Small dealership that I had no idea existed. But the professionalism and personal approach of 2 sales representatives, Maddie and Anthony, was on top level! I purchased a vehicle from MemberCar on 2/25/20 with GAP insurance coverage for which I paid $800 for. I sold the vehicle on 1/25/2021 and contacted MemberCar on 5/25/2021 and requested a GAP cancellation form which I filled out and returned with all requested documentation on 5/26/2021. Since that time I have not received my GAP refund and I have called several times and each time I call I am told that they will look into it and get back to me. As of 9/28/2021 I have received no refund and no contact from MemberCar regarding my refund for the cancelled GAP insurance.As far as I am concerned this business has no integrity and can not be trusted as they have blatantly refused to refund my money. Will be pursuing this with a civil complaint as this business has refused to respond to my requests.You have been warned.

Awesome selection of pre owned vehicles, the sales representatives are awesome especially Anthony Paz, my mother purchased a 2006 Hyundai Azera Limited thats in great condition. Another sales rep name Tyler, drove the vehicle to our home about 10Min away which made the purchase even more pleasurable. The reason why because my mother is in the process of getting her drivers license, wonderful sales staff.

My father had been looking for a toyota for a few months, and he kept his eye on this website with the tacoma they had there. the price was a good one and it was what he had been looking for. we drove 65 miles, one way, to look at it. he test drove it and really liked it. Poor customer service to elderly couple. We purchased a car from Tyler in August, 2020, and part of written agreement was he would provide us with an additional key for our Volvo. Well, its January, 2021, and NO key after numerous promises from Tyler. We are both 75 years oldand my husband has multiple heath issues which mean many doctor visits; if we lose our 1 key, we will be in serious trouble.

A Great Experience at Member Car! I recently purchased a car at MemberCar working primarily with David and Maddie. They listened carefully about the kind of car and features I was looking for and were very straightforward about the pros and cons of each car that they showed me. There was no pushy selling or bait and switch. The price on the website was the price of the car (generally the cars were in the Kelly Bluebook range). Maddie got the paper work done quickly and efficiently. The smoothest experience I have ever had buying a car. I can’t recommend them enough. They really are all about the customer experience. PS The lots guys are great too! SHOPPING TIP: Look at their website to get a sense of the cars they have available and their prices. It helps things go much faster. Also if they don’t have what you want they can sometimes find it for you.

They over promised, and under delivered at every step of my buying experience. I paid market value for a car described as perfect, and on the drive home had an interior handle fall off inside the car, an inoperable infotainment system, and an obvious transmission issue. In the first five hundred miles, I had three check engine lights for emission problems, and coolant sensors, additionally it had an oil leak that was allegedly fixed, and a coolant leak. I spent a lot of money out of pocket to fix multiple issues because I trusted them so little I was not giving them the car back for repairs. It did not even have matching tires, or valve stem caps on the new tires that were replaced. I have no reason to believe they are competent, or honest from my experience. They ask you to sign a promise that you will give a five star rating for a full tank of gas at signing, so take the glowing reviews with a grain of salt. (they gave me a $25 prepaid card to fill an empty Mercedes GL450, so I declare my promise void) I suggest shopping elsewhere, and wish you luck if you ignore my advice. I have low expectations of used car dealers, but when I hold them to the standards they promised me, they get an absolute fail.

PRE-PURCHASE experience has been phenomenal thus far. Like many I am not a fan of the car buying experience. Although I have yet to visit the dealership, after months of researching vehicle I want, and finding a match at MemberCar, the hassle free, quick response via email, phone, and text has convinced me that my hesitation about traveling over 7 hours will not result in disappointment. Whatever the outcome, I have to send a huge shout out to Jordan, who has gone above and beyond answering and explaining every question and concern I bombarded him with for several days, and yes, even after business hours. Not once have I felt the pushiness that is so often associated with the car buying experience. If so, rest assured, I would not risk or consider traveling from Massachusetts to Maryland to buy a used vehicle. Stay tuned - will rate and review again in few days

