My experience with this facility has been nothing but Old school customer service, many readers may not be old enough to remember when the “customer was always right”, today that seems like a concept relegated to the past century but this MAACO location is really understanding that concept and comes through not simply by listening but also performing and recommending in the best interests of the customer. My son and I had purchased a car from auction we worked on it for an entire year and finally it was time to get some bodywork done and paint. The price point and value considering also the kind of car and its street value was all part of the decision making process and pricing for the same. Honestly the results were better than expected and in this day and age that’s a rare find for anyone. I can highly recommend the shop they’re honest they will tell you their own opinion about how far to go with bodywork and paint and they will deliver the product that they promise. If you don’t at least get a quote from this office you are probably missing out on a good opportunity for great value.

To say that Tony & Daniel are good people would be an understatement. These guys are top notch when it comes to business! They work around your budget & offer many plans to accommodate your needs. My personal car got a color change & lots of body work. Reasonably priced. Unfortunately had to cover an accident on a friend’s car I caused & Tony worked out a great deal for me & the finish was amazing. These guys are team players too! Tony cleans the shop while Daniel gets his hands dirty working on cars. Big thanks to the entire team (herbert & the rest of you guys). Latino proud shop💪🏻

Summary: They lack cranftmanship, attention to detail, and will likely ruin your car. However, friendly representatives.I took my vehicle to them primarily to fix ascratch on my front bumper. Since i planned on keeping the vehicle for a few more years, i figured I would get the entire car painted. I selected the base coat/clear coat package.On the provided day of delivery, they said they needed an extra day and i said ok. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was worst than when I dropped it off. The bumper scratch was poorly finished, the clear coat was running, overspray on my lights, bubbles on the ceiling, glue dripping from replacing decals, painted over plastic finishes (which werent suppose to be painted) and the door handles felt like sand paper.I pointed this out to the sales representative and he offered to correct it. After they were finished, the clear coat was better. However, the bumper scratch still poorly finished, door handles felt like sand paper, over spray on lights/tail pipe, my headlights and silver molding was scratched from the buffering process, and white powder was tracked into the car and along the door.

I went to bring my Mazda in for a paint job. The paint was well done & they patched a rust hole for a additional $150.But when I received my car back. My roof rack was missing top caps.and some pieces were put back on. so I had to send photos of the damage. They said they’ll order the damage parts, i still hope they do. I’m very happy with the service. I will recommend this place to other people. They took care of any issues before and after.Inspect your car before. Take before and after photos as well. Friendly staff overall.

Im very impressed with the way my car looks, nearly brand new. They fixed my bumper, the peeling clear coat, the dent on the front good. I only wish they would have painted the mirrors to the original color as well and painted the black trim. That being said, MAACO did a fantastic job painting my car. Plus they gave me a 5 year warranty.

Amazing service and quality workmanship. They were very accommodating and were willing to help out a lot. Had my car looking good as new again in less than 30 hours. Color matched perfectly. Will go here again for future paint work.

As a birthday present for my wife, our 2008 Toyota Solara Convertible was changed from White to Absolute Red. The preparatory body work repairing the many nicks, scuffs, dents, and scrapes was superb. The paint job was excellent and complete including the door jambs, inside the trunk and hood. The smooth, gleaming result was a product of professional excellence and care. The price was very reasonable for a job well done. Theodore Hartz

Wrong type of color.Too much defect.Paint the whole car in different pattern.Didnt use different color for different parts. Just paint the whole thing in same color.Takes apart a lot of parts but never put them back.Broke a tons of electronic wire and cause a electronic havoc. Even burn the fuse.Didnt even clean the car after painting.Leaving mud footprint inside.This is one of few 1 star reviews I given out. This place is just so terrifying.

Scheduled an appointment with them to fix the front lower driver side (Left). I was informed they would fix the car by the end of the day no later than 5:30 pm for $150.I got too the repair shop exactly at 5:30 to pick up my car. An associate there parked my car in the front and came back inside and told me that it was $150 for the fix.I went to inspect the car first before I even payed for the service, but unfortunately they didnt even do any work on the left side. I told them to fix the left side of the vehicle, but the explanation from them was that it was a computer malfunction. (Note: There was absolutely nothing that needed to be repaired on the right side of my vehicle).I was upset because I was expecting to get out of there as soon as possible since I left work and had things to do after. I had scheduled a reservation to a restaurant with somebody, but I needed this to be fixed as promised.They came up with resolution to fix it the actual side that was requested in a matter of an hour and a half.The staff was great, but again I was just upset that they didnt do what was promised in the beginning. At the end of the day, they did a good job with fixing the problem on my vehicle.I was told that Maaco Collision Repair & Auto locations are not great and had low hopes, but this location is one of the best Maaco Collision Repair & Auto locations so far. If they fix the computer malfunctions and confirm with customers where they would like too fix the car then this is the place to go.I recommended going to this location since they actually fix the issues that was being made.

We were extremely pleased. Our 22 year old car looks brand new. Very friendly service. No signs of dents or scratchesbeautiful finish. Four year warrantee.Done on the day they said it would be done.They even did extra repairs not expected.We recommend highly!I would include a picture but I don’t see how to.

