Brought my bass amp in as I was getting some fuzzy noise from one of the speakers. Matt plugged it in, twisted the gain and volume knobs a bunch (they were causing some fuzz). Eventually that stopped. My bass amp sounded perfect again. Matt and the other employee were super friendly (Even though I didn’t end up paying or buying anything). I will absolutely come back for any repair services in the future

These guys do business at a whole new level. Customer service ya thought was forgotten years ago is alive and well here. Super impressed at their knoeledge and interest in me as a customer and music lover. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks guys!

I called to make an inquiry about harmonica lessons. The pompous person who picked up the phone said, “that my choice of instrument (harmonica) is something that people choose from watching YouTube because of self gratification”. What I took from that interaction is that they don’t offer lessons because it isn’t respected. That attitude isn’t going to stop me from my goal and I suggest you put a different person on the phone

Music Lover’s Shoppe is awesome! Bought a PRS MT-15 and matching cabinet and it’s killer! Jimmy did a great job selling two of my guitars for a partial trade in. Loved doing business with him and would definitely recommend him if looking to purchase an instrument or amplifier from a local music store. It was a great experience

I rediscovered Music Lovers Shoppe. Remember they were once on East Main Street across from Scrantoms. I found them now located in Greece on Latta Road. I used to go to the downtown store for many of my early years. They carry the Music Man line if guitars, Shure microphones, and of course the school instruments for band. I have a feeling I am going to be spending more time exploring this Rochester historical music store.

Top-notch understanding service. Daughters violin broke a string. They replaced and tuned as well as inspecting the other string. All at closing without any hesitation as to timing.

Had a set of humbuckers and a full set-up done on a Fender Telecaster. I had a terrific experience, fair pricing and the delivery of one “HOT” Tele. Jimmie was a pleasure to deal with... knowledgeable and friendly. Love their selection of products and some great PRS guitars (my next purchase). Going to take what I’ve learned on the guitar and add some lessons the shop offers. This will be my go to dealer for a long time to come. Simply the best!
