Very clean bathroom to use, I suggest everyone to use it when you’re in the area. My butt loved how soft the toilet paper was.

I had a great experience at the service station. Went in with a flat tire and the owner Robert took real good care of me. He is trustworthy and I will take my cars there in the future.

Im from texas so I expect my shell stations to be at a certain level of cleanliness. I like to visit bathrooms of gas stations I like to see if they have a certain smell about them. those soap cakes are so refreshing. Every time I stop by one of these shell stations I pick up a few of those air fresheners.Thank you so much shell for placing this shell station here for us to visit when Im in town great bunch of people here

This price gouging station charges 20% more than area avg. It has entrances that are adjacent to the on-ramp to s270. This is convenient at 3am but during the day it helps create a dangerous traffic backup. Of cars trying to get to the ramp.At least its clean for a gas station

Stopped to get gas. Swipe card and card was accepted. Clerk comes running out to tell me don’t pump gas and leave. Don’t understand why you have a gas station that doesn’t do gas…

Inflated prices due to panic buying… people struggle enough this past year financially, this station taking advantage of those needing fuel for work etc. go downtown 2 min, gas still at $3.00

I intensely dislike the TV at the pump. I think I will start to avoid Shell had stations in the future.

My tired went flat while I was driving around. I came in and someone helped fixed it. The customer service is amazing here.

One of the more expensive gas stations in the area, but its convenient, clean, and the staff are always friendly. Ive never used the service station for repairs, but have heard good things, and the service manager helped me out with a jump start one day and seemed like a knowledgeable mechanic.

Do not get MD car inspection done here. They will fail your car inspection and mislead you to fix something there. They cost $60 for inspection. and told me it cost $500 to fix and pass inspection. I went to other and passed without problem but paid $70 again. I just wasted $60 here. They were not busy and $10 cheaper and you know what it means.

Good convenience store, gas prices are better than at other locations.

I ended up paying a total of $146.78 at Merchants After I brought my vehicle to repair a punctured tire at this Shell location located 1250 W Montgomery Ave, Rockville, MD 20850 . After having the tire repaired, my wife and I had discovered that it had been slowly deflating. After only two days, the tire had needed air again. When I removed the tire and searched it for leaks, it was to my deep surprise that the leak turned out to originate from where the mechanic had inserted a plug. As I cleaned the leak area, I furthermore discovered that the plug was not fully inserted into the tire as it was covering a screw embedded in the tire. At this point, even with the screw removed, the damage done to the tire was far too great for any hopes of repair. I had explained the situation to the service manager, Eric, and he had reconciled this issue by saying that everyone makes mistakes. He apologized and offered to refund me $24.99 labor charges. Terrible service!!
