If I can give a -20 stars I would! I got 2 BRAND new front tires done on my truck and I had to put air back in my tires 5 times. My tire never went completely flat but it goes to about 17psi. I thought it was a nail in my tire. NOPE! I did the soap and water test to find the bubble. I found the bubble on the sidewall of the tire. The hole is so small nothing I possibly could have done to make that happen. So I call a few days later thinking this place was great to go to, I was sadly mistaken. I go up to the shop yesterday to see if they can help and the younger white male mechanic has the worst attitude, he got super defensive when I told him what happen and he says he can not replace my tire because we don’t cover that. The tire is not even 2 weeks old. The owner Mike runs from any customer facing issues and has his employees deal with his problems. He does not call people back who spent hundreds of dollars with them. What a great guy and company to work for! I don’t understand how he runs a business but this is not it. Stay free and clear from both locations. The staff does not have customer service skills and the owner is a scary crook.

Seemed genuine & authentic or trustable. So many places have a vibe that screams were gonna take your money, over priced due to a loss of basic auto knowledge. For brakes Id feel comfortable with them doing the work. I believe they said the brake inspection was free! Dont quote me though

Terrible place of business, stay away. Left my car on Thursday told them I’ll be back Saturday to pick it up gave them plenty of time to flush radiator and replace thermostat. They told me they’d have it done that day. I Called every day they said they still did not get to it and it will be done for sure Saturday before I get there. I came back to pick it up they never even touched it. Cost me about $140 in unnecessary lyft fees because of deciding to use this place. Stay away very unprofessional taking on too much work, have too many businesses in one location that they’re handling poorly. You have been warned. STAY AWAY

Got my truck back 3 days later when I was told it’ll be done that day when I took the truck to them due to no part... items in my truck was moved around like my fishing gears and my radio audio was tampered..they got half the job done and the other half that wasn’t done I bought them the parts.. having a boy running around the shop isn’t safe, should’ve known that they aren’t professional. I’m not surprised if stuffs in my truck is missing...have to get my truck inspect to make sure they did the work I paid them to do bc the parts I bought for them was and should be out when they were fixing my truck..

These gentlemen did phenomenal work on my car. I went in with a Groupon and an appointment to get an oil change and a brakes fix. They informed me that my hub bearing needed to be replaced, if not immediately then very soon. Which is really interesting, because I had taken my car into another local shop down the road, about three months ago for this exact issue. This other shop didnt tighten my axle nut properly. (Which a little background on that, I had to take my car into that other shop roughly seven times. They really messed my car up not just the hub bearing.) Mr. Breaks guys informed me that there was substantial damage to the hub bearing. These guys had no information whatsoever on the past maintenance or destruction of my vehicle. They identified and SOLVED an almost four month issue! Not only is their work profound, thier work is everything compared to what Ive been sentenced to before by other repair shops. The customer service is great, all the gentlemen in the shop were extremely kind and allowed my to wait in their waiting room. One guy even asked if I needed a ride home, but I didnt have a way to pick my car back up. A ride home would have been silly, it only took one hour and a half for them to assess, identify, and fix my car. They ordered the hub bearing that I needed while I was sitting in their office, and still completed the job in an hour and a half! Im used to waiting three days to a week for repairs like this! Stellar work, genuine business, very kind crew! Thank you guys so much! ❤️

I went to this place toady looking for a brake job on my 78 corvette the person gave me an estimate of $924.00 dollars for pads and rotors then offered to drive me to the bank to get the money.. really..told him put the wheels back on and left steer clear of this place.

For the most part theyre very good and considerate of their costumers. My wifey and I have gotten a lot of work done here. Good prices, friendly staff and didnt take to long. Now the last experience we had was 100% the opposite. Told us how much all the work would cost. Theyre prices almost doubled from what they said a month prior when we were seeing how much we would need to fix everything. They didnt even call us to tell us what was going on with our truck. Im feeling that they must have gotten a few new staff members B.C. the costumer service was like The people asking to pump our gas in the HOOD.

