Done here, and with a local Firestone. 15+ year customers.Appointments dont really matter because they will take walk-in sob stories every time. Ive seen walk-ins come in after my appointment and leave hours before me on multiple occasions. My whole family has sworn them off now. Im even willing to let my lifetime balance/rotation go because they are now 5-0 on being 1+ hour late.Luckily, while waiting I was approved for a Goodyear card. At least they have stuff to do locally, and I can wait them out in the comfort of a movie theater.
I feel hesitant for even giving them one star, David Hamid is is the only nice mechanic I have seen. Everyone else is rude, and stuck up.The guy at the front counter was unprofessional with a dash of lack of communication to say the least.Whoever drives the cars to the engine bay was rude and doesnt know how the rules of the road work in his own parking lot.I stopped and waited for him to move for a minute in the lot, I went around him and he throws a gesture at me like I was doing the wrong thing.Customer service sucks here no doubt. So come spend your money here.🙂
Took our Durango in for an oil change and tire rotation with fluids checked. Fluid levels marked ok on our courtesy check list though after getting home my husband checked washer fluid (very low) and power steering (very low). Had to go buy both of these and top off ourselves after leaving our vehicle there for hours. Doubtful our tires were rotated because I have a pink mark on one and it’s in the same spot as when I took it in. Called Hilton (manager) no response back from him. Won’t be using them again.
Bought 4 new tires. During installation they scratched my wheels where the machine gets inserted between the wheel and tire. Then blamed damages on me saying I curbed my wheels on my way home. My tires protrude over the wheels, had I curbed it the tires would have been damaged as well. Inspection was done prior and damages on all 4 wheels didnt exist before installation. I had to contact The Bureau Of Automotive Repair to fix the problem.
Very very bad experience. Went there to get my AC fixed. I was charged $270 but as soon as I left, I felt ac is still the same. Thought I will give few days but still did not work. Went again and I asked to talk with the ac tech. But I was told they are busy and told me to leave the car. They called me back saying expansion valve needs to be changed. They charged another $150. But ac is still the same. Does not blow cold, or not even cool, air. I feel cool when I come out of my car after driving for 30 mins with ac in full, and the temperature outside is 95+. SPENT $400+ FOR NOTHING.
I had quite a time at another Firestone location with getting a car in for an inspection, and after having to go in circles to bring the proper forms for my inspection, and having made an appointment, was told I wouldn’t be seen that day, this after the customer ahead of me was offered to have his tires installed. Nonetheless I tried the next morning, and I was told I wouldn’t be able to get in till Monday at this location, and was suggested to return to the previous location, I explained to Trever what had happened and he took one look at my paperwork and took it himself and was finished in 20 mins! Here’s the deal, Trever may not be able to do that all the time and really went out of his way for me and this is what customer service is letting what was fair prevail. Thank you Trever for taking a rather trivial situation that put a lot of pressure on me and at least weighing out options which evidently led to me actually getting my car inspected! I wasn’t rude and he responded in kind.
Girlfriend made appointment for 10 a.m. and dropped off car. Was told 4 new tires would be installed and an oil change. Thought that since she made an appointment, it would only take a few hours, but Sean said it would be done by 4 pm. Called at 4:15, not done. Closes at 6 so went there at 5:45, not done. Fast-forward to 7:15 pm. Yes, 7:15!! And finally done. During the wait Sean was unprofessional and spoke about Facebook Lingerie ads, etc. Joked around. Ignored questions. Completely unprofessional. Shes never going back and would give negative stars if she could.
Those guys are great! Trustworthy, and fairly priced. Willing to go the extra mile, when they can! Ive been a customer at this shop for almost seven years, and thats not going to change.
The mechanic left a ton of oily rags in my engine bay. I only found out because i was replacing a part in my car. That is a major fire hazard that could have hurt me and/or other people. Theyre supposed to check their work to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive.Edit: I went back to the shop this morning to talk about the issue and they were very kind/fast to resolve it. Great customer service but the mechanic still shouldnt have left the mess in the engine bay.
Came in for my timing belt replacement, changing a water pump and a oil change. Everyone is so nice! Definitely my favorite Firestone I have ever been to!
Great service. Oil change was quick. Gave me a heads up on other maintenance to be done later. Esay access and comfortable.
