He ended up staying a couple of hours after he had planned on leaving in order to take care of us. Giving a 2 star. We bought our vehicle here during the high used car market and knowingly knew this. We got the car we wanted with ease and a nice staff. Minus one part. The finance department person continuously asked if we wanted the maintenance package after saying no at least 5 times. So what does he decide to do? He reduced our overall interest rate and added the package regardless of what we said. I understand we will be paying less towards our interest, but now we have a $1000 package that only includes 8 oil changes. At a total cost of roughly $600. After saying no again after he showed us our reduced interest and added package he decided to go with it regardless of our decision. This is blatant scamming and I’m in no way going to be buying a vehicle here again. We own a 2018 ND mx-5 and 2017 Mazda 3 hatchback. So exclusively Mazda family. Sucks to see this type of behavior towards customers such as us.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car and Mazda was a brand that we had never even thought about until our interaction with Johnny and Nate at Mazda Roseville. Johnny was in constant contact with us, answering all of our questions and sending us videos of our preferred model and color. If not for Johnny and Nate, we would have missed the opportunity to own a 2021 Mazda CX-5, which we absolutely love!! The service advisor Chris Williams told me 2 different versions of the same story in 2 days. At first, the payment of check engine light diagnostic test would depend on the warranty on the car. Chris advised me to bring in the car for service and they would be happy to check on warranty details and we can make a decision if we would like to proceed with diagnostics. When I brought the car in next day, now I would need pay $179.99 for the diagnostic test prior to knowing if there is warranty. I wasted my time, just to come in for a service that was not completed due to the neglicencie of a service advisor.

Excellent experience at this dealership. The sales member Nathan was helpful and extremely patient. I never once felt pressured to buy a more expensive vehicle or any extras that I didnt feel that I wanted or needed. At one point I couldnt decide between models after taking both for a test drive, and they were kind enough to let me dive a third time. Never had a car buying experience this relaxed and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody interested in a Mazda. Ask for Nathan.

If youre looking for a reliable car with top notch customer service go see Danielle and Brina at the Roseville Mazda. I arrived and Danielle was there to greet me right away and had a few cars lined up for me to compare. I saw the white Mazda CX5 and knew instantly that was the one! The process was quick and easy! Brina explained all the paper work and answered all my questions. They take really good care of you and dont pressure you into anything youre unsure of which I appreciate. Wonderful experience! Had my 2010 Mazda3 towed into the service center after some scary transmission issues on the freeway. Chris in service was able to get me a loaner vehicle and reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. With 123k miles on it, I wasn’t willing to pay that much.Enter Danielle. We started discussing my options, and I decided it was time to trade-in the old car and start looking at new. She quickly quoted me a trade-in value (can’t believe I got anything for it!) and we narrowed down the car I wanted to buy. She knows her stuff and wasn’t pushy at all! While we waited for the finance office to be available, she sat with me in the car and went over all the features, synced my phone to it and helped install the app. We had a blast together!Then Craig was available to assist me with financing. I was 95% ready to purchase a vehicle at CarMax. I had it on hold but just wanted to check out this other vehicle that was exactly the same as the other one including the price. I have always been weary of traditional car dealerships but Jordan had been super nice over the phone so I wanted to check it out. It was a no brainer to buy the car with Jordan and not CarMax. These guys are nothing like what I was concerned about. Jordan was super chill, no pressure, easy to talk to, respectful, and willing to listen to my needs. Three weeks ago, me and my dad bought a car for my mom 2021 Mazda cx5. Its extremely nice car, pretty fast and service us really good. We got really patient client specialist Tony Sanchez. We looked at a lot of cars, when we took one of the cars on the test-drive, Tony noticed white 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring which was exactly what we wanted. Thank you Mazda Roseville for providing me with an outstanding dealership experience. For the last 10 years, I’ve only used Craigslist/private party for buying older, used cars. This was my first ‘big girl’ car and I was so happy I purchased from Mazda Roseville! John in sales was knowledgable about the mechanics of Mazda cars and what gave them the ‘zoom zoom’ feel. I described what I wanted and he showed me multiple cars in multiple models all under my budget and even described how the less expensive Touring fit my preferences better than the more expensive Grand Touring! He gave me no hassle for purchasing the car with cash and didn’t try to pressure me into financing. After buying the used car, there was a small defect on the roof I didn’t notice until I got home under the bright garage lights. Chris in services handled this smoothly and professionally and I never felt blamed for not noticing it before pulling off the lot or under suspicion for causing the damage myself. Hey Jason, I didn’t talk to you - I talked to Mike in finance who has been really helpful getting this done. You specifically I have had a bad experience with out everyone I’ve spoken with. You twice now have claimed I didn’t give the receipt when I have twice confirmed that it was given to Mazda (Once by my sales person Ramiro and once by Mike) and indeed I have Mazda two copies - then you put the blame on Mike who is the ONLY finance officer at the moment and who’s job it isn’t even is to process this kind of thing. Honestly the responsibility is on you the general manager but you would rather shift that responsibility and then publicly reply to my review as if you are on top of it. Nice.

