Very conscience staff of folks. They do their best to honor your request. Somewhat like car doctors they handle & balance scheduled orders & walk ins too.They know your time is valuable. To say a job well done.Thanks Russ....

Sent my car to lithia on Saturday. Its now been a week . No one called me and when I called they told on tuesday, that they would get the tires and have it done the next day which would have been Thursday before my dads funeral at 3:00. It wasnt done when I called at 2:30 they said it would be ready by the time funeral was over. I stopped by to get it. No one had even started it.I called again. They said they would have it done the following day and call me. That didnt happenI called the day after that and someone rude and unprofessional answered and said yes the keys were on Bens desk. They were asked to leave the keys in the car. .... I have seen a decline and heard how awful service has been for the last year. This is supposed to be a professional business. Its failed in every way.

Was good customer service. But aledgily deceitful in dealing with repairs. Never will use them again. You decide if your brave.

Im taking my TRUCK TO BUTLER FORD IN ASHLAND. A LITTLE BIT OF A DRIVE. BUT VERY SQUARED. THEY ANSWER PHONES AND RETURN CALL PROMPTLY. THEYLL BE HANDLING MY STEREO IN MY F150.

I had my truck here multiple time had it for 2 days never got call to pick it up it was done the first 2 hours and second time had for 2 days we to get transmission recalibrateand didnt do it and they dident know how to fix my drive shaft issue said they would call back after the told ford and still nothing thy waste customers time again and again russ dont know how to communicate with a phone or in person very frustrating here at ford.

I never got a reply back for an appointment. I used the chat. Wont do it again next time I will call like I always do. Wont give any stars for this. Guess wont let me post otherwise so will give one star because have to.

Lithia Ford service dept. are just a bunch of $$ stealing individuals...they replaced my air bag (recall) and afterward my horn did not work. I asked them to fix it and they said they will do a diagnostic test and determine if it was my fault or their fault...there is noway it was my fault the horn didnt work but was going to charge me for the diagnostic test...very poor customer service because I wasnt paying for something I wasnt responsible for, so I got kicked out....looking forward to what is gonna happen next...💯🤣🤣

Bonnie is the best, when your lithia is 200 miles closer but not compant you will choose to drive the extra miles to have work done correctly. Thanks again Bonnie for all your help.

They asked if I would hold so I said yes. I waited on hold for 18 minutes just for them to pick up the phone and just hang up without even talking to me. Poor service.

We love their pizza and their noodles everything is always perfect
