First time Ive been there. Friendly clerks, the technician came out so I could explain what I needed. He build the cable I need on the spot. I was so thrilled not to have to wait I tried to tip him but he refused and said thats why they pay him. For a custom cable I needed the price seemed reasonable.

First time ever in the store today, was heading to town for hydraulic fittings and figured I would stop and give it a shot. Was promptly and friendly greeted by the two woman at the desk. As I enjoyed a cup of coffee they had the parts at the counter in less than a couple minutes!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Dropped off a zero turn mower and a generator that needed work. They were fixed quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Happy to know of this place for small engine repair.

We stopped in to check out this dealer for Can-Am parts after finding out our preferred dealer in Klamath Falls was closing. Its a bit of a drive, but well worth it! Lance, the General Manager, and Gwen in Parts and Sales were both terrific, and we ended up buying a rear bumper for our Maverick Trail. They will definitely be our new go-to for anything Can-Am!

Got right in..tow truck winch re-cabled..guy was polite..got it done and was out within 30 minutes..Thanks!!
