No worries Enterprise is right inside. So it’s a three in one shop. Perfect!I Scheduled the appointment and came in. I was greeted by the CSR, she was ready for me when I got there. She gave me my paper work to sign. I gave her my car keys once I was done getting my rental car.Caliber Collision kept me informed all throughout the repairs by sending me texts and giving me phone calls. I received a call from the manager LaChanda that my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. My vehicle was given back beautifully detailed inside and out! I mean just look at the before and after pictures. Looks brand new! Thank you Michael B, Randy K and Caliber Collision staff for take care of my car!I will recommend them 100% every time!!If i ever need them again, they will always be my first choice!!

Caliber Collision is a trusted, well-organized service facility for performing repairs on your car. I have had repair work performed by Caliber Collision two or three times over the years. The staff is courteous and efficient, the work is performed well within the expected and promised timeframe, and the repair work on my car is performed to perfection. It is impossible to tell that there had been any damage to my car. Additionally, CaliberCollision works with my insurance company (and with several insurance companies, as I understand it) to handle everything efficiently with minimum need for me to involve myself in the process. I would use Caliber Collision again for any needed repair work, without question.

I came to Caliber Collision after I was involved in an accident. I spoke with Jonathan, who took good care of me & told me I could drop it off on Sunday & they would look at it Monday. After taking it apart, they found more damage & told me it would take about two weeks to repair. Jonathan called me everyday & updated me on the status of my vehicle. That Friday, I received a phone call saying my car was fixed & I could pick it up. Only took one week!! I was so happy with the work they did & I will definitely come back here for any future body repairs. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful service. They repaired my car after a minor accident and were gracious enough to attach my new front license plate for me. They stand behind their work, even a couple months past the repair date when their was a minor issue. Armando was my technician and he kept me up to date and informed, even when my repair took a bit longer than expected waiting for input from my insurance. I would definitely recommend!

I spoke with Jonathan Oden initially to have my car brought in due to an accident I was in. The entire drivers side of the car had been damaged and in most cases would have been totaled. Jonathan assured me that they could fix the car back to its original state. I was amazed when it was finished! The car was in beautiful condition and electric mirror and door were working as they should. Jonathan went above and beyond for me and I would bring my vehicles back to this location with any body.paint issues that I have in the future. Jonathan was polite and gave me a breakdown of what the parts etc would cost and how much the total job would be and it all came exactly what I was quoted. 5 star sevice from Jonathan and his team at Caliber Collision!

I was side swiped by another vehicle. They provided outstanding service and was finished with my vehicle the next day.

I am deeply disappointed I repeatedly asked how they going to fix it? They patched up my bumper and make it look like they fix it but look what happened on the picture. Knowing that they cant fix it, they say they can they didnt want to inconvenience Geico knowing that they cant be fix. They just want Geico to be happy and ignored my concern.

This is my second time using Caliber Collision. I went back because my first experience was so positive. Excellent customer service! My car was repaired as promise and on time.

We scraped the side of our car along its length. It was suppose to take 1 week and took 3.5 weeks. We just looked over the car and realized that they bent parts, took a soldering iron to the interior to hide a hole they created, internal parts of the car popped off when we opened the back door. Their front office never knew the status of the car and would tell us it was fixed and then we would get an email saying otherwise. We are livid that we brought our car which has a scratch along its side and wound up having these incompetents ruin our car even more. Livid!

I had my Dodge Ram repaired at caliber collision A couple months ago. The experience and professionalism I received from the shop was amazing. They had my truck in and out of the shop within two days. I have my own construction company and they were able to have me back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend them for any repairs.

John Oden at Caliber did an amazing job! I called and set up an appointment and was greeted when coming through the doors. John was able to explain the whole process very easily. My s2000 was hit and got some damage in the front end.John assured me my yellow S2000 would be taken care of and he did just that and went above to make sure I would be satisfied with the results. Good- the front office staff is friendly and professional. They work well with Nationwide Insurance. If everything is going to be covered by insurance, they work efficiently and communicate regularly.Great- they have Enterprise in their location, making it easy to manage when your car is out of service. Repairs were completely as scheduled and look great.No Great- they missed major damage when doing our initial assessment. When we were in limbo determining whether our car was totalled, they wouldnt talk to us and kept referring us back to Nationwide.Bottom line, if your insurance company is covering everything, they are a good no hassle repair shop with excellent service. If you are paying out of pocket or not using insurance, get multiple quotes as missing major damage could be very costly later.