Ordered 4 Firestone Destination A/T tires. They installed Transforce A/T tires which took 4 1/2 hours even though I had an appointment. You may want to consider sending a text to customers confirming their orders and letting them know ahead of time if the appointment time is just a drop off time.
Absolutely great place and awesome prices! They handle warranties with expediency and provide amazing service.
4 hrs to get oilchange and inspection done, I asked if everything checked out and I was told the tires are good and everything else was good. Thats all I got. Not very promising. Plus I had to wipe off the oil hand prints off my hood and side of the door. Come on guys...you can do better then this.
When you make an appointment for 8am over a week and a half ahead of time and you cant get your truck back until after 3:30 pm, I feel thats a real problem. I get being under staffed and things are real busy, but appointments should be appointments. If you cant honor the times, dont take appointments.
The guy that greets you is like the happiest man on earth. So caring, honest, and just gets it. I came in with my 3 kids, and he turned on the Disney channel, let my son talk incessantly to him, and tried to get us through as fast as possible. He applied all discounts before I even asked him to. I rarely leave reviews, but when I get service that really helps me out, I feel inclined to. Highly recommend.
Worst customer service ever! I could go into a long description of why this business is terrible, but I have better things to do with my time hence just the warning that this place is terrible!
They were busy but were able to squeeze me in for an oil change.
If you come here, pinks exactly what you need. They will try to make all kinds of recommendations. And some of these recommendations will be things that you even already had done at another one of their locations. I do not think the employees are to blame personally, but the character of whoever owns this place disgusts me. This is not how you treat people in general. I believe in honesty and integrity and the true concern for your community and human beings in general. Take your money and spend it wiser at a privately owned mom and pop shop where you will not be robbed of your dignity and will be respected the way you should be. Again, no disrespect to the people who work for this company, as I have a cousin who works at another location.
Same as the rest of the reviews. Tried to sell us on stuff we didn’t want. We wanted an oil change and a tire rotation, that’s it. They called with about 7 things that needed to be done totaling over $1500. 50k mile tires for over $900 (really?!). They had a special for an inspection that included a tire rotation for $10 dollars. Sure enough they “couldn’t” rotate the tires. Didn’t take the $10 dollars off the total even though they ALWAYS give the extensive list of what needs to be done to the car. The lady even talked to her manager who declined the small amount to be taken off. It would have made us happy and potentially kept a loyal customer. But we are done with this company. Google reviews are a powerful tool, good or bad.
I tried to sign up for an appointment tire replacement through the site several times. This function does not work for them. You have to call and make an appointment by phone. They do not send notifications and reminders of an appointment. Because of this, if you accidentally forget the date and time of your appointment, you will have to call again.2 rear wheels changed for 40 minutes. In my experience it is slow. They changed two front wheels for me in another service in 20 minutes. The tires were exactly the same and the car was the same.Contactless payment does not work for them. Remember to bring a physical bank card or cash
The twins were the best. Keep up the good work yall!
This was a good trip. Oil change and tire light indicator light on. Oil done gave me a $15 off without me asking and tire light is off no charge and tire are all good. They resent service indicator also but was good experience because my daughter hit a tow ball and knocked out one of her rear reflector light they put it back in place without (I had actually forgot to ask them if it was possible to fix) me asking THANK GUYS
VERY POOR SERVICE I made arrangements with Trevor the manager to have my car towed there and was told it would be looked at the next morning. At 12:30 they hadnt even checked the drop box! I was told they had a lot of diagnostics to run and I didnt have an appointment.I also suspect they arent truthful about their courtesy check, especially if youre female.
Asked to remove a screw from tire and plug it. They took an hour and then tried to tell me I needed a new tire. They had the hood up and doing far more looking for things than just a simple tire repair. I took my car and went to Les Schwab and had tire plugged for FREE and done in 20 min.
THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL DONT COME
After paying $600 for tires and new stems, my tpi warning light came on with all tires at 32 lbs pressure. They then strong-armed my wife to pay $50 to service the tpi stems.Give a different tire store your business. Im sorry I decided to try my neighborhood store.
