You will not find a more knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff than this store! The outstanding customer service provided to me from Jarett and David was incredible! The store was very busy, phones ringing non-stop and I believe they were short-staffed as well but I NEVER saw anything but professional courtesy extended to every customer, whether by phone or in-person.

Poor experience last three times. Previously, I stopped in to get headlights for by 2013 Subaru, then stopped in again to get fog lights for the same. Both parts were incorrect. He looked in the book (online) but obviously did not look closely. They did return them without issue.More recently, I called to get price and availability on a passenger side TBI 350 exhaust manifold. I was told $119.75 and order it in. I found one, NIB online for $75.00. When I said I can get one a little cheaper but I do need.... he hung up on me. I was ready to get more parts! Now I will not be getting anything from them. Three strikes, you are out.

This place was beyond amazing. Caleb assisted us and went above and beyond. Our car broke down coming North headed back to Portland. We had no tools and no idea what was wrong. With a jumpstart we were able to get to Advanced Auto parts, where Caleb tested our car, found out alternator went out. He loaned us the tools we needed and allowed us to repair car in parking lot. We ended up needing a new belt to and even though they didnt have one in stock he found us one at another store down the road. The customer service at this location is above and beyond perfect. We are back on the road again.
