Really nice clerk. Very helpful telling me about products. He alerted me of t-shirts being half off which I ended up buying one. I also got a shirt off clearance, to which I was impressed and happy with the lower than normal prices. Another positive experience at this store.

Great place to get games.

Having good customer service means answering your phones when theyre being called. I dont care if I have to sit on hold but you cant leave paying customers unanswered like that. At least act like you care about this job.

Chris and the rest of the staff, but specifically Chris, has been nothing but kind and caring. He works with my mom a lot who is older and sometimes difficult to work with but he always takes the time to answer her questions, find the best games for her, and offer her all of the best deals.Chris is an angel. This man deserves a raise if he hasn’t already had one!

Went here for a black Friday sale. Ended up staying for an hour because I enjoyed talk in my with the staff so much. They are ridiculously kind and friendly for game store employees, and they helped me find all the items I need. I ended up getting an honest opinion about a purchase I made, and they helped me return it and choose an even better one!

Couldn’t go inside because of covid-19 but they did a very nice job of taking care of us as best they could!

Great, not all game stops are equal and this one is above the rest. Simply put i enjoy every time i visit and am impressed with the customer service. The employees are great and surprisingly honest. If only all game stops were like this one.

The customer service was superb. My 11 year old daughter needed Roblox gift cards for a birthday present. They had them! Target no longer carries them. I felt like a valued customer the entire time I was there, but was never pestered at all. That is a tough balance to achieve. I was at the store midday on a Saturday. Thank you for a great experience. My daughter is looking forward to going back.

Odd enough we found ps3 games for sale and now me and the wife have some 2 player games that 5 years ago would of just been over priced and sat around our game area. Now that Im able.to have some free time we play the games we picked up here. Wise staff and fun atmosphere

Im not sure if it was the particular two men working, but there was absolutely no customer service as I shipped with my son. I stood at the counter while a man (who I think was the manager) completely ignored my presence until he casually looked up and told me to move over to the other register. I almost slammed my things down on the counter and said forget it. So rude, never shopping there again!

Hate to see Gamestop go out of business due to poor sales and almost every game going digital. Physical copies might be a thing of the past but things like collectors editions with goodies are always fun.Also you can always resell your game, not so convenient to sell one account with 100 digital games on it.

Great place. Great attentive staff. Theyre always like how can assist you to get you on your way. They just tend to be crowded in the afternoon however this is just layout that makes it crowd so easily.

My favorite GameStop. As someone who has worked retail, the manager was super helpful from when I bought my PS4 over a year and a half ago to when I preordered Odyssey and every time in between. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Appreciate all your knowledge and help!

Went in to sell my Uncharted Limited Edition PS4. The wait took a while (no ones fault, just really busy), but the service was great. Helpful employee gave me more than I thought Id get and was friendly. I recommend this store also because of the great game selection. Almost made me want to trade instead of cash out...almost.

I shop here every week and they do an amazing job. The staff are very friendly and always seem eager to help you find your game and some you may be wanting to get. Midnight launches are very structured amid the chaos. Great job guys ;D

Chris (who I presume is the Manager) was friendly, efficient and very understanding of my situation. I did an in-store online order for a Destiny 2 PS4 Pro Bundle at a different location. When I received the PS4 and opened it, there was DIRT all over the system! Like stained black chalk on every single open face of the system. Chris saw this and immediately ordered me an exchange on the website. This is the second time I have had to change out the system due to bad QC from Sony... Hoping the third time is the charm. Thanks, Chris!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable, I bought juton on PC and I always enjoy the atmosphere whenever I come to visit. Its like coming into cheers, they make you feel welcome.

This location has always been my go-to store for my gaming needs. Every time I walk in (or call) I am welcomed by employees who care about games just as much as I do - customer service even more. Every body gets a little busy once and a while and I am always acknowledged or compensated for any time Ive had to wait around (or any merch they didnt have available). I would definitely recommend this store over other game stores, even if you had to go a bit out of your way to get there!

Ive been doing my videogame related shopping at this location ever since it was a Funcoland I love it! The employees are the most pleasant people Ive met (in retail) and it is very apparent that they value customer service. I remember back when Mass Effect 3 came out I picked up my copy at this Gamestop and about a week later I noticed the second disc was completely blank! I lost my receipt but they let me exchange my copy for a working one since they knew I shopped there a lot and had credibility. I cant give this store a 5 star rating because it is in a sketchy neighborhood but I can commend the security measures that are used to prevent theft as much as possible.

5 minutes to trade in PS4 for ps4 pro. no hassle, friendly!
