I built my home and i was extremely excited to furnish it. The pandemic has caused delays. But wait for 2 to 6 months for furniture and its damaged is not acceptable. My furniture was delivered damaged along with the delivery men damaged my wall by leaving a whole in my wall along scratches. Now two weeks later and the new table was delivered with damages. Today my daughters furniture was delivered and of course its damaged. RTG has not been a great experience. Go some where else definitely not RTG. Note: sales were great!

Buyers beware they have the worst customer service ever! The sales staff was fine in the showroom but their customer service and delivery is terrible and very unprofessional! I’m still waiting on a coffee table that I purchased over a month ago. Nobody can tell me where my coffee table is or when it’s going to be at my house. When I call the store they say they need to talk to management and never call me back. & when I call back and talk to a manager they are quick to send me to a 800-customer service hold. Didn’t even get my name or what I needed to talk to them about.

They are lucky I gave them one star. Customer service after you get furniture you waited two months was so bad you wanted a refund. Went back in to see if any other we liked to exchange for. Would have waited til August or October for those chairs. Had to take a 20 percent restock fee off the Entire price which means tax and all. Restock tax that is a new one. Anyway, there is a store credit given for this 20 percent but a bad taste in your mouth makes it not worth it. Learned our lesson. This is a gouge given to people which should not be done.

I was in the process of building a new home and stopped by Rroms to Go in Rockwell, Texas to look for furniture.to replace my previous 12 year old Rooms to Go bedroom set. Reggie was extremely helpful in hearing what I was looking for, offering suggestions and ultimately finding exactly what I wanted. There were a couple of months between my initial visit and when my house would be finished. He communicated with me throughout that time. On closing day I was able to go to the store for a quick and seamless transaction. I typically hate shopping in general because of the pushy sales people, but my experience was far from that. Went in when we were looking around for computer chairs to see what they had. We were greeted upon entering and asked if they could help us find anything. We asked about computer/office chairs and she was very upfront about them not having many options and showed us what they did have. She even recommended some where we could find more options. We’ve ordered from this store before. Normally we have great customer service. That’s why I’m giving it a 3 star from this last experience we had there.Last week, we went in to get a master bedroom set as well as a bunk bed and dresser for our kids room. The associate who helped us with the master bedroom was amazing. Her name was Angie and she was so sweet and extremely helpful. However in the kids section, the sales associate was more focused on pushing her warranty on the furniture, that she completely forgot to go over the fact that the trundle bed to the bunk bed bed was not include. This all in spite of the fact she heard us discuss how convenient that would be for our boys.Here we are at delivery day, and we have no trundle bed. So while she was shoving the warranty down our throats, she forget to focus on what was important and ask us exactly what we were needing.I’m annoyed to say the least.

My husband and I were on 2 different sides of designing our new living room.. he like all men wanted leather reclining couches and I wanted stationary microfiber or plush.. while Angie A. Was entertained by our constant playful bickering with each other and even though we kept saying “this is the one” And she knew it wasn’t, she let us roam around a few times till we found a great compromise on a sectional that provided the material I desired and reclining abilities for him. When she looked at our color choice and possible delivery date- she knew it was the one for us. She escorted us to the table for signage and we were out of there within minutes of making our finial decision. So happy that she was able to greet us at the door upon entry and show product as we desired.. thank you Angie!

I wish I could give these people 0 stars! First, thanks to Johnnie for making my sale happen. He took his time and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He then passed me off to Jennifer for the financial part. She was very unpleasant, but I didn’t let it bother me b/c of how well Johnnie took care of me. I get a call three days later stating that my order will be in but all of my pieces will not arrive until a month later! That to me was a huge disappointment! I called customer service and literally waited on hold a whole hour before I decided to call the store. Spoke with the manager Rachel, the first option she gave me was to get a refund. Minding you I was not seeking for a refund, I just want what I needed and that’s a bedroom set! Then I was being transferred to Jennifer, but was told she was busy. So I decided to call Jennifer myself a second later after being told she was busy.. explained to her my frustration and still no care from her and was told she would pass this along to Johnnie and give me call. No call was made so I decided to go in the store. Get to the store to see if I can find another bedroom set that would be available without any false information about it being in or out of stock, & of course that didn’t happen. So now I have to wait a month before receiving everything when I was originally supposed to get in a few days. No empathy was given! No apology! No care for the inconvenience this has caused! They really do not care for their customers! Everything was blamed on one another and COVID! Do not recommend this place at all!

I have been looking for a bedroom suite for my 11 daughter and she finally found one that she liked at Rooms to Go online. We printed out the picture, took it to the store in Rockwall and Sheba was right there to assist in all the right ways. She was polite and even with a mask on you could tell she was smiling. Marie knows her products, is thorough in finding what’s available within the timeline we needed and always offered additional items to complete our rooms. Granted we didn’t buy all her suggestions, we had a budget after all, but she was not rude or pushy. So we ordered a sleeper sectional in early January and it wasnt available for delivery until April. When it was finally delivered, they delivered 2 of the same side of the sectional. Customer care or whatever they call it was supposed to call me... they didnt and I had to call them. Got it set up for replacement and was supposed to get another call back for scheduling. I didnt so I had to call them AGAIN. Finally got through to be told that it would be JUNE before they could deliver the piece that they mispicked in the first place. AFTER I asked if they could do something to compensate for having to wait HALF A YEAR for something I paid over $2K for, they offered $25 of the original $129 delivery fee Since they already delivered it. This is the worst customer service Ive dealt with, and Im not even including the over 1 hour wait times to talk to them, for EACH phone call. I only wish I could give negative star ratings.
