When you go to auto zone, its like playing roulette. Some times you get knowledge and some times you get a blank stare.

Im in there frequently. Usually long wait and they have sent me home with wrong part at least 3 times even ordered the wrong Haynes manual. I dont count on them if its important Ill drive the 12 miles to sutherlin autozone they rock

Didnt have what I needed this time but no problem. What is a consistent issue is having to wait in line for a loooong time.

Always have the part we need

This is my favorite auto parts store in Roseburg. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is well stocked, organized well, and very clean. I can occasionally find a slightly lower price elsewhere, but thevdifference is seldom enough to go elsewhere.

Great place,and everyone knows it,so bear that in mind when going in. But theyve got plenty of help,so their pretty fast,and knowledgable.

Great place for advice, tools, paint, oil and a number of other items. Never crowded when I visit and I can usually get in and out no problems. They have a rewards system which o use myself.

The store is clean and organized. They had the parts in stock and ready when I arrived. The cashier signed me up for rewards program. I was able to do a hassle free return. My only real reason for the 4 rather than 5 star review is the employee that brought my items out to the car. We went in the multiple times today. The first visit we were helped by David. He went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met and helped us with finding out what was wrong with our battery. The second trip was to get the battery and a few other pieces. I didnt get her name but she was extremely upbeat and ready to help us! She got us the battery we needed and recommended some other things we should do to make sure we got our truck up and running! Last Friday my vehicle broke down and I made it to AutoZones parking lot. I went inside and asked for help. They immediately helped me to diagnose what was wrong with it. I couldnt afford the part then but they allowed me to park my vehicle in their parking lot until I could pick it up the next day. They treated me with respect and that made all the difference.

Was having problems with the window on our truck. Took it up with the intent to buy a new motor ($41.99 ouch!) But one of their employees came out and helped me take the old one out and fix the wires saving me a boat load! Highly recommend them! By far the worst autozone ive been to. Ive used autozone for over 10 years now. I will never use this one in roseburg again. Poor customer service. The old man that was working is ignorant and very disrespectful. Thankfully, A younger gentlemen helped me immediately after seeing the way his co worker was acting. Very unprofessional and i wont ever be back to this location.

The only reason Im giving AutoZone four-stars is because the guy that used to work at Kenects works there. Ever since Kenects took a nosedive, Ive been having a hard time finding a parts store AutoZone could be it but their prices are a little extreme. Shout out to the guy that used to work at Kenects wish I could remember his name thanks!

Came back to get refund well within the return date and they supposedly don’t have the money to refund it so make sure you get what you need and nothing more they will not return you items $400 down the drain👌🏻