Fast, friendly, and affordable! Like many, great car owners out there I waited until I heard metal on metal whenever Id hit those brakes to finally say its time for new brakes. I had a busy work week so I was hoping to find a shop open on the weekend, after turning through one of the coupon flyers we get in the mail, I saw an ad for Mr. Brakes Auto Care so I checked and sure enough they were open on Saturday so I woke up early and took in the car. For pads and rotors all around, it was under $600 and they got the whole thing done in 3 hours. Both guys I talked to were friendly and happy to help. I will definitely return to Mr. Brakes for future repairs and I recommend them to you as well!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. We have more problems now than what they “fixed”. Things are missing from our car, including the knob from our radio. Real funny. Our review mirror was just sitting in the front seat. They gave us an older battery; ours was brand new, the one we have now is not. It seemed like such a good deal $850 to get the complete brakes system redone, but it was too good to be true. Now we’re paying what we “saved” and then some to fix what they did.

Best place for auto repair, I’ll be returning for all my car troubles! Fast service: they got me in Saturday when other places turned me away for the following week. Friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Price was amazing compared to other places. Honest group that didn’t try to swindle me on what needed to be done. Great place all around!

I had to take my vehicle to S&K muffler after Mr. Brakes to get the repair done properly 😫 Mr. Brakes sucks 😞 !!! They didnt machine shop the made in China drums that they installed so it kept making a noise. They said my front was fine when I needed a rotor. They gave me an invoice for a completely different repair (master cylinder) ...I will never go to them again!!!

Omg I am a Nationwide Expediter who does service everywhere thats a standard question that any mechanic can answer without any problem but not here. Went to this location recently due to having a Groupon deal for an oil change/tire rotation and safety inspection. I called ahead and set up an appointment. Upon arrival I stood inside the building for a while with no one around, finally the person who worked there came in and I was told that the other person working that day had called off so it was just him running the moving truck rental AND the auto shop alone. This is where the red flag should have gone up for me but I continued forward with getting service here. The guy did the oil change however the other aspects of my Groupon were not performed.. The biggest issue being a safety inspection. I know this was not completed because shortly after I had my service I noticed leaking underneath my car which is oil AND coolant. So something that could have been brought to my attention while I had my car in the shop was discovered shortly after.I DO NOT recommend this location any longer. And recommend to management to have more that 2 workers at this location so one person does not get stuck alone doing 50 different things causing customers time and money to be wasted since the job cannot be performed correctly. It was very apparent the singular worker was overwhelmed as well.Also- had this problem been discovered with the inspection that was supposed to be completed the shop would have received additional payment so an even larger sale was completely missed for the company.

I just had my brakes done today and they had them done in just a couple of hours! We chose this shop because they have the best prices in the area (they also quoted me for repair needed to my tie rod, of which the pricing was extremely reasonable), and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and smiling faces in the shop. We will definitely be taking our cars to this shop moving forward-great job guys!!

I will never and I do mean never go to this shop. I brought my car back the next day because it was still doing the same thing as before it was “fixed”. The mechanic advised me that it’s was not under warranty and preceded to yell at me and ask me to the leave the shop when I ask to speak to owner. I have never been treated so poorly. I wished I could type everything that happened this is just a short version.

Horrible place of business. I got my hub bearing fixed and they killed my battery by setting the alarm off and letting it go off ALL NIGHT LONG! They didnt even call and tell me what happened nor did they charge or replace the battery. Once I bought a new battery I had to go to Midas to have them properly fix the hub bearing. I will never go there again!

This business gets a 5-star rating by its integrity in making things right, no matter the cost. I had an unexpected issue with one of Mikes, (the owners), staff that prompted me to move on to another repair shop. Not only did Mike right the wrong, but he did it quickly, effectively, professionally and even made time to repair another, brand new exhaust issue at a minimal charge. When the leader stands by his business morals, the employees are sure to follow. My faith restored. Ill go back every time my car has a repair issue.

Very faired price I was searching for an auto place for 2 weeks. Every place wanted to diagnose my car for problems that didnt fix my issues and charge me over a 100$ just to tell me whats wrong with my car. I called these guys. They took me immediately in less than 5 mins told me what was wrong with my car and worked with my budget. Got my car on the road the next day since I came late in the day. Go here for all your car needs.