They where fast and courteous
Was assured my timeframe of 2hrs to pick up a single wheel I brought in to have a tire installed on would be doable. After 2hrs I called and they said it would be done shortly. After the 3rd hour I went back to the location to check on the situation, still was not ready.Service writer was confrontational towards me very unprofessional, not how any customer should be treated.Took 4.5hrs total
I will never go back and am willing to pay more somewhere else. I find it difficult to even give 1 star. I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions and each time it gets worse. It appears that their main purpose is to sell you on services and tires you dont need. Most recently, they told me that my tire couldn’t be fixed, so I had to buy a new tire (other reputable tire shop was able to repair it). They charged me for “Road Hazard Protection” on my tire(s) without asking me if I wanted it (which is illegal). This has happened more than once at $30 per tire. Based on my experience, their tires appear to last less than 20000 miles... so the warranty really isnt worth anything because they will charge you for a new tire anyway. Also, they told me that I needed new tires when this is definitely not the case (based on Department of Transportation guidelines and the dealership (who just checked my tires)). I am not one to leave reviews. My advice would be to steer clear of this establishment.
Worst experience ever. They had my car completed for 25 minutes before somebody finally let me pay. Im not a fan of places waisting peoples time.Side note. If you have a low car they have an inground alignment rack. I like that. However unfortunately I dont really trust the specialist here. They dont portray themselves as being competent.
Sometimes it can be a long wait.
The worst service.I came to the service at 10 am and left the car, I was told that tires are in stock.I left the car and was told that in 1.5 hours it can be picked up.After 2 hours, no one called me and I called myself.I was told that the tires are being brought from another warehouse and 2-2:30pm is the deadline that they need to be replaced.I arrived at 2pm and the employee told me that the tires are still being driven because of the traffic.I said Id wait.10 minutes later, the same employee comes up and says, Oh,we dont really have these tires, so take the car.So you told me that they are going in traffic, and now they are not.I spent 5 hours of my time just standing there.I was offered to just go to another service. They just lied to me for 5 hours and I lost my entire working day and money because of this service.Thank you for your lies
Friendly Sales Person. Fixed the tire puncture in a timely manner. However, they were not careful and they manage to scratch and chip the wheel/rim.
Friendly professional workshop was so clean you could picnic in there
Very helpful staff and well kept waiting area. They were able to perform all work needed, new tires and alignment, in a couple of hours. Didnt even have an appointment. The showroom is a little small but aside from that, everything was great. I will be returning for any future needs.
Fantastic friendly customer service! Great price on a tire repair as well! Super thorough on wiping down car after car wash.
Love Firestone for tires and maintenance
Good service! Took a while, but it was a busy day. But overall good experience
Dont go here unless you want to be ripped off.
I make a appointment with them for uber & lyft inspection when i was called them i ask them do i need to bring the inspection sheets or not they was told me not . When i be there for inspection he said bring inspection sheets we dont have and said make a other appointment when i ask him your guy was told me not to bring inspection sheets hes ans was he is a new guy they just waste my time ...
I need help with something unusual.. They Were On It! Thanks so much!!
It seems like most of the unsatisfied customers are complaining about the same issue my wife and I have had three times now...make an appointment, told it would only take an hour, and then it takes many hours. This is the second time my wife made an appointment, and was told on the phone it would only take an hour (as she had to be at school to pick our kids up). The person on the phone assured her this would be no problem. When she showed up, they told her it would take several hours. Now you have lost long time customers (our family has been using Firestone for 4 years).
First off, Ill begin with saying they were having their big sale this weekend, and I knew that going in. With that said, I made an appointment a couple days ago for a standard alignment. It was the first open appointment they had, for 3pm. I finally left at 5:41. Not once in those 2.5 hours did they bother to advise me of my status, or how long they thought it might take. The personnel in the front were friendly, and they did a good job on my car, telling me what was done afterwards. I have free lifetime assignments, if I had know it would take that long, I would have left.
After being treated so badly at Big O, I had to find a shop open on Sundays. I call around and find Firestone in Roseville. Sunday morning I take my car to get four tires mounted and balanced on my 03 BMW 540i. I was greeted by a gentleman who took my information and answered my questions. He said it might be a few hours, but would check to see if it could be done sooner. He checked the computer and saw he was able to get my car in right away to start working on it! I left confident in my selection. A couple hours later, I received a call that my car was ready! Picked it up with no problem, they did a fantastic job for a great price! I highly recommend taking your car here, they take care of it and are very pleasant too!
