7/25/21 Edit - This review speaks toward Service. I took my CR-V in and asked them to put it on a lift and identify a sound from the suspension. They did not do that, instead they test drove it and reported I needed new struts and sway bar links all around. They did not ID the cause of the noise. They charged me almost $150 for that. Gary in parts had told me that struts rarely fail and it was likely something else and suggested I have Service look at it. I will not take my car there for service.Clean well kept modern facility. Front (Entrance) area are pleasant and helpful. Gary in Parts has been very helpful, installs wiper blades for me.You can probably beat their prices, but not the quality and service.And free coffee.

I had an amazing experince here. My contact there Rhianna made everything so amazingly easy and extremely fast. They dont berate or overly pressure you for passing on on any additional options they offer. We test drove a white 2019 Ford F-250 superduty diesel. It drove well. However, when we looked under the mat in the bed of the truck it covered a huge hole and several smaller holes. They acted surprised and said they would see what they could do about them. Also the panel on the driver side below the door was falling off and a different color of white.. After waiting several days without a call back. We called them for them to say they werent going to do anything about the holes and wouldnt go down on price. They were going to sell it to a sucker that wouldnt look under the mat!

I needed a key and remote for an Accord I bought from a friend. The one I had for the car wasnt working. The people at Roseburg Honda were prompt, polite, and the price was fair. AND, the fob/key combo was better than the one I got with the car. It includes a button for the trunk that the old one didnt have. VERY satisfied!

Listed a Chrysler they’d taken on trade for $10,000. I talked to one of their salesmen “Jared” the day after they’d taken it on trade and told him that I wanted to buy the car as soon as it had gone through inspection ect. Started giving me the run around after they’d evidently realized the car would typically bring more. Next week see it reposted for $14000 on the same website. Feel sorry for whoever traded it in to them!

Best oil changes in douglas county. Will not use another company or do myself while they offer them. They take care of me and they arent trying to add a bunch of stuff to my bill everytime I go in.

Drove from Portland to get the car which was sitting out front and ready to go. Probably 20 minutes signing papers and we were done as promised!

I was upside down on a car I didn’t like, and I knew banks were going to give me a hard time.Rick, the salesman, was an amazing help. Horrible customer service. Bought a brand-new 2019 Honda HRV that had issues from day 1 of battery draining and Roseburg Honda Blew me off and said it was my problem now. Car is under warranty but shop could never figure out why my car keeps draining batteries. Roseburg Honda should have offered to give me another new Honda for exchange since they could never fix the problem but instead said its my problem now.

Just Bought a Brand New Honda HRV from this place. The day after I bought the car I had a remote start installed from them on my new car. My car has now broke down 7 times in 2 weeks and no one from Honda can figure out what is wrong with my car besides the fact when they tested it, it shows it has low voltage. Roseburg Honda told me yesterday its not there problem now even though they did the work. Now I will become the problem Will not deal with this shady dealer again and will be taking them to court soon. My new car is a real lemon!!!!

They have a very clean and comfortable waiting room while your car is being serviced. Would be a full five stars, but they did not give much for my trade in that I had originally bought from them brand new. The Civic had very low miles, no dents or interior damage, it was in awesome shape. Next time I will sell my used car privately.

My car broke down and they were super friendly and let me stay in their lobby until they got my rental car ready. Complementary popcorn, coffee and good ambient music didn’t hurt either! I was even able to ask the representative helping me with my rental about buy back options for my current (very old) Honda. A plus service for an A plus car brand.

Very impressed with the service here, when I bought my car. They have a good selection of more than just Hondas (Subarus too) and they will work with you to get you the best deal possible. They have been great about following up and checking in since my purchase, too. I definitely recommend checking out this place. Very professional, personal, and gracious.

I have oil change there there are fast and its a great deal its like 5999 for synthetic oil rotate your tires a wash your car wipe out your dash. You cant beat the service they got a big waiting room with a gigantic TV and a clicker to change the channel if you want, theyre always nice and polite, I wouldnt get my oil changed anywhere else even if I didnt own a Honda. Even if I got rid of my Honda I would still go there, $59 for all that synthetic oil, I think thats a bargain.

Highly recommend, very good and quick service. I bought a used 2005 acura off craigslist a week ago and have had quite a few problems with it and, some bizarre issues too, but the service here has really brought it back to life. The car was rumbling, shaking violently when it wasn’t moving, seemingly overheating among other problems and, not to repeat myself, but now, the car drives smooth and i really feel safe in it. The prices are very reasonable and they thoroughly cover and explain what the repairs are,whats wrong, and the health of your car, which every mechanic should in my opinion.I had to bring the car in twice, the first time was for a flashing check engine light, the second was to figure out why the light came back on after i left. I spoke primarily to Sean, very professional, very helpful and really reached out to me to make sure i was happy, which i was after i left. They gave me a discount for the trouble, worked an hour and a half and only charged me for an hour, smoothed out the problems and gave me a list of some parts i might need to keep an eye on and potentially replace. All in all im satisfied!

I first contacted Roseburg Honda back in April, still deciding and finalizing on which car I would purchase. While it has been a lengthy process, Im happy to say that not once did I feel pressured to purchase. In fact, as undecided as I was, everyone who communicated with me along the way was patient and sincere. My husband and I came here to service our older Honda CR-V and let Deen know we were planning on buying a new Honda. He immediately suggested we sell our old car ourselves for better value, instead of a trade in (like how amazing is that). After we posted our car online, it took a while for people to bite, but during that time dean called us periodically to see if we needed any help with anything and just check on how the car selling was going. And then, today, when we finally sold our old car, we went down to the dealership to buy our new car, and since it has to be shipped from another Honda dealership, dean set us up with a rental for free so we arent without a car until ours gets here. Deen has been genuine and honest, and down right generous!

One star off for the one centimeter nick left on my dash following the replacement of the the airbag inflator (hey, guys, if you see this- can anything be done about that? Im unsure.) Roseburg Honda dealt honestly and fairly with me. my salesperson Lynn was very knowledgeable and helpful. she acquainted me with the accessories and the very good warranty (i purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Honda Fit EX. ) she explained the warranty and the great gas mileage the car gets ( about 38 mpg hwy). it was very pleasant to deal with her and the other Honda staff. for a very reliable used car with very good gas economy and a fair price you cant beat Roseburg Honda and Lynn there friendly salesperson.

I wanted to check the air pressure on my Honda Goldwing motorcycle. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The drive-through Bay was clean, and covered to keep you out of the rain. If I had a Honda vehicle I would definitely bring it back to this place.

Knowledgeable staff and good customer service. They have 2 waiting rooms: one with a tv and the other with several phone chargers ready.After finding the maintenance was going to take longer than expected they gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was done.

I bought a car from Rick and it was painless and straight forward. The next day I found my son had left a religious family medallion hanging on the mirror of the trade in. I called back to RH but the car had already been sold. Rick took the time to track it down from multiple handlers and found it at a used car lot. He then went there and dug through a filthy dumpster to find the medallion. This is the kind of person you want to buy a car from. He did not have to do that and I wouldnt ever expect anyone to do what he did. Thanks Rick!!
