My experience at sleep experts was short but great. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what budget I had. The associate that helped me directed me to a few after describing what feel I was looking for and we found a great choice within 5 minutes that was both affordable and comfortable.I ordered it up and was told it would be delivered in 48 hours!!! That was awesome to hear and they even offered setup and haul away of the old mattress for a nominal fee. All in all, a great experience and Id definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience yesterday when we stopped by to purchase a mattress. Joel, at the Rockwall store was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We only stopped by to look at what they had to offer but after Joel’s help in explaining the several kinds of mattresses they have in inventory we decided to go ahead and purchase it. I have had very good experiences with Sleep Experts in the past and found themto be straightforward, helpful with a broad range of options.However, my most recent experience was a bit different. I can’t say it was intentional, but I felt very mislead in my my effort to purchase a new mattress and base. In a discussion about base options, I measured the base the base I thought to be the one they offered free with a mattress purchase, went home to confirm and immediately returned. I had a choice of taking the base or an additional discount on the mattress. I decided to take the base and a few additional accessories. After the transaction was complete, the sales clerk took me to a farcorner of the store to show me the actual base they intended to deliver. It was not what I expected or I had been lead to believe was what Was offered. They also failed to give the discount offered on the accessories. I opted to cancel the transaction and go to another store. I recommend you reconfirm all the details before finalizing a transaction to be sure what you are getting to avoid this same “confusion”.

Terry gave us great service when we went in to find a mattress. We didn’t realize how much mattresses had gone up in price and he was very helpful in determining what kind of mattress we were looking for at a great price. Great service and selection!

I personally had a all around, just positive experience. First, it was the 90 day that they give you to exchange a mattress if you dont like the one that was previously purchased. So I had no issues with changing my mattress when I didnt like the first one. IIm going to recommend them for anybody, they really try to work with you.Also, I suggest you make sure with the firmness of the bed you like and dont take opinion of others. I was looking at all the comments Ive noticed that they dont match up to how I felt with the first mattress I had. So its probably just how the person feels and issues they individual may be purchasing the bed for. I mean how their body is cuz everybody body is different so I really didnt go by the comments the comments that the bed wasnt firm enough, some saying the bed was curvy and it wrapped around your curves but I had a different experience with my first curve matress it was too firm for me but might be perfect for someone else. which was it was two firms for me so I actually like the d o z e better.I just appreciate everybody for taking the time out to assist me while I made my decision and I didnt have to pay another dime on it they just reversed my money to the other mattress and I had no issues like whatsoever. So Im grateful for that I just Issac in the mesquite dept and Terry in another. I was just lucky to have good people managers to work with me and slot times you dont have that so did so I had a great experience and I hope everybody else have one as well. I really have nothing negative to say.

Needed a new mattress and visited this weekend on a whim. I had priced some a month or so back at another place down the road and couldnt get past the prices. I was very impressed with the sales people, their knowledge, and the variety of choices and prices offered. Landed on an adjustable mattress that was very affordable. Purchasing was easy and the delivery was the next day. Very happy with my choice and this store! Didnt give 5 stars because nothing is perfect.