A tornado took out two of our vehicles and, because we needed a new car fast, we decided to use the cargurus online car buying site for the first time. We are not the type of people who typically travel two hours to purchase a car that weve never seen. Anthony and the rest of the staff at MemberCar made this a smooth and easy transaction. Anthony was very responsive to my calls and emails ahead of time and assured me that there would be no surprises when we got there. When we arrived at MemberCar we were impressed by the volume of traffic going in and out of their establishment. We test drove our vehicle and found it to be just what was represented. During the short delay required to process our paperwork, Dave, the owner, sent us to a nearby deli where we were treated to a delicious lunch! The deal was handled smoothly and efficiently and, just as we were thanking the universe that we found these guys, they sent us out the door with our new car AND a $25 gas card to fill it up! A very easy car buying experience with this dealership and Capital One Auto Navigator. Maddie was very patient and sent me numerous photos and videos of the truck before I decided to drive down. They let me test drive the truck without any issues and had my mechanic do a run through on it. I found a small issue on the truck that cost 35$ to replace but wasnt caught by their inspection. Honestly a small issue and I brought it to their attention. They offered to fix it or knock a couple hundred off the price. I appreciated the help and the laid back experience.

Horrible Service! I test drove the 2004 Lexus Sc430 with 126,685 two weeks ago with Maggie, I was Issued a buyers order and obtained a cashiers check 1 day later to be told the vehicle failed inspection for front & rear shocks and a ac compressor and that the work was being completed and parts Were ordered on 8/29. I followed up consistently with Maggie over the last week. I notice the vehicle was listed today for $500 lower then my buyers order so I called. I spoke with another person by the name of Anthony who was very rude about the work never was going to be completed and the owner decided to sell the vehicle as is and Maggie made a mistake and deal with it. Very poor customer service knowing no one ever got back to me after obtaining a check ect for the vehicle beware!

Great place to buy a car if you are coming from out of state. Ask for Anthony...he made the process very quick and painless. All of the associates that we came in contact with were very professional and friendly. They even gave us recommendations for a place to go to dinner!

Member car was Fantastic to deal with specifically Maddie Kossin. She helped me from start to finish, 45 minutes and I was out with my Mercedes ML-350 and couldn’t be happier. Everyone at the dealership from the owner to all the sales people were very friendly and accommodating. I Will recommend to everyone.

Great experience buying the car. Fun atmosphere. Maddie was a pleasure to work with. The guys in the office made it fun and entertaining with doing shots of the new Monster drinks. I definitely recommend this group if your buying a car. Definitely will come back!!!!!

My Mom recently bought a car here. The process was extremely painless! She had reached out ahead of time with her requests in her future car, and the owner pulled a car out that went above and beyond what we were expecting! He showed us a few cars, noting that their safety features (the main request my Mom had) were not as high [mainly lack of a backup camera] as the one she ended up purchasing, but were cheaper and met every other requirement - its all about priorities and what of course you can afford. We took the one he pulled out for a test drive, and she was very happy with it - and I was happy to see it had a few more bells and whistles for her to enjoy. Great service, incredibly efficient - and the guys who work in the lot are sweethearts too!

Great Experience. I worked with both Maddie and Jordan and both of them were extremely helpful. 100% transparent. This was my first time buying a car and it couldnt have gone smoother. I just purchased a 2017 Audi A3 Convertible Quattro yesterday (06/20/20). Jordan Lloyd was assisting me with the entire process over the course of three days - he was very responsive and communicative, and yes....Im that person who has a thousand comments, questions to ask, and things to point out. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Jordans down to earth and low-pressure style is quite refreshing and very welcomed especially now-a-days with other dealerships high pressure tactics. The whole sales group (Jordan, Maddie, Anthony) and the Owner, over at Member Car are accommodating, easy to talk to, and exude a true team attitude towards sincere customer service. Ive purchased many cars over the years and the atmosphere there is among the very best that one could ask for in a [new or used] car buying experience. Their set prices are very fair and reasonable and they do not play any of the hated hide-the-BS fees-from-the-customer-games. Do not hesitate to test drive one of their cars. I rarely write reviews, especially ones this positive, but my experience with Jordan and Member Car has been exemplary!

I had not bought a car through a dealership in 25 years so needless to say I was somewhat apprehensive; especially since Ive seen first hand how some of these dealerships operate behind the curtain. (Ive been a vendor for over 100 dealerships in the area.) However Member Car personnel and ownership were excellent. Firstly, the Mercedes I bought was in superb condition. It was clean inside and out. The mechanical condition of the car also was sublime. Engine, transmission, cooling system, ride quality, and electronics all were in perfect working order. Secondly, Anthony and Jordan were great. Though helpful, they were not pushy. I didnt feel like I was being gamed or fleeced into buying the car. I would bring my 80 yr old mom here to buy a car. Great job guys! I will definitely recommend you to others and return myself should I need another vehicle.
