This is one of the reasons why Precision Collision Center is definitely the to go to repair shop without hesitation.As an ex host from Turo, I rented my Mustang out which resulted in 2 horrible accidents. The renters used substances in the vehicle and completely destroy the front-end driver panels in the first accident and the second one to the passenger rear end quarter panels of the car. See posted pictures regarding both accidents and how devastating of the damage was. As I was looking around with other repair shops to take my vehicle too, I came across Precision Collision Center. Upon contacting and talking with Pablo and Axel they both were extremely professional in how the process was handle.As Turo claim process is horrendous and ferociously mentally painful one can endure, Pablo and Axel both took the time out of their schedule to keep going back forth with Turo representatives, adjusting price, renegotiating supplements for months. Meanwhile they were also keeping me posted on the progress of the repairs. The vehicle repair process took a while due to documentations and claims validation from Turo. After months of repairs, WOW! Looks like my car is back to brand new! The panels were fixed with precision, no fender improperly aligned, no bumper gap, no unmatched colors, alignment was also done. Upon test driving my vehicle to ensure everything was working properly, man it was flawless!!!Overall, Im extremely satisfied with my repairs result and most of all appreciate the patience, the level of professionalism at this shop especially with Pablo and Axel. I highly recommend this place without hesitation to anyone whos trying to get their vehicle repair. Trust the process, the other 5-star reviews speak for themselves, your repair result will NOT be disappointing.

I brought in my car to get detailed to sell and the employees there were so very friendly and professional. Not only were they able to accommodate my last minute schedule change, but they also did a fantastic job! I have a dog that sheds quite a bit and you would not be able to tell looking at the interior now. 100% would recommend and return for any future car issues.

Repairs - top notch. Communication - perfect. Staff - knowledgeable, skilled, caring. The location is also authorized by many insurance companies so you dont have to waist time by waiting the insurance adjuster. Cant give Rob, Pablo and everybody else here the high enough praise. I had an alignment done on my car from them first. But my car still pulled to one side. After ~2 months, I contacted Pablo and he got back to me ASAP telling me to bring my car in. I bring the car back in and he checks the alignment and finds there is no issue. Then he shows me around his shop and explains he has no intention of wasting my time. Since my car is still under warranty, he tells me his honest opinion and just rechecks the wheel balances (I got new tires and balanced them around 2 months ago NOT FROM PCC). Guess what? My wheels were so out of balance that without the previous weights, they had better a better weight distribution and balance. They balanced the wheels for me and now Im back on the road. Now if my car still doesnt want to go straight, I can confidently say its not the wheels or alignment. Pablo and his mechanics were honest with me, and they really want the best for peoples car. I would recommend this place to anyone! Pablo is fabulous to work with and is extremely professional, cares about you as a client, and has great communication skills. He helped me deal with the nightmare that was my insurance and gave me my car back looking better than it looked before the accident. Outstanding shop for body work, alignment, detailing, and more. Im very glad I chose Precision Collision for the best possible quality work. They dont take shortcuts and they do all the work right the first time. Pablo and Axel really know their stuff and are helpful and communicative. Alex and Pablo did an amazing job assisting me when I got into my accident. They picked up my car the same day I called them (within a couple of hours) and assured me that I was in good hands. They were great at answering any questions I had about my car and what was going to happen because I had never been in a situation like that. I defiantly will be returning to get my vehicle serviced there from now on just based on the kindness and professionalism I encountered.

This was my first time going to this shop and I highly recommend it after I saw the work that was done on my car. Pablo and Rob have superior customer service and top of the line work. The team is patient and very knowledgeable. They did phenomenal repair job on my 300zx front bumper.

What a wonderful experience. They fought the insurance company for all factory parts no Chinese or foreign parts. The end results were it looked like new after 18ooo dollars in repairs. I would recommend these people for every repair . Pablo,axel,and the whole crew were as nice and polite as can be .and believe me I stopped by weekly to check on me truck F150 I am more than pleased with the end result.

