Dropped off used engine oil. Process had changed since the last time. Still was no problem.

I don’t know why people are hating. I love coming here. If you’re expecting a red carpet to be rolled out for you I suggest you go to your car maker dealership. You will be price gouged, lied to, extreme wait times and careless service. Walmart auto is the bomb

Ive been here a few times. Horrible service and wait times. I had a special lug nut so I couldnt replace my battery myself. Took over 2 hours. Everyone hates their jobs. Employee started yelling with a customer while I was there.

The absolute worst customer service, almost on the verge of being unethical. The worst Male manager I have ever encountered. Given incorrect information about a battery life rebate. Then tried to charge a core charge. A 45 minute wait was actually 2 hours. Super disappointed. Never again!

Took a min but I wasn’t in a rush

WORST EXPERIENCE. I called for 3 days and every day the system was down. Finally got through on Thursday long enough for them to schedule my appointment for new tires on Saturday morning. I get here and there’s no appointment in their system. So they have to reschedule and I leave my car and they said 1hr- 1.5 hr wait. I get here at 2 hours and THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED ON MY CAR. Never again. Employees were not helpful at all. I will never ever return here

Went by today due to one of my tires being a tad low. I was a bit concerned that there was something in the tire causing it to leak out slowly and Marvin came right out and inspected it for me. After determining that nothing seemed to be stuck in it, he did help to make sure that all the air in my tires were as they should be. So helpful and polite. Could not have asked for better service!

I would like to first thank the very friendly lady that helped me first by checking my battery voltage. I am so sorry that I did not get her name, I believe it was Joyce. She was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and you could tell she loves her work. She turned my whole day around from a horrible experience at the dealership where my car is warrantied. She was helpful and happy to help. She also reassured me that David who would work on my car was very good at what he does. I was in and out very quickly, thankfully they had the battery needed and a tech who knew how to change my difficult battery. Thank you David for doing it quickly. He also checked me out and was very courteous and helpful when i asked questions. It was very refreshing to talk to the entire staff and not hear people complaining and having the i hate my job look all over their face.

My car battery failed while away from home. They got me right in and promptly replaced it. The service representative was courteous and helpful. I have not used Walmart Auto Care in the past, but i will in the future.

I have been to this Walmart Supercenter Auto Care Center several times in the past I have always received personal service and care. But its not just me I have observed other customers in there they treat everybody just as well. They are kind and respectful, pay attention and they are professionals. Whether your getting your oil changed or a tire installed. Truly reminds me of when you got small town service years ago, and everyone gave you a wave talk to you and smiled. There are other Walmart Supercenters but this is the one I choose to go to.

I went because I was unsure about my oil in my truck. I got excellent service. KC went out of his way to make reassure me that I have the right amount of oil, and also showed me how to check my oil for myself. Great job!

Stayed open late to fix my tire after Firestone turned me away. . Always great customer service. Should have gone there in the first place!

Had the tires I needed in stock. Staff was busy, but friendly. Took care of my needs and got me back on the road. Very convenient to be able to drop the car off and then go shopping until it was done!

Absolutely appalled with the customer service I have received. I will never bring my car back to Walmart’s service department nor will I recommend them to ANYONE. Dropped my car off and was told to my face I would get a call when it was ready. An hour and 45 minutes later I call and they tell me it will be another 45mins-1 hour. Fast forward an hour and a half I call again only to not have my call picked up. The department closed without calling to let me know my car was ready. Upon arrival to pick up my car, which was just sitting out in the parking lot with my keys sitting in the service department counter, they let me know that the guys “never call when cars are ready” and my car was ready TWENTY minutes after I called and they told me it would be another hour. NEVER had worse customer service in my life. Now I have to travel 3 hours home and was set back over an hour and a half because of this department. Absolutely ridiculous and I would give 0 stars if I could.

Rodger was freaking awesome!! I had a bad experience with the Walmart in the town that I live in and not to mention all the other Walmarts in the area surrounding the town I live in. I called this Walmart here in Rockwall and Rodger answered and was awesome!! he was like a voice of kindness. Lets just say that he answered my questions, and did not mind my extra questions that I had had due to my experiences with all the other Walmarts that I have dealt with today, while being curtious and friendly towards me despite my already agitated attitude. big thumbs up for Rodger and the Rockwall tx automotive care center in Wal-Mart!!!!👍👍👍👍

I went for an oil change and was told the last time I was there previously the tech ruined my oil pan. I cant go get an oil change anywhere else until the parts are fixed. I have to buy my own parts to fix something they broke.

Got core $ back from battery. All good.

I was told they had the tires I needed in stock when I arrived they didnt have the tires I needed had to order the tires. I paid for the tires that day then went back next day waited 3 hours to get tires changed when I had an appointment. Then I got a flat tire and brought it back up there to have it fixed under the road hazard but apparently they are telling me I never paid for road hazard and they arent willing to prorate the tire at all when it still has most of its tread I would steer clear of this place for sure no customer service you just get lost in the corporate greed

I went in for an oil change but they did not change the oil, I asked for the mechanic to speak with him but nobody knew who was doing it. I knew that was a scam job, just resettled my dashboard to zero. I can proofed to you.

Hell no, Ill never go there for an oil change again. They didnt tighten my oil plug all the way and I ended up leaking oil all over my parking spot

Ripped off!! They tried to charge me for 6 quarts of oil when my car only holds 4.2 quarts. Then they didnt even put in the high mileage oil I paid for, I only know this because they left the 5 qt oil jug in my car! Dont trust them!!!
