This is the first time I visited the dealership and also the first time met with Marco Deugarte. He gained my trust within minutes. First he presented the vehicles in the pipeline, once he knew my preference; he quickly located the vehicle that I want from another dealership. He is very transparent to me, before he requested the dealer trade; he told me there will be a fee to ship the vehicle from another location. After he got my consent, he started to coordinate the trade between Jarrod and Colby and I have received a quote within an hour. The quote is better than I expected, Colby and Jarrod managed to waive the shipping fee and there is no hidden fee added at all. In the mean time, Marco did the preparation for all the necessary paper work so I can just sign the intention to purchase and pay the deposit right after I see the quote. In addition, Marco scheduled the window tint service for me before the delivery. This is really a one-stop-shop service for me.2 business days later, Marco called me and told me the vehicle is ready to pickup. Vehicle window is tinted, car is washed and interior is very clean.Overall, the whole process went very smoothly and everyone involved in this process are all professional and helpful. Coming into this I was a bit nervous. Being a first time buyer & the new car shortage had me searching for the perfect car for over a month & everything I ran into was not meeting my expectations or budget but thank God for Nissan in Rockwall. Broke down in a total pile of junk van in front of this place. My phone was dead. I was greeted by a salesman who was super helpful and offered to let me borrow a phone but I didnt know the number I was trying to call so he took me to another salesman who he knew had an Android charger. It was about time that I upgraded to an SUV from a sedan when I found my future Pathfinder online. The perfect vehicle on the first page was a strong enough sign that I needed to make an appointment to test drive the car. I made an appointment with Andy and was in the showroom in less than an hour. His knowledge of Nissan, wisdom of sales, and gumption to work the best deal possible for me led to the purchase of the vehicle the very next day. He made it very clear what my costs were and managed to get the most value out of my trade-in. Typically I always sell my owned vehicle to the end consumer but I decided with the price they offered and eliminating the hassle of me fixing up my Sonata and selling it outright that the offer was too good to pass up. I loved my Sonata and was quite bummed to let her go but I found another car that checked every box and looks pretty awesome to boot. Karen, in finance, was also amazing - despite the running joke about Karens these days. She was sweet, kind, vivacious, and very well versed in finance so anything I was ignorant or naïve of she took the time to explain. Along with the great conversation outside of the purchase deal, both Andy and Karen provided a genuine interest and care to help me acquire my 2019 Pathfinder. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle and possibly trade in their old one.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been working with them since May 18th and I walked away with no car. The first vehicle I looked at was sold during my processing. The second vehicle was sold again, 3rd vehicle was located in San Marcos - I signed for the car (b/c they say sign and then itll be transferred to the Rockwall location) Come to find out it was an issue with that vehicle. I go up there to get my money back that Id put down on the previous vehicle. So the General manager, Ronnie Robinson suggested that I take the same vehicle that they had at their location, cool - I was satisfied with that. He advised that the deal would be the same. It was already late in the evening and I did not plan to sit at the dealership again. So I tell my salesman to call me tomorrow once everything is done as their were some minor dings on the car and it needed to be checked. Next day rolls around and I hadnt heard anything by noon so I reach out and was told that I would hear back... few more hours go back still nothing. I finally call the salesman, Landon and was advised that they wanted me to put $2000 more down and that is not what was agreed upon the day prior. If you like wasting your time, this is the place for you! Good luck!

Awful experience. My wife wanted to look at the new Nissan Kicks as she is wanting to go back to a small SUV but was concerned about the storage space in the trunk area. Amazing Experience at Rockwall Nissan and we were Hesitant to Return to this Nissan… it had been almost 2 years since our last Visit and for a reason. Nissan was actually our 3rd stop didn’t have a whole lot of Hope. Crossed our fingers the Ownership had drastically changed to not waste our time………I mean Wow!! Brendan and the friendly staff, Their team seems so fun and like a family. The Whole Experience Blew us away! Brendan truly has the ability to Real You In, it Helps To Take In The Cars and information he showed My wife and I for our daughter who was not with us. A Gentleman named Matthew in Management Greeted us before we left and we set up an appt to return with our daughter with No Griping to “Rah Rah Must Buy Now, Must Sell You Car Now” he talked about providing us with the Correct information to make an Educated Decision, loved that. When we brought our daughter Jamie back to visit to see Nissan was now our 1st stop to see if even the route she wanted still we were comparing Corolla and Civic, my wife reaalllyyy like the Sentra, my daughter thought she wanted a Civic. Well Brendan did just the same as if we never left, First Greatly Appreciated the fact this young man treated our daughter Jamie as an adult, showing and teaching her everything about the Sentra. He would ask her all of the Questions like What She noticed about the drive or the color, or even sun roof, or the screen, she Glanced over at us the first couple times until she realized he really did care about what SHE wanted in her car! After We Left Karen’s office in Finance Who was also simply a Delight to be around. We were introduced to service, Brendan Connected up BT etc for Jamie and we were off in her First New Car! 10 mins down the road almost home Jamie said “I totally forgot about the Corolla and the Civic” I Laughed and said “Do You Love Your New Car” A Resounding Yes!!! Then Brendan Followed up the next day just to check in, 2 Weeks Later Jamie had a Thank You letter in the mail. it’s a Good a Feeling to know once we’re gone we are not forgotten. Wow How Times Have Changed for the Better at Nissan Rockwall! I Will Always Give Brendan and Matthew an opportunity and if it works out Having Karen help us understand our terms and Warranties.