My biggest dissappointment was they left my car unlocked on the side of the building where no one can keep an eye out for it after it was done. Very unsafe if you ask me.
Been there three times so far. Service seems good. They need to be truthful though. Lying cost them two stars.I called and asked how long am oil change would take. Krista said 45 minutes to an hope because they business was really slow. Turns out they were the slow ones. When I got there, the waiting room was packed and Krista said our car would be ready at 4PM (5 hours, not 45-60 minutes). When I called at 3:40 PM, she said it would be done finished in 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later at 4:05 it was still up on the rack draining oil. It wasnt ready for another 30 minutes after that.I think they never even started until I called to say I was coming to pick it up. And, if I hadnt called when I did, it probably would have been done until almost 6 PM when they close.
The service here is good. Staff is great. My only problem is it took alot longer for the work to be completed than what they told me.
Great experience!!! I strongly recommend.
Brought my truck in for the first time to this location and was honestly blown away with the professionalism and customer centric culture of the staff. There were a few hiccups in fixing my trucks issues but I was consistently updated and informed. During my time there I watched the manager get consistently berated by a-hole customers who probably havent done an honest days work in their life, but have learned that if you whine enough you might get something free. The manager still kept up a positive attitude and greeted every customer that walked through the door. I highly recommend this establishment.UPDATE 2021: They forgot to put an oil filter in my vehicle a few months back and destroyed the engine so Im demoting them one star. They were actually pretty good at getting things together so the engine could get fixed, but Im demoting another star because their Claims Rep at Bridgestone was arguably the worst human Ive had to deal with in quite some time.
Very unprofessional, quick work, not thorough. Firestone scammed me out of $800 for new tires and an alignment when it was a warped rotors. They refuse to fix the issue.
I took my work truck in to have the brakes done at 12:30. They said it would be an hour and half. I didnt get out until almost 7pm!. I was repeatedly lied to about how much time was left. I had a similar service at another local place and was in and out in 1 hour. Every person in the lobby was having the same experience. I will never go back.
Theyve always taken good care of my vehicles here, as long as you can wait 2+ hours or drop it off!
Yeah, a bit pricey, but worth every penny for the peace of mind you get. Have been here many times and have never had an issue. Great place!
I just want to say how much I appreciate the employees at this location. I dropped my car off as a walk in and was told it would be done around 3. We showed back up around 2:15 and around 3 I was told that my car hasnt been worked on yet but give them 45 minutes. I wasnt expecting anything because I was a walk on and they took care of me anyways. And because I waited a little longer, they did my oil change at no charge. I am just so appreciative to them.
I had an appointment to get a new battery and have it installed. We went to lunch and came back. They still hadnt looked at my car. It ended up taking 2 hours to have a battery installed. If Id known that, I would have gone to AutoZone and done it myself. There were other people in the waiting room who had a much longer wait. The worst part, however, was the service advisor. She was rude, not only to us, but to everyone we witnessed her helping. She did not smile once the whole time we were there, she answered everything in a snappy and sullen tone, was condescending, and generally made it clear that she did not want to be there or help anyone. For that reason alone, I have no intention of returning to this shop, which is too bad, because it is walking distance from my house.
Super friendly service with 10% discount for applying for credit even if denied!
Our family was a customer of this location for years. Weve taken five different cars to them over the since they opened here. Today, unfortunately, was the last time we will do business with them.My wife arranged with Dan, the manager, to have our son bring his car in for two new tires and an alignment. This morning when he took the car in the young woman who helped him immediately tried to upsell the tires and oil change our son added while there. She gave him a decent quote regarding all four tires, so we agreed to the additional tires, but not the upgraded oil change. Ten minutes later, she said she had misquoted the price and tried to up the tires by a hundred bucks. AFTER they had already started the work. He said no, and then a minute later, she told him she would honor the original quote. Then she tried to sell him a new air filter and wiper blades. Now I understand trying to sell us the better oil change, the air filter, and the wiper blades. I dont like that AFTER THEY STARTED THE WORK she tried to say that she didnt have the tires she had quoted him and attempted to milk a college-age kid for an extra hundred. If he hadnt had the presence of mind to text me about it, they would have gotten away with it. The fact that she then changed the story and said she would honor the original price tells me she was trying to pull a bait and switch. As a result, they have lost a customer who has been loyal to them for years.
