I have been in the market for couple weeks despite of the spike in the prices I would say this is one of the few dealerships in the town has very good combination of used, certified and new vehicles. Guess what their prices are great compared to other dealerships.They have an amazing deal on the Hybrid Camry and the regular Camry’s as well. Only the pitfall I see might be the adds-on on the vehicle need to be re-considered.Thanks Arnoldo Perez for your great service today.

What can I say, Im old enough to have purchased many cars and I always dread the ordeal! Let me tell you it was different this time. From the moment Rob White contacted us until we drove off the lot with a new car, I knew we were in good hands. His honesty and promptness were a refreshing change to the process. Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer on October 4. It is now October 18 and we have been able to drive it about 1 day. This is the 3rd time now it’s been at the shop. When we drove it home on October 4, which is about an hour drive, the check engine light came on as soon as we got home. We feel we were extremely mislead on this vehicle about it having no issues and haven’t even been able to enjoy our vehicle whatsoever. It appears after reading other reviews this is a common issue. Be aware when buying a used vehicle from Fort Bend Toyota.

We had been running from pillar to post, from one showroom to another, just to find that a clean title, well maintained and a good brand used car has gone out of our budget. However, we were fortunate enough to meet Ben at Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend who went out of his way to understand our need and help us identify the car that would fit our search criteria. Ben and Jason helped us to get the test drive of a couple of cars at our comfort and made our car buying experience a pleasurable and memorable moment for us. I vouch for their excellent customer service, good team of energetic and enthusiastic staff, quick delivery, no wastage of time, no hidden costs, good quality stuff to select from. They added these two options (see the pictures) Tint nitrogen clear shield and Resistall totalling close to $3000. I happened to notice it. I told them that I did not want them and they said that this is how they money and if I do not pay for them, they will not sell me the car. Basically they are saying that since there are more people wanting cars then whats available, they want to find ways to make more profit. I am ok with that..because that is how it is.. but they should have told me that up front, instead of making it look like they are selling it at MSRP and slip these two line items (mandatory) at the last min.. I felt I was cheated.. oh well, I will not buy a car from this dealership. Check each and every line items.. they list whole bunch of stuff that is not required....and make them sound like they are mandatory.. and now with severe shortage of cars, they are getting bold and say pay for these or leave...

I want to start out by saying that we had a great sales experience at this place. Patrick was super nice and answered all of our questions. I’m disappointed to say that within 3 weeks of having my vehicle (2015 Hyundai Sonata sport 95,000 miles), I had to get an engine replacement and new brakes and rotors because mine squeal everytime I reverse. I took a trip 6 hours away and my check engine light came on and my speed was dramatically reduced on the interstate. Luckily I was at a safe place close to my destination where I could pull over and wait for someone to pick me up. I take it to a Hyundai dealership where they tell me that the wear on the rod bearings isn’t anything recent. So now my car will be in the shop for the next month waiting on parts a state away from me and Sterling McCall won’t provide me with a loaner vehicle because they don’t have any available apparently. Luckily my car still has warranty so the costs should be covered. Make sure you get your own inspection unless you know what you are looking for under the hood.

Worst dealership. They told me my original deal was dead and the options were to come give them more money or take an inferior finance package. Those were my only options. I said I didn’t like either of those. Since there was now no deal, I purchased another vehicle because I had a need for one soon. Took the car back and they said “oh wait there’s no problem, we got it funded with another bank.” Wouldn’t have been a problem had I not used their bad information as the premise to purchase another vehicle. Now I have two, and I can’t afford that. They refused to acknowledge their misinformation and chose rather than to work out a way to return the vehicle to just tell us, quite literally, “we don’t even care you were lied to or have a bad experience. It doesn’t matter you purchased another car based on our lies. We can legally do this so we’re gonna stick it to you.” It is well within their power to kill the deal as it is in their customers best interest, but they refuse to budge. If it weren’t for all of this, their staff is the most disorganized and poorly communicating business I have ever dealt with. This dealer is a glorified pot lot at best. I highly recommend you stay away. There are several better dealerships in the area, stay away from this one if you don’t enjoy being lied to and miscommunicated with. Please take your business somewhere where they give a darn about your experience. These folks blatantly do not care.