I went here and got brakes and rotors put on 5 out of 5 stars i wish i couldve gave more stars. Great experience...1rst off soon as i came in I was greeted, usally ppl wait for a while like that dont see you. But not here. They advertise $59 brakes outside and it wasnt a scam to get you inside. What really got me is they only have 2 bays and the wait wasnt long to get my car in and they got it out within a hour or less. Wow will be back for more work go here but not when im there because i dont want to wait any longer 🤣😂

Went to get my alternator put on and the mechanic thought he was slick by taking the bolts and screws off of my power steering pump! Then when brought to managements attention he refused to think his mechanic had anything to do with it....... moral of the story they thought I was gonna pay $350 for something they unhooked..... if they work on your vehicle make sure they keep the door open mechanic constantly asks for help because “this is the wrong part” and when they “wrong part” was properly on there the mechanic didn’t know how to hook the charger up to make sure the part worked! So beware dealing with these unprofessional people

These guys are amazing! I bought a Jeep at auction with bad rear brakes and a broken radio. I brought my Jeep in on Saturday with intent on leaving for Tennessee Tuesday evening. Unfortunately, it was actually my rear differential that was broken 😢 and the closest part was out of state not able to be shipped until Monday. These guys worked their magic, got the piece, and got my Jeep up and running, radio included, by Tuesday afternoon!! Im in Kentucky right now and shes driving like a dream. 😍😍 Thanks

They don’t honor their warranty or their appointments. Today was my 6th appointment over a span of 6 WEEKS for warranty work and I was rejected AGAIN. I wanted my pads replaced because of heavy squeaking 7 months after being installed. For the first 4 appointment times we set, they had forgot to order the pads, the 5th time Dwight did the front but forgot to do the rears and today i was told they won’t do it at all because my rotors were burned... Dave said this 30 seconds into our conversation without knowing which vehicle was mine AND it was parked 50 feet away making it impossible to see anything. I think its safe to say he just didn’t want to stand by his work. Dave is rude, argumentative and a royal @$$ The rest of the crew is disorganized but very polite and friendly.I would not recommend this place and suggest that you not let Dave touch your vehicle because he won’t stand by his work.

Thanks for the gas leak. My car was never doing that before hand. And as far as the rack and pinion Im no where near stupid. I would have fixed the underlying problem. Instead they told me I had a bad power steering pump. Which was false. So afterwards my car was still doing the same thing. You guys are a sheisty shop. You will be hearing from me. ***********They also have family and friends post fake reviews to boost their rating.************ I know this family personally. What a joke.

I called to find out how much it would cost to get my brakes lines bled. Was unable to get a base cost for the job or a straight answer. All they did by not giving me an idea of the cost, was tell me they would be too expensive.

I took my car here 7-28-18 because my breaks were loud. They inspected my front and back breaks and stated my rear breaks, routers and calibers needed replacement and it would be $300. The mechanic also stated that it was odd for my 2017 charger rear breaks to go out first because on the chargers the front breaks usually go out first. I should have took this as a red flag. When the work was done i drove off and my breaks were still loud. I took my car back and the mechanic told me it should stop in a week but it never did. On my 3rd visit i demanded they look at my car again which they did. They told me the didnt tighten up the parts properly 2nd red flag. They stated it should be fine now. But when i left i still had the same problem. On the 4th visit they checked out my car again and said it is my front breaks, routers and calibers and it will be another $300! I said but when you inspected my car less than a week ago you said the front was fine. The mechanic said it can happen over night.it was a scam to get more money. It was always the front breaks. They took advantage of a single mother. That was the first and last $300 they will ever get from me!!

This place inspected it free of charge and told me I didnt need a whole caliper just a sliding pin on each caliper! $380 out the door! Thank you very much! Will definitely be coming back in future!

Terrible place. Took my wifes Chrysler Town and country there a couple months ago got the brakes done. They were still squeaking, took it back they said they fixed it. So today the brakes have totally went out. I have to push all the way down for the brakes to stop. Obviously they did a terrible job. Just keep driving past this place and go somewhere professional. I wouldnt let these guys put gas in my car. I gave one star because I had too.

Bolts fell off tire next day after service and had to get new bolts tire restored on vehicle. Very scary situation for my self. Especially when I was planning on going two hours and a half away to pickup son. And I out 350.00 in services to them.