I never write any reviews to anyone, but today I’m extremely unhappy. Why? I make appointment for service my Mazda CX-5 2 days ago. I spend 40 min explaining over the phone what is problem with my car. They make me appointment for today at 2 pm because that was the latest time available to see mechanic. I left work 3 housers early to go there and again at Front desk I have to explain what is wrong with my car. (Which is understood) . The problem is not that but after all explanation he give me diagnosis verbally, that is nothing wrong with my car. When he see my frustration he call mechanic saying he told me the same what he is saying. Mechanic spend with me approx. 10 min and he heard some noise but he don’t know come from and I stills have the same issue. My point is. The car is still new have only 6600 miles, does not mean can be something wrong. The second, if someone make appointment, is expected good services not verbally diagnose. Sorry guys, but you guys showing me today that sells is more important than little services after!

We just completed purchasing a new car from Roseville Mazda. My wife and I did a lot of research and went to a lot of dealerships, most of which didn’t seem to be able think about what our specific interests were, or adapt to our style of shopping. Im sorry to say I am not impressed by the service from the parts department. I used their web site to communicate with the parts department and ask about obtaining a part for my CX-5. A week has gone by and Ive yet to hear back. Not a good way to handle business.UPDATE 10/14/20: Following the response by the Parts Dept. Manager, Mr. Heuser, I elected to give him a call. I called the following day but was unable to reach him. No worries, I spoke to someone in his department about the situation and the part I was after. It was explained that every once in awhile the online system loses an order. Having worked with computers I have no reason not to take them at their word, so in this instance I would accept it as a computer glitch.I gave the gentleman assisting me the part number I was looking for and he placed an order for it. I had it the next day. Wow! I went to pick it up and had excellent service throughout the pickup process. I am a very happy customer and have revised my rating to show it. Jordan was so friendly and made our first new car buying experience truly amazing! He was funny, and never made us feel pressured, and even bought us some artisanal toffee while we waited for our credit to be approved. He answered all our questions, and helped us make choices that were smart for us, rather than just trying to make a sale! We truly did already know walking into the dealership that we were buying this new car, so we were an easy sale, but we felt like his only priority for the 5 hours we were there and we were well taken care of.Craig and his trainee were our financial team and they were great as well! Craig did use a little bit of sales tactics on us to buy the extended warranty for tires, dings/dents & windshield, but we saw value in it anyway and are happy we purchased it. Purchased a 2020 CX-9 and this probably was one of the least hassle free experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure from the salesman and seriously they were very hands off. I bought a Mazda here recently, Jordan was helping my wife and I, and it was the easiest, quickest, and funnest experience I had in buying a car, we love our new car!UPDATE!!!!!This was my review on the day we bought this car, and today we just find out that there was a promotion for every preowned vehicle, no payments 90 days and 1.9 apr rate (for everyone who buys a preowned) so they told us that we getting a really good rate only because of my good credit and COVID, so they weren’t being honest with us that there was such a promotion, we already had to make 2 payments before the 90 days, and we bought the car because of how LUCKY we were to get such a good apr rate, why couldn’t you mention that promotion when we were buying the car, we would have bought it anyway.. I can’t believe this, we went to the dealership today, and they kicked us out, because they didn’t want to do anything about this, they admitted that they lied to us, Mazda financial even said they HAVE to redo the contract, DO NOT TRUST JASON and this dealership!

