We found quality vehicles at fair prices (especially after some negotiation). Alan, was thoughtful and patient in his approach as a salesman. He was not pushy or impatient. The purchase experience was good. They wash, detail, and fill the gas tank on vehicles you purchase which is a nice touch.The employees we worked with spoke highly of management and ownership (thats unusual in my experience). I believe this is a quality place to buy a car.

We had a great experience with our salesman, Scott. Called most of the Honda dealers in the Metroplex, looking for a particular model, trim and color, and came up empty (understandable, in the midst of the current vehicle shortage) till I spoke with Scott. He was able to reserve a car that was still in the factory for us, and we took possession of it less than three weeks later. Scott is a super helpful, friendly, no-nonsense kind of guy, and one of only a couple of salespeople I spoke with during our search but I actually felt really good about doing business with. I highly recommend him! Justin, our finance guy, was also great!

I appreciate they were timely, washed my car and did not pressure me with up selling anything. I was made aware of a recall but they were too busy to take care of it so I have to go back. It would be a nice if they allowed time within their servicing appointments to take care of everything at one time. Especially when you make the appointment a head of time you would think they would already know of the recall. I was not aware until they told me.

My first visit here was Amazing! Armando whom is the greater is very friendly. He also guided me and answered some of my questions. Good to see a lot of customers being treated so well. Unfortunately I had a upside down experience with Honda Rockwall. I went there Saturday for a car and after spending about couple hours I signed for a car. The car was a 2021 Honda Accord 2 miles on it but AC wasn’t cooling. I bring that to the Sales representative attention and he said since it’s Saturday it will be fixed by Monday and started processing finance paperwork. Since Monday morning he is being very unprofessional giving me times that the car will be ready soon and the car is not ready yet until Wednesday. Finally I decided to text him that way I have proof of how they keep changing their delivery time. Now they are saying they cannot figure out what is wrong with the car which is totally unacceptable. I tried calling them but lately they stop answering my call and the operator kept a message from me that someone will get back to me.I don’t understand how Honda Rockwall can make me sign for a car take down payment and cannot figure out what is wrong with the car. What type of New car are they selling which they cannot fix before giving delivery to customers?I would recommend everyone do not make any deposit until you get your car and be careful dealing with those people. I have a feeling that they make me buy all the additional warranty and use those warranty to fix the car which they should fix themselves before selling.I hope this message will come to someone’s attention and I can get better assistance

We have always been Toyota family, ha downed 4 Toyota models, this time we wanted to try Honda.We have worked with Janet Gonzalez, it’s been a smooth way, she did every possible thing for us, we have gone to other Honda dealerships last weekend not so happy with them, we wanted to try Rockwall Honda dealership after speaking to Janet, this is little far from Our place. We have been very happy we went there, Janet was so good, showed us all features at test drive. We went for odyssey but ended up buying pilot, Janet was with us from 12 noon to 9:30 pm until we left. Manager is also very good. I would only go to this dealership for my future cars too, I would recommend them for all friends and family in DFW area.

I really do not like writing negative reviews, but I am deeply disappointed with the service I did not receive from Honda Cars of Rockwall. I purchased a 2020 Ridgeline from Lute Riley Honda in May of 2020. At that time, I purchased the road hazard warranty on my tires. On October 7th, I picked up a nail in my sidewall. Honda Cars of Rockwall is closer to my home. I set up an appointment on October 8th to have the tire replaced. I meet with Nigel who informed me that they do not stock the Firestone tires and He would order them and call me when it came in.I was on vacation until October 17th. I did not receive any calls from Nigel or Honda Cars of Rockwall. I called them on October 18th and was told them would call me back. I called again on October 19th and again I was told they would call me back. I went to the dealership on October 19th to speak to Nigel in person. He was on lunch and another service writer took my number and again said they would call me back. On the 21st I called and finally spoke to Nigel. He said the tire still had not come in and he ordered it on Saturday. I found this strange since I was in on the 8th of October. He should have ordered the tire on the 8th not the 16th.One call to Lute Riley on October 22nd and they had the tire in stock. They said come in before 6pm and we will have it fixed today. I called Nigel back and informed him that Lute Riley would handle the job and thanked him for his time. I went to Lute Riley and experienced exceptional customer service. Not only did they replace tire, they also cleaned my vehicle. I have no plans to ever return to Honda Cars of Rockwall.

Michael took excellent care of my vehicle. My car had a large amount of dirt and dust and he made sure to get it clean after my tire rotation and oil change. He kept me updated during the appointment and came to where I was sitting to explain the process and where we were with the service. It was a pleasant experience. He also went above and beyond by checking the price of a part for me and actually calling me back to tell me.

