I had an excellent experience getting my Tesla repaired at Tesla Collision Rockville. I had a frustrating situation regarding an accident where I was not at fault. Sue was so kind and helpful with setting up the repair. We worked directly with Matt and he kept us up to date every step of the way with the repair. I highly recommend them for any Tesla owner.

They were very informative about what was going on with my car, they got me set up with a rental because the service on my vehicle was going to be 2/3 weeks.. best service! And my car was charged and looked like new when I picked it up 😊

My son recently went to this place on a very short notice to get the car checked out after he suspected some damage. He said that he met a very kind lady named Sue who was very understanding and helped him out. Sue has helped me twice before to fix my cars. She is always helpful, professional. She is amazing!

I was initially frustrated with the amount of time that I had to wait for an appointment and the amount of time that it took to complete the repairs, HOWEVER Michelle was very informative, communicative and an absolute pleasure to deal with. After I initially picked up my Model 3 from collision repair, I found some issues. Michelle was able to quickly make arrangements to correct any issues that I discovered. I will have to say that the wait was worth it and I am extremely happy with the results and I highly recommend this shop.

Contacted by email as advised by Tesla SC in owings mills. No email replies. Week+ later we called this google number, got appt. In app the appt appeared but could not have notes added. We showed up, they wanted us to drop off the car with no cost estimate or time if completion. [We will not drop off our car (drivable) just so a body shop can rank up storage charges.] So, they took our info and would get back to us with numbers/when parts would get in AND work with insurance about possible rental coverage due to other driver being at fault. None of that happened. They went so far to delete the appointment from our service history. Off to a bad start, guys. Im not in a rush to fix this. Insurance processing so far has been good. This Tesla body shop is failing bad. Hopefully with the recent funding round of 5 billion dollars Tesla can up their service game some :/ btw, pic is what a lifted diesel silverado does to a Tesla model s when wanting to occupy the lane you are in. For now, it shall be a badge of honor I suppose.

Had an amazing experience with this Tesla Body Repair Center. Got a dent in my driver door and they managed to fix it fully within a week. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and ensured that I had my vehicle finished before a holiday weekend. On top of that, it was very easy to rent a car as they work closely with the enterprise down the street and I was able to pick up / drop off the rental at the repair center location which made everything very seamless. Thank you Michelle / Tesla!

This place opening was a godsend for all Tesla owners in the area. Michelle was the best! She was respectful of the car, had it finished in lightning time, and made sure I was happy when it came time to pay the final bill. I don’t often smile when I spend $1700 on something but Michelle pulled it off! The new body repair center is so much better than the alternative that I was forced to use before it opened. When it comes to getting body work done on your Tesla, this place is a no-brainer.

The people working here and serving customers are truly amazing. So it deserves 5 stars. However, Tesla is not well organized to fix a large number of cars, so it takes a long time.

I was in an accident a little over 3 weeks ago. I called the Rockville Tesla Service center and they advised me since it’s a collision, the body repair center would need to take care of it, but that to go ahead and still make an appointment with the service center. They provided me with the phone number for the body repair center and advised me to call them. So I made the appointment and started attempting to call as well. For the last three weeks and multiple phone call attempts, no one answers the phone and their voice mailbox is full. A day before my appointment with the Tesla Service Center, as expected I get a text saying the body repair center would need to take care of it and advised me to email them. I have now emailed them 3 times. Each time, I get a response saying I will hear back within 3 business hours. It has been over a week. So incredibly unprofessional, they obviously do not care one bit about their customers. Such a frustrating experience as I just want to have my car taken care of. I called the BMW Collision Center of Rockville (they are certified to work on Teslas) and they were able to fit me in right away. That’s how you take care of a customer, not this sham of a “customer service” display by the Tesla Rockville Body Repair Center. What a joke.

I was hit in my 8-month old Model S by another driver. Minor rear-end collision. I used the Tesla app to schedule Service. Indicated it was for a collision and uploaded pics and a claim number. I was scheduled at the Rockville service center a few weeks out. Within a day, I was notified that my appointment was cancelled since it was for body work and I would be contacted by the Body Repair Center. On August 28th I received an email from the Body Repair Center saying they would contact me within 3 business hours to schedule service. That was 5 days ago and I havent received any communication. So, I figured its best to call them. I tried twice and no one answers the phone and you are sent to a general voice mail box. After listening to the prompt to leave a message, I then get a message that the voice mail box is full and not accepting messages. I have no idea how Im going to get my car repaired. Amazingly bad service for a car that costs almost $100,000.Update: On September 8, 11 days after being told I would be contacted within 3 hours, I was contacted by the Body Repair Center. They, again, asked me for the information I had already sent twice; insurance claim number and pics of the damage. Also asked for the Model and VIN number, which they already have as a part of my account settings. They scheduled me to drop off my car at the Body Repair Center on September 22, which I did. I was told they would contact me when they could do a full evaluation of the damage. On September 29, I received an email saying they have completed the evaluation of the damage and, as a result needed to order more parts. They finished by saying they would contact me when the parts arrived and the work was done. Still waiting, will update when this is over.Final Update: Communication is finally picking up, all by text. On Oct 1 I was told they have approval from the insurer to move forward with the repairs, and they expect to be done in a week or so. On Oct 7 I am told that the car should be ready on Oct 9. Late afternoon on Friday, Oct 9 I received a call from Michelle, who was very nice, and a text saying my car was ready. She emailed me a bill and I paid with a credit card. Through this process this is the first time I had any idea what it was going to cost. Never once, did I receive an estimate. I picked up the car on Sunday morning, Oct 11. The repair job looked as expected...repaired. But after all this, I get in the car and there is only 71 miles of range left, and I live 84 miles away. When I left the car it had plenty for the round trip, so I had to go to a nearby supercharging station. They could at least spend a few dollars and leave you with a decent charge.
