Went in for the first time today. No one was at the front area so I wasn’t greeted. No biggie. Walked around and saw a couple of employees, wasn’t greeted. Eh, that’s ok.Store was dead. Reason for the 1 star was the prices for what is being sold. Some of the items for $1200-2100 range were flimsy furniture or not actual wood (think Walmart or NFM but with “speciality paint”). One item I saw had 2 large cracks for $745. Pics attached. I get people are trying to make money, but, that isn’t ethical whatsoever.

VERY OVERPRICED.This converted house and attached warehouse is a mixture of antiques, replica antiques and new merchandise.There are quite a few sellers with their own booths in the warehouse and their items mixed in inside the house area.I found the selection good but the prices HORRIBLE.Items were very overpriced. An example of this is someone is selling calf/cow hide rugs starting at $210.00. They can be bought on Amazon for $150.I bought 2 kitchen towels for $6.00 and a tiny spray bottle of oil for leather $11.00 to renew my leather car fresheners I buy from Bucees.Their repurposed furniture done in chalk paint, waxes and glazes are pretty but verrrrry over priced.A beautiful leaded glass front door in oak is priced at $350.00, but the oak feels quite literally like driftwood.Planters of plastic, galvanized (I think) and ceramic are priced at $37, $45, $52 and up, and dont come with the plastic greenery or artificial flowers or cotton buds on a branch.Its a nice store with lovely people that really know how to put rooms together, just sadly priced too high.

I wish I had words to describe this place on a way that justify of how good it is. First meeting the owners Al and Mattie make your visit to the store worth it but thats just the cherry on the top if youre looking for a great place to buy furniture. Very good quality on their products with a really good price. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Its a must visit in the area.

The Rustic Warehouse is a unique, one-of-a-kind store. Not only does it have quality furniture and home decor, but it’s a locally-owned, small business that has over 50 vendors! When I shop at The Rustic Warehouse, I know my money is supporting a local entrepreneur and/or family, not some big box store. If the pandemic has taught me anything, it’s that supporting small business is more important than ever. Also, many stores are having trouble getting inventory, but The Rustic Warehouse is always stocked with quality furniture that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. But, I think what I love most about this charming store is its heart for Jesus. It’s refreshing to walk in the store and hear Christian music playing, seeing Christian decor, and encountering friendly, helpful employees.

Large selection of refinished furniture. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have. It is a great place to go for finding that item you just cant seem to locate to finish your decor design.

I love this store!! The Rustic Warehouse has so many vendors. I love shopping here because I know Im supporting a local business, an entrepreneur, and someones dream. The atmosphere is great and they make you feel like family.

I like the true grit of the store, it really showcases as a down to earth always changing showroom. Sometimes I have to hold onto what I want when shopping because it may be the last item and I have had other customers ask me where I got something, but they then see its the last one. Dont hesitate because many items are one of a kind.

The older women that works there was so rude from the moment I walked in until she checked me out. Most things are WILDLY overpriced. I went for a specific item that I had seen on a wonderful women’s Etsy page and I was pleased with that purchase. Other than that..don’t waste your time unless extremely expensive furniture and overpriced antiques are your thing.

You know what would be super helpful, if you would update your website to say that you are closed for repairs so that those of us who drive over an hour to come to your location today don’t have to walk up to the door to find out. I won’t be back. 2 hours of my day wasted!

Wonderful find of a place here in Rockwall. The owners are very friendly and professional. All the vendors have amazing decor and antiques. My daughter and I loved shopping here and will be adding it to our list of favorite shops to regularly visit!

My daughter and I visited The Rustic Warehouse today. Al, the owner, walked up and introduced himself and shook our hands. I saw a post that someone bashed this establishment because the staff was not wearing masks. And to that I say, stay home. If you’re that concerned about your health then shopping for antiques is not a priority. I love that they support local artists and wood working. It’s a great place and I will definitely be back. I love furniture made from actual wood instead of pressed wood. So much to look at you won’t be disappointed. I will always support local businesses who obviously believe in God and this country.

Absolutely beautiful store! Unique one of a kind furniture. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owners are beyond amazing. Very kind, Christian loving folks ! Delivery was fast! Al and Mark were very careful with all surroundings! True professionals ! We drove an hour and half to their store and it was worth every minute ! Check out their Facebook page and website also ! Just went in this store to look around for the holidays, I thought it might help me get in the spirit after this terrible year. I have purchased several items in the past here, but as we ventured in no one was wearing a mask so we left and I will absolutely NEVER shop there again!!!! HELLO, we are in the middle of a pandemic and I do not want anything to do with any business not willing to do everything possible to make a safe environment for their customers. I have my own business and have been devastated financially from this pandemic. I do everything in my power to make safety for myself and all of my clients first priority because I genuinely CARE about the support of my customers and I cannot afford to be sick or be shut down again. Masking up is such a simple thing to do. I just don’t understand.