I had the pleasure of working with Pablo on the most absurd insurance case we have both seen. Pablo is very intelligent, knowledgeable and an honest man. Pablo went above and beyond my expectations while we were both getting played by my insurance company. He gave me so much information outside of just his work on my vehicle and that information made me more knowledgeable about how to deal with insurance companies and the whole process. Had my insurance company been morally competent, we would have come to a conclusion on my vehicle months before we did. Highly recommend 10/10. Excellent repair servicing. Took my Chevy Malibu in for a bumper repair, and not only did the staff fixed my bumper and made it look brand new, they also detailed my interior into a nice finish. Pablo and Rob are true professionals and so is everyone else that works there. I will definitely come back for any other future repairs. Keep up the great work!

They do amazing work! Someone hit my car 4 weeks ago. I took my car to them and in 2 weeks my car looked good as new. even cleaned the inside of the car. Definitely recommend them. good customer service as well and the workers were very amiable

Great info and great Service admins are very friendly they make sure the costumer gets to understand every single detail on theyre vehicles processe and what theyre rights are. They make sure your car comes out as new.

Without a doubt the best -- and most honest -- folks in the business. At least three times other places have told family members that serious repairs were needed, and Pablo and his team found that it was really something minor and easily fixable. We dont go anywhere else any more. My car was hitting in a parking lot. I decided to brought my car to Precision Collision. Since I came to Precision Collision I have gotten the BEST service, care, and advice. Really good people here that do GREAT work.Highly recommend this place - especially to all my close friends! I dont know much about cars but I trust Precison Collision. They are very knowledgeable and advises me on things I need to repair with a reasonable price. I always receive expert service, and they fixe problems other garages cant. Service is fast and reliable.

Of all the options for body shops in the area, these guys are hands down the friendliest and most efficient. Needed a bumper replacement and Axel was able to work seamlessly with our hectic schedule and even offered the use of the shop van to help mitigate any transportation issues. Turn around time was only 3 days from parts being delivered to full finish. Thank you again Precision!

Everyone has something that theyre fussy about. For me, its my brand-new Mazda 6. When I found several dents and scratches on the rear and side bumpers, I was devastated. Needless to say, I needed a perfectionist to take care of this perfectionists car. I got exactly what I was looking for from Pablo and his team at Precision Collision Center.When I brought my car in for an estimate, Pablo gave me a detailed rundown of the work that needed to be done. He was patient, answered all of my pesky and demanding questions and he even gave me a tour of his shop (where he was working on several GT-Rs). After we agreed on a price that was well below what other shops were asking for, I brought my car in. Throughout the week, Pablo kept in regular contact with me by phone and e-mail. When the job was done, he stayed after business hours to review the results with me. The job was perfect; the bumpers and the tri-coat paint looked brand-new, with zero evidence of damage. Pablo even surprised me with a meticulous exterior AND interior detail job free of charge. Too bad its raining all day tomorrow.God forbid something ever happens to your car, the first thing you need to do is call Pablo. I am blown away by his high standard of service and I will recommend him to anyone that gets stuck in my situation.EDIT (2014-05-03): I was impressed with Pablos work the first time around. Never had to deal with the insurance company once I dropped the car off. They kept me up to date on where they were in the repair process. Yes it took over a week, but knowing why made all of the difference. My car looks brand new and I couldnt be happier.

The team is so consistent performing great customer service, highly knowledgeable and take pride in their work. In addition, theyre honest giving their customers the right information on their vehicles unlike some other mechanics who tells customers problems just to make a quick buck. This is the best body shop Ive ever used. After getting into a fender bender, I took my custom BMW M3 to Precision based on the raving review around the internet. The reviews couldnt have been more accurate. Pablo was extremely helpful throughout the process, from taking care of the insurance supplements and caring for a custom car. Pablo and Axel are very personable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Every time an issue arose, I was informed and they took care of it with no hiccups. I will use them in the future for all my custom and body work needs!
