Terrible, overpriced service! My battery died, which caused the stereo to lock. Told me they had to pull the radio out, and it would cost $140 to unlock it. I dont believe it, because this happened when I first got the vehicle and the mechanic had it unlocked in less than 5 minutesSo much for customer service. Had the vehicle since 2002 and its a great truck that I wont get rid of. The service writer suggested putting in an after market stereo. What a jerk.

Had to get some parts for my volt and did not have an issue. Customer service is 👍.