Im writing this review because I received an email from Caliber asking me to please review them online.My car was stopped and hit by another driver. My insurance company said Caliber was a business partner of theirs and to take it to them, so I did. My car was an old 2002 model, and I was struck in the drivers side door. The car was still driveable, the window still went up and down, big dent and scratches along the side of my car.Caliber writes the estimate and sends it to the insurance company who calls me and tells me they are totaling my car because the amount of the repairs exceeds the value of my car. They have the estimate, I dont. I had to call Caliber to get them to send me a copy of the estimate; whose car is it anyways?I really like my car regardless of how it looks, so I take the option of letting the insurance company total it, then I pay the salvage value, and then I pay for the repairs. The money was so close that I told them Id be getting all the repairs done and covering the $200 difference myself.So I call Caliber and say, Do it all, the whole estimate, go ahead and do everything. They say, No. Apparently they have a corporate policy that if a car is declared a total loss, they wont do any work on it.So lets recap here: 1) My car is a total loss because the repairs exceed the value, NOT because the car is destroyed and, 2) they wrote an estimate to fix my car, and I want to do all of it, no exclusions, and they think that my car will be what after this? undriveable? do they have that little confidence in their own repairs?So I took it across the street to another body ship and theyre replacing my door.So Caliber sends me an email asking me to write a review after they told me they werent going to work on my car. . . go figure, right?

Personable, knowledgeable people. I was updated all throughout the process. They worked well with my car insurance. In fact, this is where my auto insurance wanted me to go.

Couldnt ask for better service or communication! Their service advisor Jonathan helped me with a USAA total loss claim. It got done extremely fast and efficiently with his help and he explained the process to me in depth.

I recently had Caliber Collision fix my rear bumper. They did it in two days, gave me text message updates throughout the process, and were very easy to work with. They have a car rental service on site, and the whole process went very smoothly. I probably spent less than an hour in there. Im pretty sure they cleaned the inside of my car too.

I am appalled by the level of disrespect, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct exhibited by Kevin Rodger of Caliber Rockville. I have worked amicably with other Caliber franchises. We failed to collaborate to meet my valued customers needs adequately. Kevin Rodgers was unable to respond to his customers wishes adequately and, in turn, lashes out at his vendor.

Very polite and great services

I had an accident in MD and not from anywhere nearby. State Farm Insurance has them as a recommended repair center, and for good reason. Although my car was not able to be repaired due to extensive damage, they kept me informed through the entire process. They let me know what was going on each step of the way and left me feeling confident my car was in good hands. The staff was very nice and very helpful every time I had to reach our via phone or visit. Thank you for making my out of state car mess into something a little more tolerable.

My friend got into an accident and he dropped off his car with them nearly 6 weeks ago. I think they set pick-up dates and reneged on them at least 4x with less than 24 hours notice. Well just the other day he went to pick up the car and an employee who drove the car up to him said “good luck” and handed him the keys.15 minutes into his drive the car broke down.This place is a joke. They haven’t even offered a loaner throughout all this time.

Until I met these people, I never met people who were arrogant enough to tell me they were doing me a favor to take my business. Customer service is horrible. Even if its an insurance claim, avoid this place. go to nearby Precision or Imperial Auto Body for a better customer experience. I plan to cancel my Geico insurance if they continue list this place as a preferred vendor.

I choose this place because of the location after I had a minor collision.Insurance only covered one day of car rental because the job was supposed to take 8 hours, it took them four days and I had to call them all the time because nobody bothered to call back to tell me when the car would be ready. However they claimed that they needed to do extra work.On the other hand, they were very nice taking me to metro but the hours are very inconvenient. T

We had our 2008 Ford Escape fixed at Cherner after damage to the drivers side door and passenger door. Garrett gave us an estimate that was in line with what we were hoping to pay (out of pocket) to fix the damage and said the car would be ready in three to five days. We dropped off the car the day before hurricane Sandy hit and fully expected that this would extend the length of time that the car was in the shop. To our surprise, the car was finished as promised in 4 days. The folks at Cherner picked us up at the metro which was extremely convenient. When we looked at the final bill, it was actually slightly less than quoted. Garrett passed along his savings to us. Talk about integrity and excellent customer service! Fantastic experience and would recommend highly.

Took my 2014 camaro to Caliber Rosenberg for a dent on rear driver side. The staff that helped me was Adrienne. She was very helpful and provided me with great customer service despite the fact that the other partys Amica insurance was super slow and gave me a hard time! The repair actually only took 3 days but Amica dragged it to over 7 days. Also the repair looked really good and I was really satisfied. The only other issue I had as well with the Enterprise rental there. They told me that I will get reimbursed for the $50 rental fee but I still havent got it back till now. Its over 2 months now since I got my car back.

I had my Volvo C30 fixed there after a collision. I chose the Rockville shop because of their good reputation and the experience was a very positive one. I was particularly grateful for Kevin looking out for me throughout the process and always happening to be at the front whenever I needed something. I really appreciated all the extra favors and the work on the car that went beyond the scope of the estimate. The receptionist Ana was extremely helpful in all aspects of the repair. That included the assistance with my Enterprise rental car and her amazing ability to come up with effective solutions to unexpected problems whether it was regarding the paperwork, rental or finally the car pickup. The place definitely deserves to be rcommended and lives up to their good reputation.

After a car accident caused by other party, I was directed by Geico to the Caliber collision center. It turned out to be a nightmare. The aftermarket parts were used, the repair quality was poor, and the service offered by Geico and the collision center was horrible. Never go to Geico Repair Express at the Caliber collision center, go to an official dealership collision center.