I went to get my car fixed because i got into a fender bender. They explained exactly how they would fix my car and walked me through the whole process. They gave me an amazing deal and my car came out looking like new. Im so happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone i know.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had the Maaco employees were amazing and the outcome of the paint job I came in for was a complete transformation. They turned my 2000 Honda Accord into a brand new baby just like my dad had first bought it. My whole family was amazed especially my dad at how awesome of a job they had done. Took my car to get the roof repainted due to significant rust damage. After starting, they offered to paint the rest of the car at no additional cost. They did an excellent job, got it done a little ahead of schedule, and even cleaned the inside of the car (vacuumed, wiped down surfaces briefly, etc.). The original quote was higher than one other competitor we spoke with, but ultimately I think it was worth it.

So many good things to say about this place. Most importantly, my 2010 Cadillac looks amazing. Went from beige to black. Car is spotless, shiny, and looks brand new. Second, the price was exactly where I wanted to be at and A LOT cheaper than competitors. And finally, the staff!! Daniel was amazing to work with from step 1 to delivery. He even rode me back to my house after I dropped of my car. Everyone in that building is smiling and friendly. No complaints on my end. Would highly recommend on all levels.

The men who I was greeted by in the lobby and who handled my payment were incredibly professional and friendly. I was really impressed by how they went above and beyond for the customer. However, when I picked up my car from getting work done I noticed an intense stench in my car. It smelled like it had been doused in nail polish remover. Also, all my radio station favorites had been changed. When I got the car it was dark and in the evening and about 20 minutes into the ride when I stopped at a gas station my car would not start up again. Luckily, there was a nice person who helped me jump start my car and said it was looking like it was the battery. My battery is new so all he could think is that it got run down. Even with all that I was thankful that they had done such a nice job on my car. However, when it was light out the next day I could see that a white powder had been left all over the interior of my car. I went and got my car cleaned and vacuumed and still a month later I can still smell the scent if I don’t leave my windows down and I have often been getting headaches. Really upset about this and now feeling like it was not worth it. I feel bad leaving this review too because I recurved such friendly service but now I can barley stand to be in my car for more than 25 minutes and I have to put the windows down.

I had extensive damage and wanted my entire car repainted to a different color. Tony (one of the owners) is really great. He took the time to show me what different finished products would look like (depending on what package I chose). Tony was able to give me a great deal on the repair and paint job. He guaranteed I would be satisfied.The work that Tony and his crew did exceeds my expectations. My car looks brand new. I recommend that you go with the higher priced package if you really want your car to look like you just drive it off the lot from the dealership.

My elderly uncle was recently broadsided and left with some damage to his 2002 Toyota Corolla. After getting quotes from a few places, I suggested Maaco in Rockville, as I had used them years ago. They could not have been more helpful and kind. They fixed his car in one week, gave it to him looking like new, and gave him a great price. As of last October, this Maaco is under new ownership. This was the 3rd estimate I got on fixing my bumper, and I also got advice from friends who know cars... so, I already knew the extent of the damage, and what it would take to fix it. Thats why I was pleasantly surprised that these guys were very transparent about the issue, and did not try to automatically push me into an expensive repair, which I didnt really need. They gave me an option between a temporary fix, and the expensive repair. I didnt get that at other shops. They simply quoted the expensive permanent repair. I got a good vibe from these guys. They seem like good people. I recommend this auto-body shop. Hire with confidence.

I would not recommend this store for a few reason which I’ll just leave as bullet points for a quick and easy read based purely off my own experience here.1.) It was suppose to be done from Friday to Saturday. When I told the worker I had other appointments for work on my truck the following Sunday he guaranteed it will be done before. It was not even started and I had to reschedule my Sunday work and I picked up my truck on the following Monday2.) I was given a lot of lies and played phone tag between various workers to find out what was happening with my truck.3.) the quality of work is below average, I also expressed I only wanted matte black paint work done on my faded trim and bumper and the worker confirmed they could do it. What I received is the highest gloss paint I’ve ever seen and their is various spots where paint has pooled which leads me to believe they rushed the job or do not respect their own work.4.) because of the delay on finishing the work I had to pay for an Uber to get my truck back since my ride was only available on the weekend and they never tried to compensate me for the troubles.

You need factory OEM paint, then expect to pay either for the Premium or the Platinum packages. That way you get the best paint job for the most bang for your buck. In terms of Body Work, fair and acceptable job.$1000 - $2239 for paint$500 - $800 for all body work

Ive had 4 separate experiences with Maaco, and they always get things done fast and well. What the estimate says is what youll get (unless theres hidden damage of course). Everyone Ive interacted with there has been friendly, informative, and accomadating, helping me out because I dont know much about cars. They also helped me get cheaper parts from a used parts sales company. Ill always take my car to maaco in rockville for auto body repair, even though there are a few shops closer to me.

I had my car towed here a few weeks ago. There was a bit of a hiccup with the third party towing service (the towing companys driver misplaced my car key and I was getting the run around from the towing company, and it took a while to get to the bottom of the issue).Needless to say I was beyond frustrated, but Thabo, one of the guys, worked with me over the phone in a professional, courteous and understanding manner. He helped me get new keys.Overall, Im pretty pleased with my experience at this particular location. I intend to return to this store for future automotive needs.

Excellent customer service and craftmanship. The prices at this maaco are unbelievable. There many bodyshops around gude dr so I got many estimates before commiting and everyones price was around $1200 and Thabo at Maaco wrote me an estimate for $650 and the job was amazing. Love love love them.
