When I was knee high to a grasshopper, going to the junkyard was one of my all-time favorite things to do. Of course this isnt the oldest junkyard in Douglas county, the one I grew up playing around is no longer in use.At this one, employees all had masks on, it seemed to be a friendly atmosphere. I joked a little, we shared some laughter, and most importantly I got what I went in there for. Thank you so much guys.

The communication was very bad been waiting for a positraction rear end which it wasnt you screwed up the brake lines and left parts off of it I will never come back and I had to keep calling because no one would tell me what was going on

This is not a one time experienceParticularly Tim. I called and asked if they had any wheels off of my car, a very common car. All I got was lots of I dont know and come to the shop and we can talk about it... Very annoying, rude and lazy customer service.Im a local who goes out of my way to help local businesses and these are the types of instances that turn me off from that. Im sorry I even wasted my time to call in the first place. Caveman Auto Parts, there are more scrapyards than just you, maybe you should think about that.

The guys at Roseburg Auto Recyclers were so great! I had a wonderful experience today. Admittedly, Im a little ignorant when it comes to cars and their parts. I was referred by my local shop to look for some wheels that would fit my car. I came out there totally unprepared to pick my own parts, but the guys took care of me like I was family. I will be back!

Not even remotely willing to help!To clarify: I called looking for a car part and was given lazy I dont knows and uhs and then hung up.Edit: with new owners its only fair to change my rating and give them another chance.

Place is a joke highest prices in the industry and you set on hold for at least 20 min every time you call and you cant even get the local yard!

They dropped the ball on getting my part to the right location. This is costing me $200 in income.

They told me my part would be delivered by a certain time. When I went to check on it, I was told the higher ups had decided not to run trucks, so my part was not there and wouldnt be until Monday. Only reason I have it a 3 is because one person went out of his way to get the part to me as originally promised, and knocked $50 off.

Guys are a bunch cucks. Dont want to help you.