I realize things are tough with inventory low and supply chains stressed out. I can deal with that if informed of these things. But they didn’t inform me. Heard excuses and blanket answers. This dealership is just lousy at communicating any pertinent information. Organization was bad as when I first got there it took them 20 minutes to find the van I came to see. I had an expectation of receiving my used sienna the evening I bought it and was openly communicating that I was looking forward to getting it that evening. I stated I’d be bringing it back for the tires and everyone looked at me and nodded in agreement. When I arrived to take delivery, it wasn’t done. So I left unhappy, and was told they’d be on it first thing in the morning. Ok so next day I figured they’d have it detailed by afternoon or so. No one called me so I called in the afternoon and it still wasn’t done and no eta was given. Finally by the end of the second day I was told it would be the end of the third day that it would be ready. I would have walked away if I could have. I’ll say that at least it was ready then and I didn’t get any more runaround. Once delivery was complete, I saw that their detail shop lacks attention to detail. I had to remove sticky goo from the dashboard and wipe off an oily film from the windows. I like the van, it’s running well, but for as much as a I’m paying for a car at a dealership it shouldn’t feel like I bought it at a pot lot.Update: after being notified my financing was not being funded, I found another vehicle. I get there was a contract, but I was led to believe the deal was dead. When I returned vehicle they magically found another lender, and are enforcing the deal. Now I’ve bought two cars, stupid me, but be warned that no matter what this dealer tries to tell you (if anything - abysmal communication and super disorganized), you cannot depend on them to operate in your best interest at any point.

I came to your dealership and picked out a vehicle. I was also approved for finance and was ready to put money down. After being called and in route to pick up the vehicle I was told that the vehicle had been sold . I spent an entire day At your place of business to watch the car that I test drove and was approved for to be Sold after I was told to come in and get it. What a waste. I purchased from Kayalar Motors and I am very pleased with their customer services.

Fantastic service before and after the sale. The salesman Mr Robert was a great help and very patient without the hard sell tatic that is always a put off for me personally. I had a list of features I would not have bought a truck without and he was able, quite quickly, find and have the paperwork ready. I went to get the alignment done. Omar said it would take about an hour to complete and he was correct. I received one recommendation for work that needs to get done. I wasn’t pressured to get it done, only encouraged to get it done soon. I appreciated the prompt, hassle free service and everybody was smiling and happy for such an early morning. Went in for a 10K Mile Service, I mentioned I had a loose wind reflector on Rear Left tire.There was a clip missing and because of that the wind reflector had been damaged by the tire and I wanted it to get it replaced and a new clip to be installed.Instead they put two zip ties to hold my deflector instead of the clip.As well as my fluid weren’t topped out which was part of the service.I come to the dealership to have my car worked on professionally.I can’t believe that the technician does not take pride in his work that he would not be bothered to take the extra couple of minutes to get some clips instead I get two zip ties around my vehicle.

Took my 2020 Tacoma in for its oil/ filter and tire rotation this morning. Fast Service but being a 4x4 and new with 14,000 miles, the front end needed a 4x4 alignment, I was shown the computer graph which showed the front was alittle off and needed an alignment.Didnt take long at all and had a special going on..I was happy with the discounted price, my Service Advisor Andrew...I always get great service here and I never make an appointment, they get to my truck fast... Ill continue to use Ft. Bend Toyota for my Service for my Tacoma..

Tom Nguyen at Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend was great to deal with. The whole process was quick and easy with zero pressure. He showed me a few trucks like I wanted that were available but not in stock and showed me what some of the options would look like on different trucks on site and online. My truck was scheduled to be delivered in a two to three week time frame but ended up being delivered in one week. I purchased a 2021 Tacoma TRD 4x4 off-road and am very happy with my choice.