When shopping price was a big concern and inventory was not low at Honda like the other dealerships in the area due to chip delays. I purchased the exact same car I previously owned and love.The Pilot seats my family while very secure and gets great gas mileage while looking stylish for my Granny Mobile.They did beat my credit Union rate by 2 points❤️❤️❤️

I got my first car here in 2017 and they keep me coming back. I originally got a 2018 Civic and recently upgraded to a 2021. I absolutely love my car and working with the guys, they make sure you’re taken care of.

Having my oil change and tires rotated went easier than imagined. They took great care of me and my car. My service technician kept me updated throughout the process. Finished it all off with a nice car wash and sent me on my way.

I’ve dealt with several dealerships, and yes I know all about the ones that are like hyenas preying people and trying to get the most out of your pocket. All I can say about this dealership is wow. I got a Certified Honda here and 1 year later I got an issue with a paint job they did on 1 door because I got picky when I got it and didn’t like a chip that was touched up and they accepted to repaint the door. Well, long story short they stood up and showed up and covered my issue and not only that, when I left the car with them they not only took care of the issue, my maintenance sensor was on and they did a courtesy oil change. I picked up my car and paid zero. All this, after 1 year of my purchase! THAT folks is what I call a darn great customer service. Kuddos to all the folks at service dept., Christian and Michael have been amazing. I feel very confident saying I recommend this dealership! 👍👍👍

This is hands down the most unprofessional dealership in TEXAS. They have the worst customer service imaginable. Have lied to us several times, mislead us in numerous ways and are totally unreliable. We purchased a Toyota from them and they treat us terribly compared to those who bought a Honda. My services on Friday July 30,2021 to my 2020 Accord were spectacular. The attendant who helped me explained all the services needed according to need and milage of my vehicle, as well as giving me a timeframe of how long it would take. Checked on safety alerts and checked in with me twice in the lobby to keep me updated on time until completion on the Oil change and preventive maintenance. Took it in for a routine oil change/20,000 mile checkup. The car left better than it arrived since they washed it and vacuumed it(!!!). I dont know if its just the car that feels better with fresh fluids, but every time I leave the dealer with the maintenance completed, it feels like it drives like it did whenit was brand new.

Set an appointment for 5pm to get oil changed because I had somewhere to be afterwards and when I arrived I was told that it was going to be a hour and a half before they could get to me. What’s the purpose of setting an appointment if your not going to stick to your word? Love my Honda but I will never buy one from this dealership ever again. I wouldn’t expect them to take my payment late because I was too busy. The road goes both ways.

The latest repair to my 2014 Honda Pilot required parts..... and typical of the way things are these days, we needed to wait for them to arrive as so many things are not immediately available. Add that to the mystery noise driving me crazy coming from the front end of my car which would have been easy to ignore after obvious repairs were made and I could have had the perfect storm of frustration..... not so, thanks to Christian, my service advisor at Honda Cars of Rockwall. He stayed in touch with me all the way, letting me know the status for delivery of the required parts but went above and beyond to make sure the sound was identified and GONE! They just didnt replace parts as planned and send me away..... they really looked for it.. and found it. I love my Pilot and am not looking forward to the day I have to replace it but every experience I have had at this dealership, from the original sale to Rusty and Christian in the service department, I will be buying my next Honda at Honda Cars of Rockwall and highly recommend this business.

The number one thing is being professional while doing business and I dont see that with the sales guy who assisted me. Giggling, Mocking, Pressuring are signs of weakness clearly displayed here. I rather pay extra hundred elsewhere and buy a car but no giving my business to unprofessional. I repeat again not the whole showroom is at fault it was just my over smart sales assistant.

This is the best service provider anywhere. Moved to Rockport but waited until we visited Rockwall to insure our service needs were done right!

Went through and got an offer set and guaranteed for the car online and when i got to the dealer to pay. They changed the offer and was nearly twice as much as the guarantee given online. It just shows that they are just running scams to get you in the door so they can pressure you into spending to much.

As I was leaving, I noticed that there was a small dent on the hood and I addressed my concern to one of the staff name Michael and he was very accommodating that they will take care of it but I just said to not bother with it because it might have been from where I parked that day underneath a Pecan tree. So today while i’m on my drive home, I heard a grinding sound and checked the car and saw that my underchassis was dropped down and it was hitting the road. I stopped by an auto service nearby and told me to just take it off since he cannot put it back and he did it for free. So I went back to Honda Rockwall and relayed what happened and Michael was the one who was incharge with the car and he made sure that the underchassis was fixed and he even got me a new underchassis for free! He also made sure that the dent on the front hood was fixed without me shelling me a dime. I would highly recommend Honda Rockwall to everybody I know. They will provide with the highest standards of service.
