Jeremy (the manager) was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our mattress needs. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured in our decision making and, once we decided on a the perfect mattress, he made arrangements for delivery in 1-week! Mattress Depot was the last place my wife and I visited during the Labor Day sales and was by far the best. Cameron and Jeremy were highly knowledgeable about the products they carry and did no use high pressure sales tactics. We got the mattress we wanted at a great price and it was delivered within a week, which was 1 week sooner than expected.

Went last weekend to get my son a new mattress for his loft bed. The gentlemen were very nice while my son tried all the mattresses out. After we made our decision, they were able to deliver the mattress right away. 100% would recommend this place.

I needed a new mattress and I had some idea what I wanted to pay. On my way home from a doctors appointment I saw the Mattress Depot across the street from the traffic light I was sitting at in Rockwall. I had never noticed it before. I decided to stop in and I promise you it turned out to be the best thing I have done in some time. I entered and was greeted by Bailey. I told her what size I wanted and what I was prepared to pay. In less than an hour or so Bailey had helped me pick out a wonderful new queen mattress, approved my finances and completed all the details to have my old mattress picked up. I was totally amazed at how comfortable Bailey made the whole transaction. Very professional and very personable. Sweet helpful lady.

My husband and I recently purchased an Mlily split king with 2 adjustable bases after having back problems with our old bed! I can’t say enough about our recent experience! Cameron the owner was extremely helpful with our purchase!We received our new bed with in a weeks time of purchasing it! The sheets and pillows that came with our purchase are so soft and comfortable! The mattress protectors were an added bonus too!This is our first king size split bed with adjustable base and we just LOVE it! It takes the pressure off our lower back! The best part is we both got to pick our level of comfort/soft or firmness with the split king!Also! Being that the bed is split... one of us can be sitting up while the other is laying down! I had a least minute need for a guest room mattress and stopped in to Mattress Depot looking for a deal. Cameron was great!!! About six months ago, we got our beds from Cameron. We opted for two twins to make a King, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received. Cameron listened to our needs and put us in the perfect bed.Today I ordered an adjustable base and I am beyond excited to get it. Absolutely fantastic service and they had exactly what I was looking for. Bailey introduced me to the “Temper-Pedic” comparable MLily and I was blown away. Such incredible comfort and quality. I was literally ready to spend $1,100+ more for the Temperpedic and with Bailey’s expertise, she introduced me to arguably the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever sat on. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend you stop in here on your bedding hunt... they might be able to help you find something that the bigger chains may not carry. I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Depot. I was dreading shopping for a new mattress but was immediately put at ease once I walked in the Depot. I could tell first hand it was a much different experience than the big box stores. Cameron was very knowledgeable about all my options and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. He explained several finance options that I could choose from and the application process was very simple. Tonight I will sleep sound and worry free on my new bed knowing I made the right decision by choosing Mattress Depot.

We went for a simple twin box spring, I called before we got there because they were closed and Cameron stayed open 15 min later for us. We ended up leaving with a new king mattress, new twin mattress and two box springs. Cameron stayed there a hour after business hours and dealing with us and our questions. I called around for prices on a simple box spring and he was $50 cheaper than any other mattress chain stores. Will recommend anyone looking to go there.

Went here for my sister to LOOK at new mattresses. The gentleman that owns the place was very knowledge, accommodating and friendly. He explained to her all options without being pushy and the prices where so affordable she was able to walk out with a much needed mattress that day! Highly recommend !!

Great deal on split king mattresses. Tried 3 different big box stores and couldnt accept the very high prices. I have been to several mattress/furniture stores and I must say that this location far exceeded my expectations! Cameron offered me a WONDERFUL customer service and he was very knowledgeable when it came to furnitures. I am in the process of moving and I am starting from scratch, which means I had to buy everything, from mattress to dressers to bed frames, etc, and he showed me what they carry. I was so stressed out about everything, but he assured me everything was going to be okay and he was patient with my needs. I felt bad for taking a lot of his time, but he told me he didnt mind helping me out. I will definitely be coming back for more furnitures and I have already recommended this place and Cameron to some of my friends!

Mr. Michael McClard,You were told from the very beginning that you were purchasing the floor model mattress, NOT the set. Not only did you receive the high end mattress at a HUGE discount, you also received another mattress for free ON TOP of that. I was very clear about what you were receiving. And no where on your receipt that YOU went over and signed yourself, did it say you were getting king foundations. When you asked how many locations the old company had, I told you 5. And then told you my company had 15 stores in the DFW area. I do not appreciate you telling my driver that you want the foundations or else you are going to leave a bad review. Bullying me, my company or my employees is not only unfair, it is wrong and will not be tolerated. I have tried to contact you multiple times and you continue to send me to voicemail. Your review is dishonest and we would appreciate it if you would delete it promptly. You were delivered in a promptly manner and we were very professional.

We were told our mattress would arrive at the store by 3. I have called multiple times, with no answer. 15 minutes till 6 the number went straight to voicemail. Note the building states theyre open until 7. We got to the store by 6:30 and there was nobody there. Maybe the sign on the door saying door must remain unlocked during business hours should be taken off.

We love our new mattress and appreciate the effort and time spent by the salesman on our needs. We appreciate his expertise in helping us find the right mattress for a great price.

Buyer beware. Cameron seems to play it straight but when it comes to the details he will say, Thanks for buying this floor model set so I can put my new set in place. Set set set but he got me at match, or so he thinks...he left it set/boxspings off the paper work and all. But hey, not all is lost. He sent Daniel to deliver our 3 mattresses and now 1 boxspring with the two boxsprings for the King magically in tow :-)...I guess another opportunity for a pressure sale or a commission opportunity at the point of delivery. I am sure everyone sends extras upon delivery of a purchased item. Little did he (Cameron or Daniel) know our other boxsprings are two years old and just fine. I will do my part with some of my peeps to make sure everyone knows about Mattress Depot and their other 4 locations now that they are here in Rockwall after buying Mattress Max. Look forward to more coming on other favorite social media outlets. Buyer beware and enjoy.Update: Cameron said this owner owns 5 stores...there are 15 across North Texas...birds of a feather.Update: Mattess Depot has called my mobile three times in under an hour with no voicemail after Daniel was sent back with the magical King boxsprings. Additionally, I never said I wanted the boxsprings from Daniel or else. I said I would not pay $100 for something understood to have been part of the deal. He asked if he could call you and I said I wasnt interested...I will get my worth on social media telling the truth. Wanted nothing more than what was bargained for...so see, you have misinformation. Now explain to me again how those boxsprings magically appeared if there was no expectation or miscommunication?
