The best place for wheel balancing. I went to many places to get my wheels balanced but none of them can fix it. Norms tire immediately knew what was the issue and was able to fix it. They know their tires. Services are excellent and the shop is clean. The best place for anything with tires.

Dropped car off on a Monday afternoon with no appointment. Needed a leaky tire fixed and a tire rotation. They took care of it quickly and did amazing work, and it was cheap!! I trust them with any wheel/tire job my family, friends or I need done. From exotic cars, to my Jetta, the quality of work is always perfect. Thank you.

I was able to get in same day for an appointment for service on my car. They were very friendly and helpful. It was more expensive than Discount Tire, but they were much more knowledgeable and faster. I was disappointed that no one there was wearing a mask or social distancing and I had to get pretty close to other customers and staff when I checked out. There are definitely ways to make the showroom feel more safe for customers during the pandemic.

I needed four new all-season tires installed and two of them either repaired or replaced since they were leaking.I was able to get to Norms at 7:30 AM and it took about 1.5 hours to complete the whole process. They even made sure to consult me about replacing the seals beforehand.One tire was disposed of, one repaired, and the rest replaced without issue.The only issue I had was that I had chrome/metal valve caps that they didnt return to me until I requested them back and had them check twice in the shop to make sure they werent lost.Im happy overall, though, and the tires have been working great through the winter so far.

My husband, Bryan got a flat. Took the truck in today for a new tire. They repaired the tire (when they could have sold him a brand new one), and fixed his tire. He knew his wheel bearings were bad - and they caught it and offered to fix on the spot. When I got home from the office, my husband raved about how clean everything was, the best waiting room he’s ever seen for a repair shop along with super clean restrooms. Then the bill came and was so pleased at the reasonable price. He was prepared for another overpriced place that tries to over sell you. Was extremely impressed. I will be popping in there shortly for my van.

I really enjoy buying my tires and having my car serviced at Norms. Family-owned, friendly team, speedy service, reasonable prices. My windshield wipers were torn up when I had my brakes replaced. I said oh yeah, I have new ones, just havent put them on. They laughed, and then put them on for me. Nice to see the same people every time I go in, and to trust that I wont be swindled.

I ended up with some of the information I wanted but waited forever while I was there... even into the next day. Just didnt think that was necessary being that tires were supposed to be their specialty. The inside of the building is spiffy and it seems like everyone there was very professional but I mustve got a lemon.

Called just to price out some tires. I’m 7 months pregnant with an almost 8 year old. Told the rep I was looking for a year round tire that handles water, slush, ice, and snow etc well. He gave me a couple options he recommended for what I was looking for. I drive a 2013 Altima with FWD so tires are really important for me. I ended up choosing the more expensive tire because he recommended them so highly and I live out in the sticks, plus I’ll be stuck with them for a couple years so I don’t want to cheap out. Only had them for a week now but I must say they are fantastic in the winter weather! I’ve tested them out some on my ice covered half mile long driveway and they keep traction so well. It snowed again today and I slammed the brakes I test them some more on some accumulated snow and again they grabbed traction so quickly!! Super impressed with the Nokian tires and amazing service and recommendation I received. Will be back for my next set for sure!

Ok sad more bad news when for tires they say my rims are bad

Google wants a review before I even finish one transaction but so far can shop people seem to know what they are doing.The price was right at tire racks but actual human service real knowledgeable advice about which tires to get. Installation and disposal included in estimate. I dont have the car back yet, the tires they can do today but alignment is booked until the middle of next week which is understandable at 110 bucks. Ill update after I get it back.

