Tone of the salesmen, Omar, posted a couple pictures of a truck for sale and the price was in the wheelhouse of what I wanted to spend.I had been looking for 2 months and everything was much too expensive due to the market price adjustments.The asking price was very fair and all of the staff was very easy going and a pleasure to be around.I very much believe that the dealership chose not to gouge on the price of the truck I wanted even tho every other dealership I looked out was doing it. I got the exact truck I had been looking for for months at an extremely fair price.Omar was very sincere and easy to work with. He made everything feel very personal with each step of the process.I wish I was able to get more for my trade in as I think it was worth much more than what was given. The price of the truck I bought made up for the amount I felt I should have gotten for the trade in.All in all I was very happy with the entire process. Again, all of the staff was helpful and polite even as the evening got late and close to closing time. I would definitely not hesitate to come here again for a vehicle purchase in the future.Thank you
Omar was great to work with. This was a corporate vehicle purchase and Omar understood and respected my time frame. Getting a PO set up, approved, and going through the steps it takes any large company to get a check cut and overnighted can take days.. Omar was very patient with me. I know they could have had that truck sold twice but he held it for me for our agreed time frame like he said he would. I told him I’ve got another truck budgeted so he’s looking for one more. Clearly I’ll use them again.
After a week driving the bronco sport a bubble/damage in tire appear in all tires inside and out and after 2 emails (no one answer)I drove there and service center and Techs said it was normal. This is not normal!! Luckily after several talks with the sales manager he agrees to replace the tires. When bronco was ready and I picked up shift the gear to R and it wont move unless you accelerate same in D I told them I drove the bronco for a few days and that wasnt working like that but again Techs and service guy said is normal, all cars when shift to Drive or Reverse will star moving after releasing the break but they think is a new feature in the car. Well....is not!! I drove the car about a week before and was doing whats supposed to do and after the tire change is mess up but they insisted is normal. Very disappointed in the service department knowledge

My review is based on price.The lady that took care of me was very nice and this review is not a reflection of her.I had a few things wrong with my truck, an oil pan leak, some exhaust issues, and body mounts .I was given a price of 11445.00 to repair these items.That was quite a shock. The only reason I brought it to Rockwall Ford was because I purchased the truck from them.Your price is your price and I get that but when declining the work I was charged 680.00 for diagnosis. I think that is insane!I had all the same work done at Extreme Diesel for under 6000.If you plan on having any service done at Rockwall Ford you better have some money even if you decline the work.

I have never been to a dealership for a repair where I have had a better experience and I’ve been driving and maintaining my own cars for over 25 years. Appointments were easy, they answer phones, texts, questions. Everything about this was fast and easy. I had two cars break down the same week and we took them to different places. The difference was night and day. These people are amazing! Customer service lives here.
I’ve been taking my truck to get routine maintenance here for over a year now and every time I come up here I always get great customer service! They’re very speedy and thorough with their service. Omar, Mathew and Ike were all very pleasant to deal with. Omar is the first guy I started dealing with and Matt helped out the next day while Omar was out at the dentist. I scheduled an appointment to have a recall done on my daughters 2016 Ford Edge which was really pretty easy. I set the appointment for a Saturday morning that the car was not being used so there was no inconvenience for my daughters schedule. I arrived at 7 and was gone by 8:30 which really surprised me seeing how busy the service drive was when I first arrived. Sarah was my service advisor and kept me up dated the whole time I was there so I say Thank You for thinking about your customers. I would definitely recommend Rockwall Ford for any service repairs on your vehicle.
Car was really dirty after being outside while waiting to be fixed. Service was very good. Communication was very good. Would have been better if they would have cleaned the mud off my car.

It was super easy to schedule my service online. I was amazed that they were open on Sunday for service. It meant I didnt have to miss any work on Monday to get it done. Mark Callaway was my service advisor. He was very friendly and honest. He got me taken care of quickly. Ive been there before, so I get coupons from them in the mail, so I was taking advantage of one of those. Very pleased with all the service Ive received at Rockwall Ford so far, including this visit.

Felt good about trusting them doing all the service on our F-250 King Ranch. I took my vehicle in for a state inspection and oil change. In the process, they found three maintenance problems that needed attention. They made me aware of the issues so that I could address them at a later dater. I found them courteous but professional in servicing my vehicle. I have relied on them for service many times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
If you happen to buy a vehicle from them, whatever you do, do NOT let them talk you into buying an expensive extended warranty! I paid $3000 for their Premium Care warranty, and they refused to cover a repair that the warranty brochure specifically says is covered, in plain black and white. Not to mention, when I bought the truck, as part of their sales pitch, they said I could bring it by anytime for a wash. A few months later I ask them to wash it after it was serviced, but they then said oh, we cant do that anymore. Best to just steer clear of buying a vehicle from them, as they will not live up to their word (or even a contract that you paid extra for.). Would give them 0 stars if it would allow it.