EDIT: went to the full service car wash next door & was welcomed and price matched. Also included a free wash. Best part is? Less than 40 mins in and out. After driving hours and waiting double in the waiting room total: (9-4pm) only be told “I won’t be serviced” by “Hilton”. If you are reading this: you know what to do.I’ve been apart of the Firestone family since I was born. My grandfather was a regional manager and multiple uncles worked as mechanics. This location in no way represents the Firestone family or our core values. The management is horrendous. Mr “Hilton” must think his name means he belongs at a snobby hotel because that’s how he treats folks. This man needs to lose his job immediately. Reading the reviews shows me this isn’t just a case of the Mondays but rather a daily operation for management. Firestone has really gone down hill. They will never stay In business if they keep hiring egotistical millennials to lead their teams. I hope the regional and district manager sees this and asks the other employees & customers about “Hilton.”In all his yelling he said something along the lines of “I am not a second class citizen”... Nobody said you were man but you sure Do act like one. Projecting maybe ?If you’re reading this “Hilton” you’re going to end up in a box eating out of the trash can soon enough acting the way you do towards other humans.
Todays visit was fairly good - tires and leave. They were polite and quick. I wish they wouldnt push the upsells on additional service so hard. Ive had bad experiences with their work before so its a nonstarter to me.
Im very confused by these negative reviews... My family and I have been going to this Firestone location for a few years and the staff is really polite and willing to listen your car problems. Megan and Michael always help my car needs and are willing to accommodate for my college school schedule. I had a check light engine come on twice and the 2nd time they referred to me another location with no charge. Ive had a wonderful experience at all firestone locations and my family and I enjoy the coupons that come in the mail.
Rudeness from the very beginning at todays visit. Managers name Hilton, was even worse. Why is this necessary at a simple auto care? Your appointment time wont do you any good at this location any more as well. I cant see why customers who have gone here for years would continue to put up with it..It was really bad experience, and after many years we will not be going back.
I was greeted with a smile! Super-friendly service and gave good suggestions for repair. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this professional place and staff. Thank you Allie for the 5-Star service!
I will never use Firestone again. Horrible customer service. They ordered the wrong brakepads 3 times.... Took 8 hours to replace brakes. The incompetence of this company is astounding. Firestone in general is shoddy. I took in a Honda civic, they told me it was a strut replaced it for $300.... It was a motor mount in the end.... This company is unacceptable and uneducated in their dealings with customers. They should only be used to replace tires as that seems the only job their brains are capable of handling. But why go here when tires at Walmart are half the price. I will simply never go to Firestone again.
Up front pricing. Great manager and the mechanic who worked on my car was awesome. Front end alignment on a 64 Chevelle. Plus they let us go in the shop and look at the car. Awesome people.
So dropped a car today because we changed the belts and it squeals like crazy now, so told the guy that i changes it and tried belt dressing so i need to know what is going on and they tell me after a couple of hours that it needs a new serpentine belt ... i told them it was just replaced and that there is already a new set there just in case it was that belt . come to find out they never diagnosed it and just took a visual inspection and noticed that it was squealing ... well that got me fired up and i spoke with the guy who wrote it in who is the service manager who told me i never used the word diagnose which is true but didnt think it was necessary when i said everything else and that i cannot find out why it is doing this . so as it is now i need to figure out a way to get it over to the dealer and just have them do the job because Isaac the service manager now tells me he does not want to diagnose it even though this is what they were supposed to do in the first place . so i contacted corporate but dont really see anything happening from that since i will have the right people do the job and not some shade tree mechanics at Firestone. they clearly care not for the customer but for the cash only avoid any interaction with these scammers take it to the dealer it may cost more but they will at least stand behind what they do and go the extra mile
Great service, friendly people, fast service but highly recommend to make appointment if you want get your service quick.
