Really nice auto parts & service store. I saw a few people arrive and request diagnostics on their cars out in the parking lot, and staff went out to help them.The interior might seem small compared to the bigger guys, but it is very well-stocked with everything you could need to fix your car.Smaller place, smaller parking lot. Very good staff wanting to keep customers happy.I was looking at towing parts & needs, this store has a nice, if small, selection of parts you need.I needed license plate holders for a used car I bought. This store had a nice selection. From vanity fancy stuff, to heavy duty, to industrial level. And the hardware to install it.Found what I needed here, and saw staff that work good with the public, nuff said.

This was my first time in an Advance Auto Parts store. Not bad, clean and well lit. The layout is the same as its competitors. The staff was also friendly. But they all have the same prices as the others. Good people though 👍

Battery Replacement - Only store that had the battery available (within 15 miles) and replaced the battery at no charge. This was on a Sunday afternoon and only took 10 minutes. Much appreciated.

Store was clean but did not have brake rotors for an 09 Honda Accord.

Went in to get my batteries tested in my truck and the associate said they were good. I had no gauges coming on and I was about to take it to a shop and he suggested checking the fuses which he did with me. They were all good. Plugged them back in and started the truck to head to a shop and all gauges were back on.

In the five years since moving to Rockwall Ive tried to go to Advance Auto Parts three times; each time I have arrived during business hours and they have been locked up with staff inside. If you open at 8:30 on Sunday, I think its reasonable for the door to be open at 8:35 when I show up. When I show up at 7:40am on a Tuesday it is also assumed that the business would be open since the posted hours are 7:30am on that day. Three times I have hopped back in my truck and driven the 200 yards down the road to AutoZone.

Tried to charge me nearly $40 for an air filter yeah you got the right idea about the wrong woman went right on down to autozone and got it for 999

This place gives you the right part and the best price the first time. Good job Bill Watson

Excellent shop! I purposely go out of my way to go to this store location for any parts and advice. Online shopping is easy and so is the in store pick up. All employees have been helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced.

Always seem to have what I need. Checkout is a little slow due to old registers or processes.

Went in to get some parts and tools for an oil change. They didn’t have a specific part so Tina helped me order one and I picked it up just a couple of days later! Prices were cheaper than going in to get an oil change at a mechanic and they were super helpful.

Terrible customer service, bought the most expensive battery they offer. Didnt last a year,not once but 3 times. Tried run a scam saying the battery had To be revived.??? Would not honor the warranty,as well as wasting 36 hours of my time waiting on these guys. What a joke,I see why these stores are closing. $247.00 for a battery that will only last 11 months. Optima Red is garbage. Very unprofessional at best. DONT SHOP HERE..

Check engine light check on. Employee checked the code and offered additional information to assist. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend visiting store.

Not too happy. I placed a online order for pickup at the Rockwall location first thing Saturday morning. They said it would be ready in about half an hour, to be safe i showed up at the store a couple hours later. Not only did they not have it ready, they hadnt processed it at all. There was some system problem they were having. I didnt want to be difficult so i showed them the order conformation, wrote the order number down for them along with my name and phone number, and asked that they just call me when it was ready. I waited all day and never received the call. The next day i was so frustrated I called the main company number to have them terminate the order. I went to the auto parts store down the street to get the parts i needed, where i have never had a problem.I had a follow up email from the main advanced customer service saying they recommended too the Rockwall owner that he contact me with a coupon on the order i had previously placed. Not that I was looking for a discount, but go figure i was never contacted. :)

Better then auto zone but I never do get those $5 discounts in email as they say

Went to get a vacuum valve for my vintage corvette. The folks there did not seem interested in helping me. They pointed me to an area and seemed put out that I was even there. After looking and not finding what I was looking for I walked back to the front and thought they would ask if they could help me. No such luck. I was the only one in the store so it was not because they were busy. Will not be shopping there anytime soon.

I took my son there he said its okay its like OReillys and AutoZone

Saved about $200 letting Savio change the battery on my wifes Mazda 3. It has the I-eloop system so needs an expensive battery. They had the appropriate battery and installed it for free. Savio was friendly and professional.
