I brought my family to look at and purchased a 2013 Ford Escape SE. The price was under all other dealers in the area. The car was in decent condition with some cosmetic things that I needed to fix. But the repairs still kept the cost under other dealers. Chad was very helpful and straight forward about the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and the processing fees were lower than all other local dealers. Like much lower than the big names. My family enjoys the car and my son loved Brody the dog.

Pritchard Brothers is the car best auction in town and has a good reputation over many years. It is highly recommended if you are looking for a good car. The opportunity to view the cars is great. The staff is congenial and will greatly provide assistance to you. At the auction, the auctioneer is fast and provides information about the cars. The information given about the vehicles is reliable. Closing the transaction is also a reliable process with an established number of days to return with full payment. I have purchased over 5 cars over 20 years and all have proven to be reliable transportation without problems.

I bought an 04 suburban last week. First it started having electrical issues. Then the transmission blew. Chad claimed it had a new Jasper transmission. It does now at my expense. Now not 12 hrs after getting it out of the transmission shop Im stuck at pilot with a failed fuel pump. All within 1 week. I sat there with my children telling him I needed a decent vehicle because I was leaving town. He still sold me the lemon with a smile on his face. I bought it from the lot. Not the auction.Update: week #2 Its now in the shop with bad wiring at the back of the engine.

I think Pritchard Brothers Inc auction is as great as I have been experienced.I was in a bind years ago and needed a car. Went down to Repokar auction and made the best mistake. I was out bid on a BMW I was looking at and at the end of the car line I knew I needed something. I randomly bid on a car I had not even looked at. One bid... Two bid...and decided that was it I would not bid any more. SOLD for $250 to ... wait. Did he just call my name? What did I just buy? I just bought a 1985 Chrysler Laser? What is that? That car became known as the luxury one. It ran great, had luxury features that at one time were actually luxury.

Great service when I bought a used SUV from PB. I would buy from them again.

Chad is prejudice. He automatically assumed something, without me even getting my question out. This place has no customer service skills at all. I am disgusted.

Honest about the defects of vehicles at monthly auction, although it could be someone difficult to bid against dealer.
