it! I bought it two weeks before the memorial day sale, but it has been a dream car for me since then. I purchased a Honda CR-V 2021 for ~34,000 (includes Costco member discounts). I paid 3,500 as a downpayment. My interest rate on this loan is 1.9%. I had a 700 credit score which helped a lot. They are all hard workers there. Just keep in mind what you want and dont budge on the pricing you set for yourself.

Brought my vehicle in for maintenance and the recall notice, Theresa assisted me the whole way through and offered me a complimentary car wash. I was originally told my vehicle may have to stay for the day and she assured me they had the part to repair my car and everything would be done before the end of the day. Prices were way to high for vital maintenance that is needed. Not recommended to go to the dealership but find an experienced mechanic who wont steal from you blindly citing cost of doing business at you.

I brought in my 2006 Honda Pilot because the passenger window wouldnβt roll up. They inspected the problem and did a diagnostic inspection on my car. They found $10,000 worth of repairs including a oil leak. I told the service adviser I had just had an oil change and why did they not find the leak. She said the tech here is specialized in it. I did not believe her. So my husband set an appointment for the next day for the window and worried how to come up with the $ for the other repairs . I have had the engine replaced due to a oil screw being loose and leaking oil out. It was Walmartβs fault and this was done a little over a year ago. The repair man who put the engine in looked at the window and said he could repair the window for much Less than the quote I got from Roseville Honda. I gave him a copy of all the other things listed. He check each one and said the car doesnβt have a oil leak or any of the other costly things suggested by your expert. I call Brenda and canceled to appointment . Brenda was great and gave the best customer service.

We were looking for a specific car of other model and make (minivan) they had in stock but upon arrival he informed us it had just been sold. He walked us through alternative choice (Honda vehicle), shared some very helpful informations as well as giving us the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. All that made it easier for us to make a decision to go for it. They reserved the vehicle for us for a few days for us to come back ready. The day of purchase, from application filling to completing the financial signatures to taking the vehicle home, everything was quick in and out, under 2 hours. Recently got a 2022 civic from this dealer. They are one of the only dealers currently with no markups on their vehicles. Everywhere else cars are marked up 6-10k due to the shortage. The salesman was awesome and accommodative, and Wes the financial advisor was absolutely amazing. He made everything so effortless for me and was not pushy at all. When I got home I did notice a dent in my car that was not seen before, but aside from that I had a great experience.
AMAZING TEAM. Mr. Neighbors went above and beyond with my questions and concerns. Mr. Stewart was able to explain the financing and worked to get the best outcome for my purchase. The manager took time out of his busy day to ensure all my questions and concerns were covered and walked out to ensure my SUV was in good working order.
The personnel was friendly and helpful. We had special circumstances for our car purchase, causing some slowdowns in our cash purchase of a vehicle. We went in at 3:30pm, selected a car at 4:00pm, went to Car Max for assessing the value of a trade in, came back at 4:30pm, and spent about 4 hours waiting to drive off with our new car. Computerization apparently has not sped up the process. In any case, Honda is great.

At first I gave this 5 stars but since the purchase of my vehicle I have had a horrible time getting through to finance and have emailed and called for over two weeks and no response. The one time I actually got a human they said that they would have someone call me back that day and no one ever did.I called the general manager number and never got through and never got a call back
Had a scheduled appointment for 2 p.m. during the week day (scheduled almost 3 weeks prior). I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. The gentleman I was supposed to have an appointment with left for lunch and didnt tell anyone. I waited 30 minutes with NO ONE helping me. Instead cars all around me were helped. I finally got a hold of someone who went to find out what was going on. Nick took over my appointment and he was amazing and patient with me. I will now ONLY make an appointment with Nick since the other gentleman could not be bothered with his scheduled appointments. 4 stars because of the guy leaving me there and the people where you check in not bothering to do anything. 5 stars for Nick and his customer service!!!

Ive been searching for an SUV and found one I liked at Auto Nation Honda of Roseville. I communicated with one their representatives (Oscar) through email and after gathering more details, I made made appointment to check out the SUV and take it out for a test drive. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was advised the SUV is currently under maintenance.I brought my family with me so we decided to stay local around Roseville since we liveΒ an hour and a half away. After 3 hours, we returned to the dealership for an update. I spoke with the GM (Gary) and he was unable to assist. The GM called Oscar and they finally presented the keys to review the vehicle. It wasnt until I got there that they advised me the SUV was not in great shape. I reviewed the SUV and notice plenty of wear and tear. How am I supposed to react? Why wouldnt they tell me this earlier through email? This location does not meet expectations if your looking honest car buying experience, you should consider looking elsewhere. Gary and Oscar do not meet the expectations for quality customer service. Its simply a money grab.
Went in for a routine oil change. Asked and confirmed they would check tire pressure. Tires were low tread so they did not rotate which is fine. When I went to drive my car the next morning my low tire pressure light was on. Really disappointing as there was no where to stop to get air in my tires. I should have verified when I picked up my car the tire pressure had been checked. Also received someone elses paperwork when I left. Double check everything.