Beautiful store with very friendly staff & vendors!

The staff is very helpful and it is a nice place to shop and browse. We purchased some paint and wax and got more wax than we needed, so I tried to take the remainder back. When we tried to do the return, we were told they do not refund purchases. So, dont buy anything extra from this store regarding paint and finishing supplies, because they will not take the returns.

My experience was great after meeting one of the creators. Kelly Acree! She has fantastic taste and very creative in all her work! You can definitely tell she has a passion and takes honor in her work! Looking forward to buy more pieces of her work!

A beautiful store but I was shocked to find that as late as last month the employees and others weren’t wearing masks. Clearly the health and safety of their fellow citizens is unimportant to them. I won’t return even after we’ve learned how to manage this deadly virus.

Friendly service! Full of furniture, lots of wall decor to choose from. Only draw back... No entrance to shop from parking lot. If you have a hard time walking, it may be difficult to get to the front door.

I felt very unsafe in this store. Most if not all of the employees were not wearing masks, and they did not require their customers to wear masks either. It was so uncomfortable, and there is a whole lot of bible decor. Jesus is not going to save you from COVID, sadly!

This is a really nice store with a lot of cute stuff. The prices for many of the booths are pretty reasonable. My only complaint would be that there hasnt been much variety among the vendors the last few times Ive gone in. Maybe I just visited at a bad time. Overall this is a good store

Missy is incredible to deal with. Go to her booth. She did a gorgeous round pedestal table with chairs for me. Went and picked out fabric for them to match my new home. She is sweet and this place is a little gem of unique vintage decor. Love it😊

Finally stopped by after driving by for the past several years. Was looking for a hutch for our dining room and found the right one Missy was very friendly and even offered to paint to try and match another hutch we already have. Total price was a whole lot better than a brand new one from any of the stores we had already looked through and that included the paint job. Great to find older and better built furniture and misc items.

This unique shop is amazing! I dont consider myself as one who leans toward the rustic style but I have fallen in love with this place. Matti, the owner is incredibly talented and such a joy to work with. Im starting over for the most part, to furnish a new home. I have found one-of-a-kind pieces plus, Im having a custom redo on a kitchen table and chairs where I chose the perfect fabric and color scheme. They are on the look out for dining room furniture that will be perfect for an over-sized space. Its an incredible value since I started this furniture journey in some well known furniture stores. The Rustic Warehouse is a true JEWEL for Rockwall. It is a MUST-SEE place to visit!

One of my most favorite places to shop. Multiple vendors with high quality items from soaps, clotheing, antiques, vintage decor to furniture and crafting how-to classes. Dont pass up the opportunity to shop this place.

Fun little local arts, crafts, and memorabilia. Nice afternoon to leisurely stroll. Prices about average, friendly, knowledgeable with chalk painting. The only draw back is parking.

The Rustic Warehouse is a wonderful place! The staff and vendors are very friendly and always helpful and there is a huge selection of items to suit everyones needs and likes. If you see something you like, you better buy it because if you wait to get it later,...it will most likely be gone.

This is an awesome little shopping place. They have everything from furniture to clothing and candles, home decor and so much more. The prices were very reasonable, especially for vintage and rustic pieces.

High prices for a lot of generic shabby chic/ farmhouse look items. Cashier was rude too. It was crowded so she seemed flustered.

I was recently in this store and not one person spoke to me and even asked me if I needed help. Additionally, when I was near the cash register the 3 ladies behind it kept their head down, which seemed purposefully to not have to speak. Granite, they have many items I was willing and wanting to buy but I cannot buy from those who treat certain customers in the way I was treated.

This is a great place to get very unique decor. One of a kind. From furniture, pillows, candles, kids or adults clothes. Bought everybody Christmas here. Great place and great prices. Just want Rockwall needed.

I am glad I gave them a second go! Upon my first visit, I felt a little like the other commenters.. employees seemed too busy to help, didn’t really care that I was there, and definitely not interested in making a sale! The second time I went in however, was much better. My husband and I went in with only the intention of looking. We stumbled upon Mattie, one of the owners, who helped us gather up 3 large pieces of furniture, 4 chairs, and countless other pieces of wall art. We also scheduled to have our current table painted by Mattie! She totally took care of us, helped us with delivery bc we were new to town and didn’t have a truck, and just really made sure we had fun vs getting us in and out to make a sale. I can’t wait to go back and shop for some more items! I am definitely into the whole rustic farm look!