Our experience was more than exceptional! We were in the process of moving from West Texas to the area when our Expedition began making a noise. We took it to Rockwall Ford for diagnosis and service. Mark Callaway met us in the service area and began addressing our issue. He welcomed us to the community and made us feel like we were old friends. We expected to be without our car for several days at least. To our surprise, the service department was able to get the part and repair it in a day! After receiving multiple mailers for a recall repair I called to schedule a mobile repair. The initial representative was friendly and helpful but unable to process my request. I was then contacted by the correct person who scheduled the repair to be done the very next day!! The technician arrived on time, was very courteous, efficient and respectful. The service was great. Not only was the pricing reasonable, but they explained everything in detail. Without question its the place I will go for my F450. No more looking for mechanics that MIGHT know what theyre doing. For my Ford, they are the one for sure.

The people were nice but Sold me a car with with no tire tread it has 0. The car is so low you can’t see if it has tread or not until you turn the wheel while it’s parked. Drove 35 minutes home without realizing the tires had no tread until I got home! Luckily I made it home safe!!

Buying a car is usually very dreaded. However Alexa and the rest of the staff made this an exceptional experience. Alexa went above and beyond and she picked up at my house and drove me to the dealership due to having no car. There was no oversell and no haggling.
We had the best experience here. We took our F150 in for another service problem and left with a brand new 2021 F250. The service department and Anthony the service person were impeccable. Best service department experience ever.Anthony called over a set us up with our sales rep. Josefina. She was awesome. The car buying process is grueling. We told her what we wanted, she found it and got us to the finance team as soon as she could. The whole process took about 3 hours.The finance rep was awesome too. His name was Ike. He was efficient, friendly and very informative.We were there on a whim. You know quick trip to Rockwall for completely different reasons. We had our 18 month old with us. We didnt have food or diapers with us (because, you know quick trip) The entire Rockwall Ford staff worked quickly and diligently to take care of us and get us home as fast as possible.We now have a new Ford home and we couldnt be more excited and pleased.Thank you, Erin & Jeff

Maintenances/services are outstanding, and the employees are courteous, professional and respectful. Mark was my Technician. He handled my service requests with courtesy and offered me additional information explaining the processes. He called the courtesy van to take me home while they serviced my truck. My courtesy van driver was also named Mark. He arrived in a few minutes to take me home. He was courteous, professional, and a perfect gentlemen. I appreciate Ford handling everything to do with my Ford vehicles.

I bought my car from Town East Ford so I called to have it serviced because the engine light came on recently. The employee on the phone said I would have to leave my car for at least 3 or 4 days just for them to look at it. I asked if they provided a rental due to the delay and he said no.So I decided to call Rockwall Ford and had the most amazing experience. I was working a deal with a salesperson Omar, and he just stopped responding. I’ve been waiting for trade info. I’ve tried calling and texting, no response. Not sure what the deal is but do better. Car sales already has a stigma, no need to perpetuate it.
Met with Matt about a used vehicle. Ended up not purchasing due to the lack of knowledge on the vehicle. He did not seem like he was there to help or sell us the vehicle. Didnt follow up with me. Knew nothing about the vehicle at all. I understand it wasnt a ford but damn atleast some knowledge. Honestly surprised the reviews are so well.

Last month my truck had to be towed to Rockwall Ford due to transmission issues. I had purchase an extended warranty, however there was a delay due to the warranty company preferred to send out an adjustor prior to them covering the cost of the repair. Needless to say, this caused a delay in ordering the part and starting the repair process, from start to finish to a total of 21 days.With that being said, this was of no fault of Rockwall Ford nor the Service Dept. Quite the opposite, I have worked with Moses in past from the Service Dept., and just like before Moses did not disappoint. I cant speak for the other Service advisors due to I always go with Moses. During the entire process, Moses kept me updated, whether it was good or bad news. Thanks to my warranty and Moses, I payed my deductible and not a very expensive repair bill. Always Moses...thank you for your time and efforts!

Had an appointment with a gentlemen at 9am to see a car. We arrived no one helped us at all for 15 minutes. We finally approached the front desk ask for help and all we got was we will be with you in a minute. Then a tall Caucasian gentlemen walks in and asks about the same car and immediately someone stops what they are doing and begin to help him. He ended up looking at the same car and bought it. When we talked to management about it we were told he was here first… when we clearly saw him walk in and state “I just got off the phone with some that said I need to come look at this car ASAP”. I guess what is the point of an appointment any more. I also texted the car sells men that I had scheduled an appointment on why he was late and his reply was sorry “I was at a trade walk” ??? Like did we not have an appointment scheduled? Did I not look qualified? Was it because of the complexion of my skin ? Well managements response was he was here first. Great job Ford at rockwall. Way to treat a vet!

For two weeks now I’ve not been trying to get a repair done only to feel like I’ve been robbed out of $450 for a so called diagnosis on my F150 and I still don’t know what the problem is. Don’t trust a word Gary in service says. Don’t waste your time asking to speak to the Service Director Buddy Mays because he’s only going to back his employees. Should have waited until I was able to get my truck in at Town East Ford.08-11-21. After replying to my post, my wife and I went back to service to address our concerns. Mark heard us out and understood our concerns. Buddy, I was wrong. Thank you for coming to common ground. Thank you for showing that Customer Satisfaction is a priority.

I am good here. Fair deals and really no games. Have a decent selection of vehicles. It is clean inside with plenty of refreshments. Not your typical tight blue slacks.... argyle socks...... brown shoes....dip $hit salesmen running around making up false deals.
