Was recommended this store to get our trumpet serviced. The staff was friendly, helpful on answering questions and they did a beautiful job in conditioning the instrument and soldering a piece on it. Definitely will go back there for our next need in service.

Great service. One I got my swab stuck in my oboe and couldnt get it out, and also my cork was falling off. I got it all fixed for just $50!

Saxophone repair... Sadly my son is a little careless with his saxophone most recently he dropped it bent the front of the sax and lower notes were out of tune... handed it in and two days later it was back in shape and playing beautiful again. We’ve used them before.. always friendly, skilled, professional service! Location... it’s a little hidden behind Metro mattress!

Tuesday evening (the night before the dress rehearsal for a local musical) a pad fell out of my flute. Im not from this area, and panicked as I have Straubinger pads. Thomas Music has the only Straubinger authorized technicians in the Rochester area, so off I go. Fantastic experience! Byron was able to fit my flute into his busy schedule - repair *and* maintenance - and its playing better than ever. Highly recommend!