Thanks for the Panera bagels and great coffee. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I was told about others services that are due on my truck. One of the services was to change the spark plugs. I had previously performed this service myself. It was a little off putting to see you charge $399.00 to swap out plugs.

Traded a truck in and got another car from here. Only to find out a few weeks later they did not pay off the car and sent the check to wrong bank… I called and left multiple mgs and for two and a half months I finally got in contact with someone. They gave me the run around and acted like they did not care at all. Until one person I finally talked to took care of it on the same day. This effected my credit negatively and had the bank spam call me for more than two months. What a waste of time and energy as well. I have gotten 3 cars from here and been going to service my car since 2012. This is how this place treats me, I highly recommended going somewhere else than coming to this place. Not sure what happened but these guys could care less about their customers.

Had repairs done to truck.Truck returned with grease on seat.Horn was not fully repaired, works intermittently.There appears to be no review of the work performed.I originally gave them a 2 star rating. They requested I return with the truck and they would repair the horn. And they did repair the horn. So I changed the rating to a 4 star.They stood behind their work.

Got a good deal here with no BS added like $500 for a pin stripe and nitrogen gas in tires. Drive all the way down from Tomball to check out a 2018 Hyundai Tucson after confirming that it was available. Found out after reaching there that the vehicle was loaned out to a customer and was not available to test drive. Would have been nice if they valued their customers time and confirm the availability before booking a test drive. Avoid this place.

Since my purchase of my Toyota Camry, theres been something wrong with the collision prevention system. An error light has been on the display since my 2nd day of ownership.Called to make an appointment for service. The woman on the phone told me it would be a quick fix, around 20 minutes, so we made the appointment for 8 am so I could get to work after.Upon arrival the service employee assigned to me told me it would take a few hours since they would need to test drive the Vehicle. This immediately upset my entire day but I had to get this fixed since it is an important safety function of the vehicle.I go about my entire day, ride-sharing etc, and am notified to pick up the car at 5pm,. Quite a bit longer than expected but fine. They said the light is off and they havent been able to get the error message again all day.The second I drove 20 feet the light came right back on. Collision prevention still not working. After I missed meetings, was late to work, was without a vehicle, and wasted money I wasnt prepared to spend on extra tolls and rides. And now I have to potentially go through that again because nothing was accomplished. Not looking forward to scheduling another visit.

This is my second time leasing a car from this dealership. Rob White was my salesperson, and he worked hard to get the exact car I wanted. Inventory was low, and I wanted a blueprint Rav4 with a moon roof. They ordered my car, and it came in within a week. Rob was there throughout the entire process. After I got my new car, my Camry was still showing up as leased with the financing department. I contacted Rob to check on it, and he gave me an answer right a way that Sterling McCall was in the process of purchasing my car for the used car lot (probably already gone; it was a great car). I would highly recommend Rob White. He was friendly, outgoing, and worked hard for the customer.

The dealer GM on that day ( I did I not have chance to know his name) and my salesman Robert Gardner were worth my times spent at the dealership, I got a good deal on a used truck 2021 Honda Ridgeline with only 550 miles, and they also teamed up to correct a problem which I found two days later after I already brought the truck home, I came back to the dealer and told them about the problem with a rear plastic panel had a minor pop out of the body panel, it was very little and hard to see it only visible if you look very close and that was what I missed on the day I singed the deal and drove home. And they fixed it, what worth to recommend here is they listen and trust what I said and willing to correct it. I usually afraid to go car dealer, but this dealer and the sale team really makes it easy, especially Robert Gardner my salesman, kudos to him.

I had an unpleasant exchange with a salesman over the phone on 7/23/2021. I asked two simple and direct questions. 1. Do I have to schedule an appointment due to COVID or do you accept walk-ins? 2. Is your dealership offering home test drives? Instead of answering my questions with direct answers he went on and on about the vehicle shortage. He then quickly moved on to “What’s your budget?” Then proceeded to tell me that a car with a sticker price of $26,000 will sell for $31,000. I struggled to listen to 11 minutes of him avoiding my very simple questions and focusing on where I live and my credit union. Listening skills are essential and especially for sales. I won’t be buying from here.