We had the best buying experience that we can remember at AutoNation Honda Roseville. We were interested in a specific car and stopped by shortly before closing to see it. It wasnt available that night, but Vanessa was able to find it and reserve it for us early the next day. Vanessa wasnt working the next morning, but had thoroughly prepared the sales manager, Fadi, for our arrival. Fadi and Garry had the car available for test drive within minutes. Finalizing pricing was easy and we made it through financing in record time. Garry ensured that the car was detailed, ready with our options before we left, and gave us great instructions on how to use the features on the car. We will definitely be back in Roseville the next time we buy.

I have dealt with multiple repair shops at the dealership and I have to say this was my best experience yet. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Dropping off my vehicle after hours in their lock box was very convenient. The next day they called me and verified they had received the keys and would start working on my vehicle immediately. They kept me informed through-out the entire process, even when ordering parts and had my vehicle fixed in no time. Overall great service!!

I had my air conditioner go out and being that itβs in the middle of the hot June month I was worried about how much it may cost. After trying to find what had been going on we brought my car to AutoNation Honda in Roseville. James was able to get everything approved with the warranty company and Isaiah was able to get it fixed! If it wasnβt for those guys, I donβt know what Iβd do. Very happy to have it all fixed!

This was my first maintenance service on the brand new Odyssey I purchased from AutoNation 7 months ago. My service advisor was Jimmie Le and he was just wonderful. They were very busy the morning I was there and it seemed to flow like a pretty well oiled machine. Purchased my Honda from another Honda dealership. I live near Roseville. Saw the reviews and decided to take my car here for the fuel pump recall for my 2019 Civic. James was great. He called me before my appointment that morning to let me know there was an issue and the part was unavailable. He called me back within 10-15 min and made it happen. I appreciated this because I was thinking this is my first experience with them. I got scheduled for a service two weeks in advance, but the fuel pump wasnβt available.Iβm glad James was checking the type of jobs that were coming in that day or else I would of went down to their dealership for nothing.They had my car for a few hours and back in my hands the same day. I plan on going back for any other needs that may come up. Again, James was great, very informative and professional.

This was my first time buying a car (2021 CR-V), so I was pretty nervous coming in. But the salesperson I was helped by, Nate, was very pleasant and answered any questions and concerns I had. We would not have stayed if we had been handed off. We had an opportunity to speak with other persons during our purchase that was a definite pleasure to work with. This was an definite improvement from other dealerships in years past, where salesman made you feel dirty, pushed, and the sale was the only thing they cared about. This is our 2nd Honda Pilot. My wife and I were first time buyers this past weekend. Thanks to Nate, Peter, and Adam, we will return. We made a three hour drive to get there during the busy memorial day weekend so we were hoping that every thing would go smoothly because we really needed a car. Although they were busy due to the holiday weekend, Nate, Peter, Adam took good care of us. The car that we had on hold was there for us when we got there. And Adam did a great job on the financing part. We were in and out of his office in no time.

I explained to Nate exactly what I wanted and within an hour, I was sold! Nate was extremely personable and went above and beyond in his service. Not only did he stay with me the entire time (despite being off the clock) he also gave me a snack because they were a little backed up and the wait was longer than usual. I had an oil and filter change appointment at 9:40, was able to leave after 1. This is too long for a simple oil change appointment. On the good side, dealership covered my charge for this service and my kids enjoyed free hot chocolate and I enjoyed coffee (nice coffee machine). Hopefully service time will improve soon.

This dealership was outstanding since not to many vans are available and other dealers markup there inventory not at Autowest Roseville. The sales Angela T and finance were super helpful they jumped right on it getting the van ready in less the 2hrs out of the door. This was the best car buying experience here. Worst car buying experience we ever had!!!! We live 2 hours away but went to Roseville as they had the exact color scheme and trim we wanted. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and agreed on price with the salesman - who was nice. That was the end of nice. We then sat in their showroom for over 3 hours before a finance guy showed up. We were just about to walk out. The finance guy, does the wave of the magic wand, look over here, which we werent falling for and just insisted on him writing up the contract. We finally get the vehicle home, a manager called 2 days later and said, Oh, theres a clerical error with the contract, can you come back up? When we asked what the error was the manager said he did not know. Hes never called us back, never explained his odd behavior or the call. This place is a joke!!