Decent dealership. They are brand new so I figured they might have some issues. Financing staff were great and made the end process of buying a car enjoyable. However, my salesman (Josh) was less enthusiastic and not friendly. I understand there was a long period of waiting, but there wasnt anytime where he tried to start a conversation and even be part of conversation. When we first arrived, he wasnt the first to greet us, but the man who did was very happy and friendly. He then mentioned his appointment had arrived and passed us on to Josh. I hadnt done much research about the CX-5 but had an idea of what it had. It might be his personality, but Josh wasnt too excited to tell us all the features, I had to ask him about them. He also didnt know a lot of what I was asking. Mazda doesnt have a huge amount of models so Id figure he would know a little bit more about the car. I was asking him about the key and he couldnt really answer my question. Another salesman happened to walk by and answered my question immediately A little pet peeve: we had been to multiple dealerships and Josh was the only one who hadnt offered us water etc. He just wasnt the friendliest salesman and that hindered the experience, if we were really close to buying a different car, we would have made that decision to go to the other dealership based on our experience with him. When we were leaving, he almost forgot our manual and navigation chip and ran in to get it. Guess what, he really cheered up and smiled when he asked us to give him a good rating. All the other staff seemed in good spirits and its good we settled on the CX-5, we are happy with the car. Mia (finance) really lightened up our mood and it was a pleasure doing business with her.

Service advisors and sales people are super polite and considerate...as well as extremely fair.pricing.Jairo and the Internet sales Manager were.extremely patient with all my questions. Jairo was amazing.They should all be commended.If u need a new or used car..they are dealing.If my wife wouldnt kill me I would buy the new cx9 or the new Mazda 6 Signature edition.My 2015 Mazda 6 is beautiful with 120k miles and is as smooth and powerful as any missile sedan. So I will try to hold off.I never go into such detail in review.nor so I so many....but they deserve it.Go see them!

My experience with Mazda Roseville was amazing! From when my husband and I first walked in. Neil helped us with many questions we had about the cx9. We eneded up leaving and coming bk the next day because we were trying to see which Suv would be better for our family. Ben also helped us when we asked about trading our car in. He gave us a deal that was hard to pass up on. We went home again and came back in the morning with our Subaru and sold it to Mazda for an amazing price. Ben offered us more then anyone else offered.Im astonished Neil didnt want to give up on us since we kept leaving. It took us 3 days to finally decide on purchasing the cx9. DJ had to go pick up our new car from Vacaville which was really nice of him. We ended up finalizing everything with Mike and he was also amazing to wk with. I think these young men can teach other dealerships how to treat a customer because we went to many around roseville autonation and no one came even close to how nice and helpful as they all were.

Not the greatest experience, Josh helped us he was okay, not really enthusiastic and had zero knowledge on all the vehicles he had shown us. He found us a 2017 Nissan Murano on the infinity lot for 16,700 as the sticker price stated, when we went in to try and make a deal, they were stating that they could not give us the sticker price as the price had changed to 17,225 which I thought was ridiculous. We demanded the sticker price and they finally decided to honor it. However, once they started the credit app and ect they became very pushy and weren’t coming back with numbers that would work for us, and with a 714 credit score I would expect decent numbers with a lower interest rate. The overall experience was awful, the car was FILTHY when we went on our test drive we asked if it could be detailed as it was so gross, in my opinion nothing should be put on the lot without being clean. There was food and crumbs all in the car everywhere and dried food on the seats which was nasty. We decided to take our business elsewhere and got exactly what we wanted for a far better price With a much lower interest rate, better monthly payment and a newer vehicle that wasn’t dirty. Customer service needs some work, and whoever “details” these vehicles needs some training because that was awful. I wouldn’t take my business here if I were you.