This was by far the worst service I have ever had! I typically go to Americas Tire which I highly recommend. Because of the holiday, they were closed yesterday. I ended up getting a nail in my tires on the way back into town and they were the only ones open. When I arrived, I asked the technician that was working the counter (it was some girl with long dark hair) to take a look at the nail and let me know if it could be repaired. She looked at it and assured me that they would be able to fix it and I wouldnt need a new tire. I had all three of my kids with me so I wanted a concrete answer before I say there with all of them and waited. When she checked me in, she first told me it wouldnt be ready until the very end of the day at 5 even though I arrived at 12:30 and just got off the phone with someone who told me I would only have to wait a max of an hour and a half. Then, after sitting and waiting for two hours she came out and told me they changed their mind, they were not going to fix it and I needed to replace the entire tire and I know it was to just get more money out of me. I had a nail in another tire in the identical spot that Americans Tire replaced just fine. I told her no I was not going to do that and I would like the keys back to my car since they already pulled it around to the front. She proceeded to ignore me and start helping the next customer. I again asked her for my keys back and she ignored me so I kept asking and she finally told me to wait because she had to check me out even though they didnt do anything so I owed them nothing. She was extreamely rude, disrespectful, and had horrible customer service. I will never step foot into that place again! I highly suggest Americas Tire Company. We used them pretty frequently and they have been absolutely amazing!!!!!
Excellent customer service! They work in your favor not just theirs.
Took car in for an oil change and air filter change. The following day the car had an oil leak. Never had any leaks before our visit to this place. Not only was there an oil leak, but the oil leaked was dirty oil indicating that there was never an oil change. They just added more oil, which over filled it. They also said on their paperwork that our fluids were okay and they even added some, but most of them were below recommend levels. So they didnt change the oil nor did they add any of the fluids they said they did. Someone didnt put something back on properly which cause oil to leak all over the timing belt. We had to file a claim and have a third-party investigator review our case and of course they absolved Firestone of any fault. Avoid this place. Check the reviews, I wish I did before coming here because they have a history of causing leaks.
In and out quickly for how busy they were. Nice staff.
I wanted to get a new tire for my car due to a flat on a family vacation. I showed up and was told it was going to only be 10 mins. I ended up being there 30mins longer for only a tire, not even to change it and put it on...Im going to do the labor myself. My family was waiting at breakfast for me and the manager insisted I stay cause hed take care of me quick cause I told him my situation. What really irritated me is that towards the end I noticed my new tire was sitting against the wall almost the entire time I waited...i was only waiting that long for someone to check me out.
I needed 4 new tires in a hurry and this place was GREAT! Very courteous and professional on the phone, and in person. They gave me choices and had the tires I needed on sale with a good warranty. I recommend them.
Literally just called them and told them i had a flat tire and I needed to buy a new one including the rim so I could change my tire myself. They told me they had plenty in stock and it would be 49.95. Ubered over there and they roll out a tire no rim - now saying they dont carry rims. thank you firestone for wasting my time and money on an Uber.
Despite having a reservation it took 7 hours to get my car oil changed. Had to stand in line for 15 minutes to drop it off and at least as long at pickup. Salesperson recited the stereotypical car repair nonsense about all the horrible things that I needed to fix right now (alignment, battery, belt, tires, inspection). I wouldn’t go back there if oil changes were free.
I was content with these guys, only needed someone to swap out a set of tires for me that I had previously bought. There was only two guys there and they werent that fast by any means, but I think it might be the first time Ive ever drove away from a store and had a perfectly balanced set of mud terrain tires. They have a road-force balancer which is something not all shops have. The guys were plenty friendly in my opinion. I could knock em down a point because it took awhile, but I was very satisfied and for the price, I am not complaining at all.
On time, fair price (I compared). I recommend making an appointment. It makes things go much smoother.
Dont waste your time going there, appointment times mean nothing and they try to sell you things you dont need. The only reason they get one star is because you cant post a review unless you click on a star!
Terrible customer service. Seems like every customer was being told they had a power steering leek and they needed a new power steering pump. Had a screw in my tire and needed the spare put on. This took them an hour to do. I bought the tires from here and the lug nuts were over tighten. I was unable to remove the lug nuts. I understand they were busy but they shouldve torqued the lug nuts properly not with an impact wrench.
They tried to upsell me on things I didnt need for 1800 dollars. I found the things I did need for half the price with better warranty and service elsewhere.
Great customer service! They did a good job of explaining the work being done, and finished earlier than they said it wpuld be complete.
Scheduled an appointment to get my tires rotated and alignment done for 2pm on a Saturday. Dropped my car off earlier than scheduled at 10am they had it done by 12:30 great speed and service. I highly recommend this Firestone location.
