KC is true mechanic. Fixes it right the first time at a affordable price. Very professional and knowledge about lots of things. I had KC perform preventive maintenance on my 2015 Dodge Ram. The services included spark plugs, serpentine belt, transmission, front/rear differential and the transfer case. All the work was performed with quality products and truck is running better than ever. If your looking for your forever mechanic look no further.

Had to have my work truck diagnosed and repaired same day and they were very accommodating with my time frame. They listened to my suggestions and they fulfilled the needed repairs. I know my truck and they didnt try to upsell me with other unnecessary repairs and service I knew I didnt need. KC and his crew did a fantastic job for us. They had to replace all of the actuators for the HVAC system. They also performed a quick but thorough goings over and found a few semi- major issues. Most urgent was an exhaust leak found on both exhaust manifolds. They will be performing the repairs to correct this on Monday. Thanks for a good experience.

They saved me thousands of dollars by doing a repair job which was much cheaper than what was recommended by another car repair shop. I am satisfied with the work they did to my car. The owner/manager also made sure I got directed to a body shop for a service GM Specialties do not provide. They were quick with getting my car in to be seen, didnt try to sell me parts i didnt need. The final cost came in at just about what was quoted, so there was no surprises. K.C. kept me informed throughout the repair, updating me on the progress and options, and even sending me pictures of the repairs and old parts. Its never fun to have to take your car to the shop, but GM Specialties was professional and upfront.

My In laws have entrusted several cars to KC and GM Specialties, after purchasing a used 2002 chevy Tahoe with several aftermarket mods GM Specialties helped me create a game plan to address all the issues and get the car to perfect condition. I reached out to GM specialties after one of my GM vehicles fell off of its warranty from the dealership. I have always gone to a private mechanic who specializes in the car that I own (have a Honda/Toyota go-to place, a German car go-to place, and now I wanted a GM-American made place).I read some amazing reviews about this place, so I thought Id give this place a try. My car needed a few services, but mainly had an issue with the engine fan staying on when the car turned off. I reached out to GM Specialties and got a voicemail. immediately received a text from K.C. asking me what I needed and I responded with everything. He told me to bring it in the next morning and hell take a look. Everything was great.Next day I drop it off - sign everything and the two guys (not KC) I spoke with were very nice. I dropped the car off and was told Id hear back in a few hours (this was at 7:30 AM).3 PM rolls around, I havent heard anything so I call the shop. K.C. answers and says hes just looking at it. No problem. What bugged me was that a bit later, I get an email with an estimate for nearly $800 without a call... no call just an estimate. If it was an oil change, Id get it. This was a big charge and no call at all. So I call KC and he picks up this time and was pretty short about everything, but basically told me that a) the error code ### was read and b) it has a temperature sensor issue (which costs $80 online) but GM doesnt sell the sensor so we need to replace the entire water housing assembly and c) that GM is out of the part and it is on backorder so we need to go to an aftermarket part and so on.My buddy who is into cars told me that this was bogus - I dont know anything, so I was torn on what to do. Alas, I decided I would bring it to the Reliable Buick dealership in Roseville, who has always treated me super well. I take it in the next day (without telling them anything from GM Specialties), receive a call at 12 explaining the same error code and that the temp sensor needs to be replaced. They had the assembly part in the shop. It cost $100 but that they would put it in for free with the basic oil change and tire rotation I needed. They covered the labor for free, which GM Specialties was going to charge $500 for. Oil change + tire rotation itself was also $30 cheaper than GM Specialties.Roseville Reliable Buick GMC has earned my trust for all General Motors cars going forward. Maybe this was a one off, but the dealership did a phenomenal job, treated me great, knew the problem immediately, and was way cheaper ($600 cheaper).

I really love this place right now. KC is the man with the plan and will set you straight. I gave him a list of things I wanted looked into and he went through it all. But better yet, he told me what I didnt need done just yet. I asked to have my brakes changed well he looked into my brakes saw there was a mess cleaned them up and noted i had about another 15k miles on them and instead of just getting his money out of me he told me Im good and can just hold off on it for awhile. Not many shops would do that for you, they just see you as an atm. Not KC. Thats some upstanding work! I even had him research a oil leak for me and found my pvc valve could be bad because of a manufacture defect. He quoted me what it would run to fix it. Man got right on it and fit it into his day. The only thing i didnt like is a found a dead bug sitting in my cup holder when i picked up my car(honestly probably crawled in during the hot day when the windows were down). Haha if thats the only bug i find in their work then i will always 100% trust and rely on KC and his team as the number 1 dealership alternative in the area!

From the first point of contact it was clear to me that KC and his team truly take pride in their work and respect their customers. KC went above and beyond to ensure that we had the information we needed to make informed decisions about the repairs our Honda Oddyssey needed and that we got the best prices for parts (including tracking down warranties on work done elsewhere and by previous owners) and the best value for the cost of labor. KC offers personalized service and really just seems to be an honest and caring human being. His communication is timely, thorough, and clear. And as a working parent I find it super convenient that we can communicate by text, too. I thought it might cost us slightly more than going to a local competitor, and that was worth the peace of mind, to me. But when all was said and done, it was comparable in price and certainly greater in overall value. Our family vehicle needed a lot of work, but even with a sore pocketbook, we are new and total fans of GM Specialties. If you value quality, trust, and peace of mind, this is your shop.