I asked Bob (Rob?) in the service department where the parts department was. He offered to show me where to find it (separate building), and as we walked that direction, I mentioned I desperately needed new batteries for my Mazda CX-5 keyless gadgets. He said, Oh, I can do that for you, for free. ...which he did. VERY much appreciated, along with his tips for how to direct the gadget when battery might be getting low in the future!

Worst experience of my car buying life!This organization has no idea how to treat customers. Im a veteran and was approved at USAA for financing. I found a car at their other dealership, Elk Grove Nissan and asked if it could be transferred to Roseville Mazda. After a couple of days of them trying to squeeze a commitment from me, by asking me if Im serious every single time we had a conversation. Eventually they reluctantly got it from the other dealership. Because of the pandemic, I asked to test drive from my home and complete paperwork from there as well. I asked because thats exactly what their website offers.So Josh brings the car to my house. After the test drive, I decided to move forward with the purchase of the car.Thats when things start to get weird. Josh asked for my license and I offered to make a copy of it for him and he says I would rather take the original back, so my manger can see it. I thought that was strange but since I wasnt going anywhere, and he was supposed to come right back with paperwork, that he could take it. Later that hour Josh calls and says they have financing options for me and I told him I dont need anymore options. He insisted and I can hear someone in the background telling Josh what to say.Once again, I reminded them I already have an approval with USAA, I told them to get the funds from USAA and I will get the car later as I wasnt in a hurry. Josh told me we dont deal with USAA and then said actually they dont deal with us. They wanted me to finance through another company then pay that company off with USAA. I can only guess that they wanted a rebate from their lender. At this point I was confused so I asked to talk to the finance manager. Josh says NO, youre not gonna do that in a deliberate and rude tone. so I asked why are you making this so difficult? Dont you want to sell a car? his response I do but, Im not going to get on my knees to do itWell, I had enough, I told Josh no deal and to bring my license back to me. Shockingly Josh says, Im not going to do that.Now Im beside myself. I leave the safety of my home, driving without my license, to retrieve my personal property. I get there, see Josh with a smug look on his face and I yell give me my license!Just when I thought it couldnt get worse, his manager, Jason Griffen, comes out of the office, has zero de-escalation skills, he doesnt ask me (the customer), if everything is OK. What may be the problem? How can I help? He doesnt even ask who I am? He immediately yells at me get out! He yells it over and over again continually threatening to call the police. I ended up leaving with my license but not my approval letter from USAA, as he refused to return it and denied he even had it.I did send a complaint to the owner John Driebe who also owns Infiniti, Mazda and Nissan of Elk Grove but got no response.This company has managed to aggravate me at my home during an already stressful and difficult time and on top of which couldnt complete their job, which is to sell a car to an approved buyer. It should have been a seamless transaction.As an experienced manager I can see that this behavior is not only encouraged by upper management but is part of a culture that permeates the entire organization. Buyer beware.

I had been looking at small SUVs for a bit and was going to get a Tiguan until I read the reviews on Mazda and their reliability. Went to Mazda in Roseville and took a couple weeks to decide. Neil was very helpful and patient with me. He let me test drive a few of the CX5’s and compare with the CX9’s. In the end he helped me find one with all the extras I wanted at a great price. Ben was also great at explaining everything during financing. I’ve never really enjoyed buying from dealerships, but Neil Hess and Ben made it absolutely painless. I am now in a lease with my new CX5!!! Loving my new car and can comfortably take my family places with the dogs in the back. This is my first Mazda and I can’t believe I’ve waited this long!! Thank you Neil for getting me into a SUV I LOVE!!
