Trent is a wonderful owner. He was very courteous and helpful. He loves his community and customers. If you like rustic, there are plenty of awesome pieces to choose from. If you dont see it there, he can get it ordered. One note, like many other businesses, the furniture supply chain (as a whole) is still impacted and has abnormal lead times. Trent will explain this when ordering. We are patient, so working with F&MO is perfect for us!

I have a new resident that has been waiting for her pre-paid furniture delivery for 1 week now. She is sitting in an empty apartment! I have made numerous calls and left 5 messages and noone will call me back to resolve this issue. Finally got an email for Trent. Will see if he responds. If you need customer service after the sale, I dont recommend these people!

My mom is elderly and on a walker. They helped measure the height of her adjustable bed to be perfect. They also helped us find the perfect couch. We got to customize the fabric. They split our delivery to help get her bed set up before she moved in. They beat all other furniture store prices. Please give this small town local furniture store your business. You want be disappointed!!!

I bought a bed, mattress and a box spring from here. The service was good in store and the bed was a nice bed and great mattress. The service turned poor when the bed was assembled by the delivery drivers. The bed fell apart after they left and I had to get a neighbor help me put it back together. The store required half down to order my items so I gladly paid them. They required the rest of the payment the next business day after the delivery. I went to work the next business day and around 11am started getting repeated phone calls from the store. I worked in a busy resturant as a server at the time and as stated, we were busy. With the repeated phone calls I thought something was wrong so I went to the back and answered the phone. Turns out it was the owner wanting payment. I told him I would call him after work (3pm ish) and pay then as I would need to get my card I do and I didn’t have time because we were busy. He argued with me and told me that he needed the payment then because he had bills to pay and said “you had no problem paying while at work the other day” . Little did he know that I paid his mother (?) over the phone for the mattress as I had not mare a decision on just the bed frame or bed frame and mattress, days earlier and called to pay before my job was open for business. It’s a shame that this guy repeatedly called my phone and was very rude to me over the phone and acted like an a** when I told him that the bed collapsed after they set it up. They have nice merchandise and I’d like to do business with them again but I will not give any more money to this money hungry idiot.

About a year ago I purchased a bedroom suite for my daughter. The price and quality were excellent so I headed there last week in search of a casual kitchen table and chairs for my breakfast nook. They had a great selection and I found exactly what I was looking for. The price was again perfect and the customer service was amazing. The owner assisted us and even brought out a catalog with more options just to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. I purchased the table on a Saturday. The table I wanted was not in stock, but they were able to get it from their warehouse and ready pick-up on Tuesday. I was not able to pick it up until Wednesday after work. I was worried I would not make it there before they closed but the owner assured me he would stay and make sure someone was there to load it up. I pulled up right about closing time and they were there and very helpful and loaded up my table and chairs. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the table. It is solid wood and very sturdy. I know it will hold up for a lifetime of heavy use. I highly recommend this store and the owner and his staff.

We are return customers. We just built a home and looked to completely replace most of our furniture. My wife and I have unique differences in tastes/design, but we agreed to go see Trent and crew to help furnish our home. Great customer service! We love this store!!! They really took care of us both times. They had everything we were looking for, and most importantly the furniture was ready on time. Updating my review:Im changing my rating from a 5 star to a 3 star.Pros:The sales representative here was wonderful and very friendly. He helped us find the perfect couch at an amazing deal! They did not have what we were looking for on the floor, but he was able to find us what we were looking for and deliver it the next day, which was awesome. The delivery went smoothly the guys were great they took the couch upstairs, assembled and positioned it for me and cleaned everything up. Overall the buying experience here was excellent which was why I am giving them a 3 star.Cons:Now for why I am taking off two stars. After the purchase it is very hard to get ahold of anyone who can actually help. We have had two problems with our couch (which is under a warranty.) and its just ridiculously hard to get things fixed. The first time we excused the lack of communication, because they said they were having systems issues, so fine things happen. However when the second piece broke and we had the same problems we realized they just arent as attentive after the purchase. They say theyll call me back, and they never do, they take months to resolve an issue and I have to call numerous times, and always get the same response, that theyll call me back, which they NEVER do. We are still waiting to hear back from them and they were supposed to call me two weeks ago. They wont call, Ill have to call them. Again.Overall the purchase experience is wonderful, however if you ever have problems with the furniture dont expect the same customer service! Weve decided to look elsewhere for our future furniture needs.

I bought a bed from here. Within 8 months the frame was collapsing and they had to come out in reinforce with extra boards underneath. Now 2 years later bed has collapsed. That is no longer under warranty and I understand that Im just asking them to get it repaired. They ignore my calls and dont show up when theyre supposed to. I will gladly pay for it!!

Had the best sleep of my life last night, thx to Trent and the great folks at Furniture & Mattress Outlet. After shopping around at all the larger furniture stores, I saved over half to what I wouldve paid elsewhere by buying here. The savings were so worth it, I had my mattress delivered 4 hrs south to where I now live. All future furniture purchases are well earned by Furniture & Mattress Outlet in Rockwall TX.

This would be your ideal mistake to buy furniture from this place. One of the worse customer experience of my life. Was never delivered on time and didn’t get what I ordered. Absolutely misleaded me. Consulted lawyer to resolve this. I highly recommend NOT TO BUY FROM HERE.THEY WONT RETURN OR EXHCNGE IF YOU DONT LIKE FURNITURE. You will be forced to keep what you don’t like. I wish I had less than 1 start option to rate this place.

Horrible Horrible place to shop, they wont return phone calls so I sent pictures of the sofa and love seat, after 1 year the fake leather was peeling, it was so bad I had to replace both pieces after spending $1200 there. Please dont shop at this outlet, go to Rooms to go or Ashley Furniture.