The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and have been sharing my great experience every chance I get. Sunday was a great salesman. He listened to everything I said and never once tried to talk me into anything. Their financing team was phenomenal as well. Even with my difficult credit situation they were able to get me in and out faster than any other dealer I have gone to. They continuously negotiated my deal with lenders and even gave me an extra $1,000 on my trade in to get me where I needed to be on payments. I am so grateful for Sunday and the rest of the team at fort bend Toyota. They went above and beyond to help me, and I am now in a vehicle that I absolutely love and I am in a better position financially because of them. Thank you thank you thank! Just want to share my experience from yesterday. On 7/19/21 I went to do my Brake job service. Andrew is really Nice but Technician who worked on my car left my old brake pads on my running board and when I parked my car by my house I saw there ware 2 brake pads just sitting- I called Andrew and Informed him and told him that let your Manager know about it because this is not only incorrect but this is also dangerous. I arrived at the dealership at 10:10 a.m. for an oil change, multi point inspection, and tire rotation and balance. They werent finished until 4 hours later. My service rep said he smelled the coolant when he raised the hood. The service tech said the radiator hose was short, and must have been replaced with one that wasnt a factory hose. Quoted approx $650.00 to replace hoses and coolant. My husband said no to that on the phone. When I got home, my husband said that wasnt even the hose he replaced.

I had been car shopping for a week and just when I felt like I hated the process. I had an amazing experience at Fort bend Toyota. Sales rep Benjamin was awesome. Never gave us the run around or any of those gimmicks of let me work the numbers come on in. I told him what the budget was, he didn’t waste our time. Got us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Took over 24 hours for them to replace a battery terminal and brakes. I had to call multiple times to get an update on my car after I was specifically told someone would be in touch with me. Was told I could come get my car anytime before 9pm (I’m a nurse and work long hours) when I showed up at 8:50pm the manager was rude to me and told me they technically closed at 8pm and my keys were already locked up.. thankfully another salesman was there and asked him to please just look for me and what do you know.. my keys were readily available at the front desk. Overall, pretty bad customer service. I won’t be returning.

I came to look at a used Rav 4 last weekend. I drove over 1 hour from Galveston only to look at a car that wouldnt start. Call me old fashioned, but I respect other peoples time more than this.... I was pressured by Robert G. and David (manager) to buy a car I couldnt test drive. I told them I would stick around the area because David said they would have the car running that day if they had parts in stock and they would call me...I had to text Robert 90 minutes later to find out It wont be today . Also the SUV had a leaky valve cover. I wont be back to Sterling McCall.

I contacted the dealership about a car and set an appointment for Friday at 11:30am. Confirmed appointment and availability of vehicle the afternoon before. When I arrived to my appointment, I was informed the car had been sold. Considering that car had been in inventory for 62 days I found it odd the car would sell on the same day as my appointment. Dealerships are supposed to sell cars. Inventory online saw showed 4 other similar vehicles but I wasnt offered any of them as a substitute. Instead I was told unless theres another vehicle youre interested in... . If the standards of sales skills has sunk this low, I have no interest dealing with that dealership. As a prospective customer, I expect them to know their inventory and sell me a car.

I purchased a used car from the sales department. During the test drive I noticed the air conditioner wasnt blowing cold. Likely just low on freon and was told that it was going to be recharged. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and came back to get it on Tuesday. Was told that it was ready to go. I get there at 6:30 in the evening to pick it up and the AC still didnt work. I drove 50 miles from magnolia to test drive the car and again to pick up the vehicle. It was too late to get anything corrected and with the salesman and the sales manager being off that day I had no one to go to. Being a experienced auto tech I decided to fix the problem myself. There was no freon in the system at all. If you make a promise to a customer then you should stand by that promise. It doesnt matter if its a new car or a cash car.

