I switched to Boost via this very store. At first, I was happy with the services provided until I went to replace my phone or have it repaired, even upgrade and/or finance a new one. This is where I ran into trouble because, despite having paid the extra for phone insurance, the only help they could offer was for me to bring my phone to a faraway business in another county. Obviously this was out if the question, so I wanted to instead upgrade and finance a new phone. I was @#$%ing laughed at. LAUGHED.Needless to say, even corporate was of zero help and I instead switched to a far more honest, loyal and true to their word carrier.

I went to pruchase a new phone. I was greeted (not really greeted) by a shorter man that was RUDE from the very beginning. I bought the phone and then had trouble trying to transfer my data. The first guy was so bad and totally hung me out to dry. I was about to cry when I asked Jay to help me. Jay was the only other employee working at this Boost Store. Jay hung in there and got me up and running. This guy should RUN his OWN stores. He is AMAZING. He cleaned up after the mess that the first guy started. If you have not given this guy JAY a raise recently...You should GO BIG!! He really made my day and I was there 2 hours. THANK YOU, JAY. You understand people and know how to treat them well. So, I give it 5 stars for ONLY Jay...the other guy...no stars.

Went into Boost Mobile in Richfield today just to compare prices to my current plan and ended up switching service for a much lower monthly price. Jay helped me and patiently answered all of my questions (I had a lot, lol) with a really great attitude. He got me a great deal on an iPhone when I switched and a really cute case to go with it. I’m an customer and I have been for the last 10 years! The person who worked today around noon(refused to give his real name) was extremely rude! I was attempting to upgrade and he Refused to assist saying that he needed commission and would not sale me a phone without activation even though I’m an loyal customer! This person should not represent your brand! He was cocky and told me it was no one to report since he manages 11 stores how could you allow someone who doesn’t shower before work and wore pants that were at least 40 years old to have face to face to contact for sales! He showed zero effort to sale or assist. I will not stop until someone responds to this!

Horrible horrible service. Michael the manager is rude to customers and lies about items being stolen and lies about the price of things.

I stood waiting outside this store for almost an hour in the midle of the afternoon. No one showed and when I called to see if it where possible to get anyone to help me, they just said they had no idea where thier guy was and told me I should just leave. I am super disappointed in Boost Mobile right now. I mean, really?!

I recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a good phone. I thought about going to MetroPCS but then I thought Id give these guys a try and just see what they had going on. When I walked in I had no idea on what to get or what to look for the guy there was very knowledgeable he knew what he was talking about and he convinced me on getting the Stylo 4 from LG which was a big screen very nice works very good and Im very pleased with the Boost Mobile network. before this I had Straight Talk from Walmart which I thought was good. I had it for over a year but there was some flaws to it that I did not like. Im very pleased and very happy. I give this place a 5-star rating because I walked in and walked out with a very nice phone I paid only $129 and I would have paid a lot more if I went somewhere else. So if youre in the neighborhood check out the store you wont be disappointed. thank you very much boost mobile. And they also have very nice phones there other phones that offer really good deals if you trade in your old phone or your old phone number and Carrier Services. they give you a good deal well worth it thank you once again.

My step-daughter went in with a phone that she wanted switched to her previous number. The sales person MikeR sold her a new phone and told her it would be $15 on an exchange. In the end it was $53. She complained and was told that she was poor and broke and that was why she was mad. At 18 she is actually employed and is neither poor nor broke. She was treated extremely poorly and discriminated against based on her economic status. I think that is illegal but I will leave that to the better business bureau and the State Attorney Generals office. She was also told within 5 minutes of the purchase that there were no refunds or returns. When calling a week later, soonest I could, I was told it is not within 7 days so they will not be able to help and then hung up on with no answer when calling back over 15 times! HORRIBLE business!!!

I wish I could rate this place negative 10 stars. One of the associates that helped me refused to switch my contacts to my phone. Then he made me make a call to the other phone service I was switching from and get my own account information and PIN, when I already knew the information. It was like he was getting off me not knowing what to ask for. This experience compared to Metro PCS is hands down the WORST place I have ever walked into. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR METRO PCS!!

Terrible customer service. The owner of the store does not like black people. I came there to get my phone activated and he lied and told me that they do not activate phones there, but I called before I came and he told me that I could come and have it activated. When I complained and showed him the phone calls and told him that I talked to him that morning, he cursed me out and threatened to call the police on me. He told me that he was going to throw me out of his store. It’s illegal to refuse someone service based on their race and I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated at all.

The guy working lied to my wife and said he couldnt just sell her a sim card and then told her it would be 60 dollars to hook up her phone.

The service sucks, every time I go online it says no connection and this stylo 4 is craps keeps getting stuck have to turn off and on many times a day. About to go to straight talk. They want you to keep paying for these phones that doesnt last a year.

I used to go to this location. They were always decent, the price wonderful, the service great.... until last time.I wanted two new phones, and didnt buy cases. The guy behind the counter started berating me and being condescending about the fact that I didnt want cases. You SAY you dont want phone case until you BREAK it and you WILL break it!! Then come back to ME begging for new phone AND case!!!One: Im 50 yrs old. Do not talk down to me about consequences. Do not talk to me like Im am irresponsible teen who cant take care of my phone without YOUR supervision. The two yr old phone I had wasnt broke, AAND Im bringing you a new customer, so whats your problem??(Ps: he never bothered to find out if i already HAVE a case)I now go to another store, where they sold me a gift phone without acting like I cant handle life without them.