I came in for an oil change today and spent 2 hours waiting for my car (even though I made an appointment online). When I finally got the keys to my car, I come outside to find that my car windows are fully open, and my car is a total mess. I get in the car to leave, and realize that the windows are open because, while the car was being worked on, they had somehow killed my battery. Im guessing they tried to jump start it through the back electric battery or something, and thats why my backseats and trunk were such a mess. Most frustrating part though is that they didnt even care to put things back correctly, nor did they tell me about my battery dying. I didnt get a sticker for my next service day either. Im totally shocked with the way they treated the car, and will not be coming back. I used to come to this location often, but after this experience Id rather pay extra and go somewhere else.
The lady at the front desk was helpful and the people in the shop were quick. Thank you.
My girlfriend took her 08 Infiniti G35 here for an oil change. They told her the air filters need to be replaced and it needs new spark plugs. The car has 2 filters which I had replaced no more than 2 months prior and I was surprised they inspected the spark plugs so I called to ask about this. The girl at the front had no idea what I was talking about so she called the tech over who told her to tell me this: the air filter looked a little dirty and we recommend replacing the spark plugs because of the miles. Me: so if the car has over 90k miles you replace the plugs at every oil change? Her: yes that is the manufacturers recommendation BS!!!! They will gladly screw you over for your hard earned money
Brought my car in for a new serpentine belt and 3hrs later get a call that my water pump is frozen byt yet i drove my car there just fine!3months later they fix my work truck(corporate account) and screw up my abs system and now more and more issues seem to be having. Very disappointed with them right now!!!
When an appointment is made, an hour is a bit much for an oil change in my opinion.Could have also used a better explanation as to why an alignment was suggested and/or a better response to the questions I posed regarding the issue.
They were very professional and nice and took good care of me and my car assessing the situation
Honestly one of the worst Firestone’s I’ve ever been to. Takes absolutely forever to get anything done. Then they decide to give me tires without air in them.
I found out I had a flat on a Sunday afternoon. I called and spoke to Mya who was sympathetic to my situation. We discussed options and she checked that the tires were in stock before I drove to the shop. When I got there, Mya personally helped me even though there were other associates available she could have pawned us off on. I were prepared to buy 2 new tires for a couple hundred dollars, but she said she see if the tire could be patched instead and save us some money. Sure enough, it could be patched so I only spent $20! Im glad it didnt cost much, but I do like have the option of deferred interest with Firestone credit if I need it. I will definitely return if we have another issue with the car.
Always treated right at firestone the staff is friendly professional and knowledgeable
Great customer service!
Took my car in Sunday at 9 after talking with someone Saturday (the day I bought the car) and was told my tires would be there at 9. Called at 1 to see how long until my car is done, and they told me the tires had just got there, and it would be another hour and a half until they were done.I called an hour and a half later to see if my cars was done. Was told ANOTHER 45 minutes for the alignment. I said nevermind, Ill just get my car now. I show up and they left my car unlocked AND the windows down! And my wheels were covered in tire slime! Ridiculous! The only reason I came here was the other 2 places I went to didnt have a set of 4 tires and were closed on Sunday. I needed a new set as I drive 200+ miles a day and the ones on the car were badly weathered. Never coming here again! And I even thought about opening up a credit card with them.Good job guys, you lost out on some frequent business. Thanks for the cheap tires
Bought four new tires. Service was very fast and professional.
Always a good experience. In and out in minimal time. Fast and friendly staff.
Sucks....I paid $40.00 for A/C diagnostic because the A/C while on then heater turns on. Tech says it needs a new compressor because when he turns off the AC the compressor stays on. Well let me say this .. you also need to turn off the AC for the rear. Theres a on and off switch for front and rear... YOU have techs working there who dont know crap about what they doing. This happen friday and I scheduled a appointment for today at 9am and when I get there to check in I was told I didnt have an appointment..... Firestone was a Waste of my time. Will never go there again. P.S. it turns out there is nothing wrong with the compressor. .....
They tooklonger then they had said it would, but so far work has been good
I went here to get new tires, and they had to ship them from Hayward. They kept me in the loop the whole time and got my car done when they said they would when I set the appointment. Would definitely go back to this location.
