This store has always helped me find the right phone for the occasion no matter how long I keep the phone. I always go back here to get the next one! The person who helps me if very good in customer service. All Good when a phone gets to get dropped I go here for my reup, no lie.

My phone was having connectivity issues. The technician troubleshoot and fixed my phone in about 10 minutes! She was knowledgeable, polite, and proficient.I am 2 years into being a Metro customer and I have been very impressed!!

Erika is excellent at customer service. Very nice, knowledgeable, helpful.

The owner spent a long time helping to get my phone service transferred over to the $40/month plan. I am very happy with the service.

The staff was knowledgeable for a change but I cant seem to go into a MetroPCS without encountering some kind of hassle.

Can never get good information from staff. Will always tell you that you must have spoken to someone else. Never tell you the whole truth. Have been lied to at both Richfield locations. Very poor service.