We just got here from Vegas and had a flat! I saw all the wonderful reviews about Norms and decided to take my car there! I was working from the hotel after my job transfer to MN so my sister took it in and she said they treat people just like family! They were able to fix the tire instead of having to get a whole new one! I then had some air go out and she said to bring it in and they would check it again just to make sure it was ok! They really explain everything they are doing or what could be wrong! Like i didn’t realize because our tires r from the desert that could have a bearing on losing air! Thank u for being so kind and wonderful! We will definitely be having my tires done there in the near future when I get all brand new ones :)

I had the best experience at Norms. I had a blowout this summer and needed a used tire to get me by before I sold my car. Norms had a great tire and changed it incredibly fast. The waiting room is very comfortable as well.They got my tire on in no time and I was on my way. The price was quite reasonable too.A few weeks later I noticed the tire was losing a little pressure so I filled it with air and checked it a few days later. It had a slow leak so I took it back to Norms. They guarantee all their used tires for 30 days. I went in 33 days later but they still took care of it at no charge. They even cleaned up the rim where they saw some corrosion.I was in and out in under an hour and everyone was very friendly and helpful.I will definitely go back whether it is for more used tires or for a full set of new ones.Thanks Norms

Very negative experience for this customer. Rude service. Overcharged. Took forever. Lazy (and negative) employees. The employees seemed to hate working for this place. Waiting room was cramped. Coffee was disgusting. Needless to say, wont ever have my tires changed here again. Talked to the owner, but she had no answers. Very disappointed!

I came here looking for some bigger rims and tires for my car to use on track day. Joy helped me out. We sat down and talked for a little while about what I was looking for and within 15 to 20 minutes we had ordered what we decided that we needed. Joy really knows her stuff because when the parts came in they fit absolutely perfectly and looked great! This is an almost 25 year old car. I would recommend this business for anyone who just has a flat tire or needs to order big tires on aftermarket wheels.P.s. I overheard the guy in front of me ordering tires for a Model T. My car dealer recommended I contact Norm’s to see if my one tire I bought for my all-wheel drive car need to be shaved down. Turns out it didn’t, but the team at Norm’s could not be nicer. Highly recommend!

Ive been visiting Norms since they were at their old location in Little Canada. They always have excellent customer service and work hard to find the right solution for you and your vehicle. They understand what the customer really needs....• Have a beater with a single bad tire? They can find a used tire that will do the trick.• Have a nail puncture hole in a car which doesnt get that many miles put on it? They will patch the hole instead of swindling you into a new tire.• Maybe you have a daily driver that is both out of alignment and has worn tires in Late February? They will tell you itll make it a few months and that you should bring it back in April or May when most of the potholes have been repaired (so you dont throw it out of alignment again right away.)• Have a sports car with a bent rim that you push to the limits? They will suggest you get that fixed because of the stresses you put the car through.These are all examples that I have personally experienced. The point Im trying to make is that they really pick the right solution for you, not what makes them the most money. I have found their work to be high quality and have not had any issues with the work they have performed on any of the multiple vehicles that I have brought to them. I also appreciate the friendliness of their front desk staff, and the knowledgeability the garage staff have in their respective focus areas.

Norms is the best tire shop I have ever used. I am very, very picky about tires being balanced properly. There have been a few instances where Norms has gone far and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. I dont even bother calling around price shopping because I know if go somewhere else, I will just end up at Norms to have them re balance the tires & maybe even find a defective one that was sold to me. (yes that did happen).

Awesome mechanic shop, and that means a lot coming from me. Im VERY picky. They specialize in figuring out vibrations and wheel balance. They are one of the only shops that will actually proactively reseat tires on rims to optimize balance. They are also very competitively priced. Ive been searching for a mechanic that will take my vibration issues seriously and Ive finally found one. PLUS they are a Michelin dealer! I will be taking my vehicles here for as long as I live in the area.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, $35 per tire for a mount and balance.Its not just big box stores that will do it cheaper, I found a mobile tire installer that will come to me and do it for 20 a tire and hes not expecting me to buy anything else.

There is no better place to take your vehicle for repair. they are kind, courteous and above all listen to what one is saying. We always feelsafer after they have taken care of our vehicles- they treat them the way they would their own.

Went this morning for my first time, walked in at 7:30am. The guys working were helpful and courteous, did a great job taking care of the service on my vehicle and getting me back on the road very quickly! Think I found some good people to count on in the future!

Went there to have windows looked at,had car 5 weeks. Noticed 2 of the windows were not working at all . This was a issue happened out of no ware.they said they will check it out.when they were done. $190.00 + dollars later said was all gd. When i went to get in car. Now no windows work?? told them. now its a intermittent issue? But they said they worked. So told me to bring back and they will fix issue for sure. Est. $200.00, Gd folks.so Im going in today. 4/2/2018.

