We had an accident and our insurance company listed National Auto Body as a recommended repair shop. It was so easy. Everything was handled through them and the insurance company. I was given an estimated date and called 2 days prior and was assured that it would be ready on that date and yes it was ready on time. They were pleasant, accommodating, friendly and customer service oriented. Would definitely use them again.

I brought in my 2016 Mercedes-Benz AMG GTS to National because the front bumper had some damage. I worked with Drew who was very professional. He kept in touch, and was very responsive, detail oriented, and patient with me throughout the process. The shop is also very clean and organized. I highly recommend National to anyone in the area who needs body work.

Without question, the best experience Ive ever had at an auto body shop. Was recommended by a friend who is particular about his cars and I can see why he uses them. The work is beautiful, well explained, and fast. In and out of the cashiers office quickly, too, and insurance was seemless. I will never go to another shop.

I picked National Auto Body due to their stellar online reputation, so my expectations were high. Despite this, they vastly exceeded my expectations when they repaired the damage from a tree limb falling on the roof of my car. When I got the car back, it was immaculate inside and out. They were professional, quick, and the car looked brand new. I wasnt sure about using a shop promoted by my insurance company, but going forward they will be the only shop I use.

They gave generally quote for free to fix a problem for my 2016 Sonata.I called other shops and they asked me around 125-152$ fee to find the cause of the problem which could be waived with the condition that I will accept their repair cost etc.God bless to everyone here and specially to the Receptionist and Anthony. National Auto Body is simply the best. Ive been going to them for 20 plus years for paint and body repairs and took my car in last week for some paint work. Their work is first class. They are honest, talented and a pleasure to deal with. Anthony, the owner, is terrific, as his father, John, who founded the business. I cannot more highly recommend them, which Ive in fact done to my kids, relatives and friends. All have had a great experience. Having to get body and paint work can be stressful, worrisome and a hassle. Not the case with National Auto Body. They do a great job every time.

I love this place!!!! I took my Landrover there after a patient hit my vehicle in the parking lot of my practice. When I dropped it off they had the rental car ready immediately and I was Out the door in 10 minutes. As a business owner myself, my time is valuable so I was impressed. Then on top of that when I picked the vehicle up it looked amazing and I was again “in and out” in 5 minutes! They are super friendly and their front desk lady is so nice!! Also, they detailed the entire outside of the vehicle including the rims, not just the part they repaired! Would recommend a 100 times over!!

I was recently involved in a minor accident but my car sustained all the damage. I contacted many auto body repair shops in the Bethesda and Rockville area, but ultimately I chose National Auto Body for its convenience, location, quick and knowledgeable customer service, and price. And I am happy to say that I made the right decision. I am so happy with the service I received. The final price was similar to that of my original quote. My car was ready when they said it would be ready. They even cleaned a dirty headlight cover and my rims, as well as vacuumed my car. I highly recommend this place! I will certainly be using their services for all future auto body work.

National AutoBody in Rockville on Parklawn drive has been a reliable, quality driven service for us. We have take our cars there for over 15 years. The most recent one was a flat tire which resulted in additional damage. We got the car towed to AAA and they tried to sell us additional services as well not doing the proper procedures on the alignment so we took it to Coleman Toyota in Bethesda and they quoted us over $1,500. We thought that was high so we took it to National Autobody and they repaired everything with genuine Toyota parts for under $500. That was just one of many examples of their honesty and great service that we have had with them over the years. They also have a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies. I highly recommend them.

Being new to the area, I searched for an auto body shop that was professional; and would do quality work on my car. They did an AMAZING job repairing my car. Everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend this place if you need work done on yourvehicle!!

National Auto Body has worked on cars of mine that had been in accidents, as well as upgrading older Porsches that I have owned. Their work is meticulous, and their know-how enables them to provide a practical, economical approach to the work they do. Their ability to match paint is unsurpassed. Im sure there are less expensive shops out there, but I would never compromise the quality they provide in the work they do.

Getting around to writing this after a year or two. Had severe hail damage from a storm that blew through the area and after searching around decided to take it here.Had a dog in the lobby, which was awesome. Receptionist was friendly and had someone around to shuttle me to the enterprise down the street.So, upon picking up my car from the dent repairs, I discovered a pretty good scratch that was left from the shop. Brought it up with the gentleman I was working with, and they owned up to it and repaired the scratch flawlessly.Unfortunately, when fixing that, some polish mustve gotten on my window visors and Im assuming when it was wiped off, the abrasives severely scratched up the soft plastic. Brought this up as well, and emailed with the owner and they were willing to cover the cost for replacement visors.All in all, even with some of the mistakes, they were willing to go above and beyond to make it right. They could have told me to screw off, but instead, they worked with me to address all the errors with absolutely no hassle.That says a lot to me, and Ill definitely come back here when the need arises again. I dont think there are too many shops that would go this far for a customer.

I got into a pretty nasty car accident in November. My insurance decided they wanted to total my car, even though i had just got a FREE brand new engine from Kia, new brakes, and had just replaced the battery. National auto body saw the value in my car and helped us battle through insurance, and when they ultimately decided not to fix it, national auto body worked with us to get it fixed. A special thank you to Anthony for keeping us posted daily about my car, and to the gentleman who went over the final bill, line by line upon pick-up (i cant remember his name).When i got there to finally pick it up, it looked brand new. Im almost positive they waxed it because it has NEVER looked that shiny, the interior smelled like a new car (its a 2012 mind you), and it runs like new. Thank you National Auto Body. I hope no one ever has to come here, BUT if you do, come here.

Excellent workmanship. National Auto Body was recommended to me by an equally respected mechanic by members of the automotive club I belong to.

They took care of everything when my car was rear-ended - coordinating with the insurance company and the rental care company. I was able to get an estimate on short notice and they scheduled me for a repair as soon as their calendar permitted. They are friendly, helpful and do great work. I would recommend them to anyone and should I need body work in the future, would use them again.

My mom had a fender bender about 2 weeks ago and we went to this location because it is Honda Certified. The estimate was about $800 which was an fair price. The car had been in the shop for about three days and when I had dropped in the car, it had 2,811 miles. But when I recently got it, it had 2,985 Miles. This is so ridiculous!! They had put on more than 100 miles. I had called and they said that they had to move the car frequently. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