My wife and I were looking at 2021 Toyota Venza Limited Editions in a few colors. Sterling McCall Toyota of Fort Bend was unable to get any Limited Edition vehicles but kept trying to sell us on the XLE in a color we werent fond of. I agreed to test drive and when we were done, the Sales Manager, Harry Palmer, tried to smooth talk me into purchasing the vehicle they had on hand. I told him we were only interested in a Limited Edition in three color options and to get back to me when they had one, eventually. He asked to step away and miraculously came back with a Limited Edition in one of our color requests that was not on hand but that arrive by month end or the beginning of next month at the latest. Having met the put up or shut up challenge, we spent the next few hours purchasing the vehicle which we only knew details of from the car fact printout. We placed a $5000 deposit and awaited our vehicle.Two days later, I received a text from Harry Palmer that his manager was working hard for us, which I took to mean that he was trying to get the car in as soon as possible (and really working hard for Harry to get the car by month end, not really for us as we didnt care). An hour later, Harry calls and says he has another Venza Limited coming in another color that he knows we prefer over the color we just purchased and that it would be available just a bit later in October. I asked what happened to the car we already purchased and he said that they didnt have it, which was surprising since I signed a contract on a car with a VIN number. I asked to speak to his manager who barely apologized and continued to try and move me to the next vehicle. When I asked for a refund he abruptly said okay and got off the phone. My wife went to collect the plates from our trade in and reclaim our deposit (which they wanted to send a check for despite us using a credit card to secure the deposit). Meanwhile, Harry Palmer continued to try and sell my wife on the next vehicle. These things happen, he told her.My wife finally got him to back off and she left. She found a Black Toyota Venza Limited Edition at another Houston area dealer and reached out. They sent her the car fact spec sheets and lo and behold it was the exact same car that we had purchased from Sterling McCall. Down to the VIN number. My wife did some research and the most likely scenario was that this dealership had the vehicle, and Sterling McCall sold us a car that they had actually only hoped to trade withe the other dealership for. Once they were turned down on the trade, they were left without a car to turnover to us and tried to pull another slight of hand maneuver.Sterling McCall Toyota of Fort Bend, and Harry Palmer, are bad faith con artists and hucksters; the type that give salespeople (and car sales people in particular) a bad name.

I recently purchased a gently used Toyota Sienna in excellent condition.When looking over and test driving the vehicle, I observed evidence of an oil leak in the engine bay and underneath the vehicle. I asked several times about it having an existing oil leak and was repeatedly assured during the purchasing process that if it had a leak that the service department would address it during their inspection and service of the vehicle. I was promised that it would be a non-issue. I asked about the oil leak once more when I picked up the vehicle and was assured that the service department found no oil leak, despite observing evidence of it with my own eyes.After driving it for a couple of days after that point I found fresh oil on the bottom of and behind the engine. See the pictures attached. Their sales department, particularly the manager Jonathan Ngo, has been less than helpful with this after the sale was complete. For one, it took about 5 phone calls and several emails just to get ahold of him to discuss the issue as he would not give me the common courtesy of returning my calls or emails. According to him, they made sure the vehicle would pass a state inspection, that was sufficient, and that I should expect an oil leak on a vehicle that is purchased used. He seemed to think that addressing an oil leak meant a full engine replacement for some reason. He didnt care at all about what I was promised at the time of sale. I have also been told that if I am not happy with that, that I can take it to a shop on my own and get it repaired at my own cost.I have been completely frustrated by the way I have been treated as a customer post-sale. My concerns have been disregarded, promises have been broken, and I was even laughed at while voicing my concerns with Jonathan. Completely unprofessional behavior.Also, if you choose to shop for a vehicle here, be on the lookout for the $995 fee they try to tack on for window tinting and nitrogen in the tires. They attempted to add that to my total despite the vehicle I purchased already having tinted windows. Those two items should not be anywhere near that cost just for just tinting and nitrogen.

Was interested in buying a used car. WAS BEING THE KEY WORD. from here talked to a sales rep and a manager. Got the basic we dont sell junk here we do 150 point inspection, then they talked about doing an oil change and inspecting the wiper blades. Wiper blades are $20 I want to know the engine and transmissions good. I want a Toyota cause their the best, but if a Toyota dealership cant even stand behind their product whats the point of buying from a dealership.