Girlfriend has a leak in her tire and clearly stated the tread was pretty worn and asked if they could plug it while she waits for her new tires to be shipped. Told her it was all good and they could fix it, then made her wait for a long time only to tell her that they couldnt, they didnt even take the wheel off the car to identify a leak. Bad service

I have purchased many tires from Norms over the years and have had nothing but great service. The one time I went elsewhere I ended up going to Norms to fix the poor job of another shop. Family owned, knowledgeable and friendly employees, and competitive prices.

I must say this.1. The Good. This shop does great job on balanced tire, becuase of the road force machines.2. THE BAD. They will RIP/OFF every single dollar they can get from your wallet.....- price over charge for a lot misc..Norms Over $65 just to balanced tire. Discount tire only charge $25 -45$ for lifetime balanced.Norms Over $140 for tire changed. Most shop $80-105$They even charge u for the wheel weight...oh and they even charge to install the new air valve....Oh they even u for just rotate your wheel, even the wheel already off the car.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP OR IF U MUST GO PLEASE CAREFULLY LOOK AT THE PAPER WORK BEFORE U PAY THEM..

Two times in less than three months, Ive had a screw in my tire. Both times Ive walked into Norms with no appointment. Car is in and out, tire fixed in less than 45 minutes! Great customer service and prices - will definitely return.

At the beginning of the summer I had just gotten my Camaro wheels powder coated and was pretty nervous about getting them mounted. I had heard for years, word-of-mouth, from people in the car community that Norms does a good job. I decided to go to them and had a great experience. I found out one of my wheels was bent which cost me way more then I wanted to but it got fixed, and surprisingly didnt ruin the powder coat. More recently, I have horrible luck with screws in my tires, so I brought them back to get my tire patched. They did a great job once again, and didnt scratch my wheels either time. I feel safe getting my tires mounted here which means a lot to me.

Best customer service Ive ever had. I initially went to another tire shop to get my punctured tire fixed. They said it was not repairable, and I would need to purchase all new tires since I have an AWD vehicle. That wouldve costed me $1,100. I contacted Norms Tires because they offered a tire truing service where I could just buy one tire and true it to match the tread of the other three tires. Bill at Norms informed me that my tire was in fact repairable, and they got me out of there in 20 minutes with only spending $40. They easily couldve said that the tire was not repairable and I would need to purchase a new one and have the truing service done, which wouldve been $350. But, they are honest people and really look out for their customers best interest. They just got a new loyal customer!

My last visit, I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes after my car was done, and I could see it sitting out in the lot, but was waiting for them to get me after my car was done. It was because one of the 4 new tires that I purchased was not balanced properly and I had to bring it back in to Norms. Since I bought the tires and the lifetime tire plan ($9.95/tire) there, I have to go back to have them rotated or if a flat happens, which is nice; however, no lifetime balance though, which you never know when tired might need balancing again.Overall, more than I expected to spend vs. other places when labor, balance, (which was $15/tire), taxes and other fees are factored in, even though the tires I got were higher priced. If it was not for Joy K and her excellent way of treating me, I probably would have shopped around more and not have wanted to go back. She is a great lady! It is a big place and has a lot of neat memorabilia on the walls and they do offer complementary beverages and T.V, though you cannot see your car being worked on. Thanks1

Brought in a set of aftermarket wheels and Michelin PSS run-flat tires for a new Corvette which most tire shops and dealerships wont touch due to the difficulty and likelihood of damage. Norms took care of them easily. Just thought id share this in case anyone is looking for a trustworthy place to have any performance tire/wheel work done. They took extreme care of the wheels and no scratches anywhere. Thank you.

Whether youre driving a performance car or your every day driver Nick and his guys can get it done. They were able to align my 1967 Camaro and balance the big awkward tires. Awesome service at a great value.

They do cost a little more than average. Its a nice place, very clean and looks professional. The guy on the phone never told me the loaner cars cost $20 for the day, so I wasnt expecting that when paying. Would be nice if they communicated the total price for the repairs clearly, instead of just the base pre-tax and pre-shop fees. I probably wont go there again.
