We have gone here before and we can really trust them. I went again today and James really overdelivered. He was so kind and went above and beyond making sure that they were quick and efficient and didnt pressure me, but was real with what needed to be fixed.
I went to look at cars. The sales manager is very helpful even though there arent cars in stock.
They were great we have bought 2 cars from them. We bought a Tahoe and Accord after the purchase the tahoe had a couple minor issues and they took care of them right away.
Needed to replace the fuel pump on my 2019 Honda fit due to a safety recall. Called in to scheduled an appointment and found out that they did not have the pump and needed to order. When I arrived there was a little bit of mix-up about the pump but my advisor James was able to sort it out. I also asked to rotate my tires. Picked up the car the same day. Overall, excellent service and I will be back!
Sami who works in the service dept. in Roseville went out of his way to make a bad situation into a very pleasant experience.My appointment time on a re call had been changed and I had not been notified but Sami went out of his way to work me in and adapt to my schedule.I have had interaction with Sami before and I feel he takes personal interest in keeping me satisfied as a customer.

Had cash picked a vehicle got true car price....they ran my ample credit and proceeded to keep me there FOUR hours. Couldnt buy the car from home for some reason....the price was high and lost 4 grand on a job being held up.cal with gravy.see ya get a real job
I discovered the battery on my CRV had died on a Friday night. I called my service advisor, James, Saturday morning. He said to have it towed to the shop and he would have them look at it on Monday. About 3 hours after it was towed, James called and said the car was ready to pick up! Not only did I get it back quickly, but there was no charge for the battery as it was still under warranty. James has been my service advisor since the first time I had my CRV serviced. I have always been happy with the service because he goes the extra mile.
They ran my credit score 12 times without making me aware, the ran it many times to every single bank. THEIR TOTAL SCAMMERS. Don’t go here YOU WERE WARNED

Took my Honda in and TOLD them the flywheel needed to be replaced.... I kinda have an idea of what I am talking about. Spent 4 hours at the dealership and they told me it was the starter and they replaced it. Fine, no problem. Here I am just a few months later without my car once again because it what doing the same thing as before... what do you know... it was the flywheel 🤔
Havent been there before for service and such.
Horrible service, i made an appointment with them to get my car inspected. I got there 5 minutes early and notified them that i was their, someone told me to take a seat and i someone would help me asap. 50 minutes later no one so much as talked to me so i walked out. Complete waste of my time and the staff is super unfriendly

I reserved a very rare car I intended to purchase through them, and they told me it wasn’t ready yet but agreed to hold it. A week and a half later, I reached out to learn they wholesaled it without giving me a chance to purchase.
Great service place for Honda vehicles, good place to wait in the meantime. Sundays are pretty less busy for service.

Service 2/29/2020 1300. Service maintenances for 48 months charge for $550 not included tire rotation and shuttle offered never came. Very disappointed with Honda vehicle and their service dept. paid extra $2000 for full maintenance for 7yrs. Waste of money. I will never ever buy a Honda Vehicles.Over all not happy with Vehicle and their charge and their services. Not going to recommend my friends or family to buy any vehicles:-(
Very disappointing service here on 7/17. I set up an appointment for 7:30 AM and got there early. It took over 15 minutes to drop off the car.The service advisor, Bunna, seemed disinterested in actually helping me. I told him I came in get the Summer Inspection that was emailed to me by AutoNation Honda. He said I dont need that and was ready to send me away.I told him I wanted him to do the inspection and he seemed annoyed that I persisted. He took me back to the office and proceeded to hastily type up a quote and told me it would be 500 dollars without explaining what it was he was quoting me on because just a few minutes earlier, he told me I didnt need anything done.I asked him to explain what is was he quoted on me and he proceeds to punch a bunch of numbers in to a calculator and threw out another number. Never once did he give me a breakdown of what the cost was.I got the brake fluid and transmission fluid flushed on the manufacturers recommended schedule. I dropped the car off at 7:15 AM. By 4 PM, no call from the shop stating my car was done. I called in, waited on hold with 9 callers in front of me and then when I did get through, Bunna wasnt available so the receptionist took my number down and said he would call me in just a few minutes.Fast forward an hour, no call so I went in and picked the car up, just hoping that it would be ready. No one went over the findings from the inspection, explained what was done to my car or anything. Overall, this was one of the worst car experiences ever. At every turn, I had to be in the drivers seat to get things done and feel like I was a burden to the shop.

It’s impossible to get them to answer their phone. When I have gone there, they ignore customers. These people need to apply to the DMV or the post office!
Who calls potential customers at 845PM on a Saturday night? Like really, that’s so late. Going to Elk Grove when I get my Honda.
So far terrible. Expensive and waited all day for no call back on my car which needed extremely minor repairs done. Just to drop off my car (with an appointment) took almost an hour. Not efficient at all.