Customer service was friendly, but what took forever was the service time. I had an appointment for 1pm to service my car. I got there at 12:40pm and nobody came up to me car until 27 min later. Then when I saw that my vehicle was ready and parked, I waited at least 20-30 min for my service guy to come grab me but I had to go to the service desk and ask for my receipt so I can pay and leave. Horrible wait and service times.

You guys charged more than regular shop but your service quality is not the price you charged. You charged higher price, I think its okay because your customer received the quality service but you guys didnt deliver that kind the service to customer. Today, I checked my car after service. I understand sales get crazy but dont bite the hand that feeds you. After leaving longer than expected he forgot to get my inspection done. So I had to return and that became an inconvenience to me. What got me real mad is that he told me 20 minutes but after 2 hours I got no straight answer and not happy. Will never come back to this location to buy a car. I came to this place for maintenance for the first time. After I paid for the maintenance, I found that my maintenance indicator light was still on. When I came, the light was on. Wait for them to tell me that the maintenance has been completed. the light was still on. I was very confused whether the car was maintained or not. I have inquired about a Mercedes Benz car that I was interested in purchasing From them.. Honestly I don’t know what took me back to this Toyota dealer after my first bad experience. I think just because it’s more closer to me, I didn’t have to look into my past experience with them for the car purchased two years ago before went there again, and as usual, same experience, the difference is that it was even worst this time.The sales Rep that attended to me, Arnando Perez by name, did everything to make me buy the car I didn’t intend to buy. He lied to me of getting certain number of APR, but getting to Financial officer, the APR given to me was even double, the financial officer was also very rude.Come to the car itself, the car has some faulty, promised me that it will go through service and everything will be fine in two days. The car eventually spent close to two weeks in service saying they couldn’t get certain parts. When eventually getting the car, I regretted buying it cos the car service was below my expectations. I can’t take my enemy to this Toyota never!

I had a less than pleasant experience on my first time at Sterling McCall. I had an appointment with a Sales Rep and when I arrived he informed me he was currently attending a last minute client. I understand that happens but I would’ve liked an effort to honor my time considering we had already spoken earlier that day to confirm my appointment. He was able to hand me off to another Rep to assist but he had no knowledge of what I was in for. Then we find out the vehicle I was particularly interested in was loaned out to someone else. The other vehicle available to look at wasn’t serviced yet and I couldn’t test drive either. Overall, I understand situations like this happen but I don’t appreciate the lack of communication and lack of consideration for my time. I easily wasted an entire afternoon in traffic since the location is very far from me and I’m honestly not inclined to return. If I was told this before arriving we could’ve easily rescheduled for another day instead of wasting my time.

I called my salesperson and asked if there is a way, he could arrange to program the key and he answered YES BUT I would have to pay for it, really? Worst Choice I have made I purchased a New Vehicle under Toyota mind you I was young and needed a vehicle urgently. The sales person I got was in a rush I asked about different things and he was more so interested in whether I was going to buy or not then actually supplying me with information in regards to the vehicle. This was a 50,000 plus vehicle purchase of course I have questions and concerns and want to know what the hell I am getting myself into I still moved forward which I now Ultimately regret this Toyota seriously needs to take a Training class on Customer Service Skills and learn how to serve the Customer or at least not be rude. I purchased the vehicle and had issues with it only twice still I was super shy with going up there as I felt like I was bothering them with my vehicle but it had to be done TWICE and it seems like they could not even be nice enough to help alleviate the issue being that I do not bother to scream, be rude or even make a scene as some people would I am super soft spoken. I called recently and got a rude employee who picked up the phone and had an attitude. Do not recommend this toyota at this point I would of rather gone with any other rinky dinky dealership I am sure there customer service skills are better than the lack of service and customer support fort bend Toyota has. Again this is my personal experience not sure if my young age and being that I was a female with no care expertise had anything to do with it but clearly they took it as a joke and are rude.
