I came in with multiple questions about plans, 5G internet, and phones. Other stores had long wait times, and sent me to this store. Im so glad! Special shout out to Jackie, who spent a TON of time listening to me, looking for options, and strongly negotiating with T-Mobiles over-the-phone customer service to take care of me. She was incredible. I will go back!

The customer service I received at this location was excellent. I came in with a pretty good idea of the plan and phone I wanted, and the associate, Taj, made sure I left with the best deal. He was patient, kind, and a great listener. The three staff members got along great which made for a wonderful atmosphere to wait in while we merged my services from Spring to T-Mobile. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

My family and I were here twice over the last week and a half, once to ask questions, and then to buy new phones. Both times, the wait was a bit insane. Whether it was the holiday weekend, a really good promotion, or just a regular afternoon, I can’t say, but we waited over an hour the first time, and probably at least 40 min the second.And why am I still giving them a 4-star review? Well, if I could give half stars I would, but honestly, the men who work at this store deserve more than 4 stars. Eric, Taj, and Ferris (that’s what his name tag said) were all top-notch. They worked together as a team, they made sure customers were checked in as they entered, they gave each customer their attention, they were engaging, and they each seemed genuinely interested in giving the best service to each person or group that they were with. They were patient and cheerful, even in the face of having to stay past closing to make sure everyone got helped.The one downside to how things were set up was that there were a few people who came in to make quick purchases of a charge cord or something that should have taken just a few minutes. One woman waited close to an hour to make one such transaction, just because she happened to come in after a couple of groups who needed major changes to their accounts. I understand the idea of everyone waiting their turn and being helped in the order they came in, it just would be nice if there was something done to accommodate those situations.

I was previously a Sprint customer and had switched to AT&T and wanted to switch back. I had a pretty rough afternoon dealing with AT&T, Isaiah and Ferris were so helpful! Great customer service and it was a smooth transition back. Im so happy I stopped into this location. It did start to get busy though,so I would recommend making an appointment.

I had an appointment so I went to the store at the appointed time (11 AM Fri July 15) gave my, name phone # and ID. . Everything went smoothly, the person was very helpful. Then I get an email and text message saying that I had missed my appointment and offering to reschedule. Some glitch in recordkeeping?

I have always gotten fabulous service at the TMobile store at the Hub and today was no exception. Taj helped us and could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. He went above the call of duty to help us and we appreciated it so much. And he has the best laugh that is completely contagious. I could not recommend this location more highly!

I had the best experience today with an employee at T-Mobile at the HUB. Eric F. (aka Taz) went above and beyond to help my daughter and I get her phone upgraded. We ran into issues because the plan we were on didnt show up as an option now that Sprint was bought by T-Mobile but Eric F. worked diligently to help get us set-up. Ive NEVER had such good service at a mobile phone store. Eric (aka Taz) did an exceptional job. I wish all people were as helpful and enjoyable as he was. He is going to go places in life.

Armyan was very helpful and polite! He helped when another corporate T-Mobile store was confusing us and giving us the run around for over 1½ hours. Within 30-45 minutes, we walked out of the store with our phones in hand and smiles on our faces. Thanks guys!

Ive been to this store 3 times to switch my phone to a different one. I was told at first to get a t-mobile phone but when i did they said it wasnt compatible and told to get a sprint phone. I got a sprint phone and spent 2 hours there while the employee i was working with had multiple conversations between him and other employees while slowly helping me to find out that phone wasnt compatible. I was then told to get an unlocked phone by the manager, i did and went back and was told again it wouldnt work. The last employee i talked to said no one here is very well trained. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE

Terrible service I ever received, was there to do a upgrade for the iPhone 12 pro max was told that it will be ship to my house waited for 2 weeks to find out that the person who started my upgraded process never process it, very disappointed. The stuff are good, but what they can do for customers are limited. They can’t fix any technical issues or cancel a phone line. I was told they could add a line but not a cut a phone line. If they can add a phone, why can’t they cut a line. The only services you will get at the T-Mobile stores seems to be to purchase phones or accessories ( which are cheaper online by 50 percent). Call customer services like I did for cutting a phone line and other technical issues or you will be wasting your time.

She is lazy and would rather turn people away than put the time in to help. They need to fire her. This place sucks. Will never go back again. Worst experience ever.

There was one young man who was awesome.He saw how Id been sold all the wrong phones.He offered a pixel.Ive been less stressed ever since.we do have to wait around, usually one woman was so a few years ago.i mad a mistake and left my sim card in the phone,next day it was gone.years of baby pictures of my special needs grand daughter gone.She gave attitude about it.becsuse Shes sold me the phone and the phone wasnt what I wanted..when I took it backshe wasnt there.se lost the commission and made me pay by keeping or destroyed my cardIm still effectedI thought I saved it on the cloufm,it didnt saveWell she said to me,The phone is goneit sent it out this morningWith the nastiestOther than experience.Tmoble is awesome.I wouldnt go anywhere else.I mean no where elsr200, .theyre the best

I have never known such incompetency and Bologna I watched as customers are convinced to buy things they dont need on top of the fact that I was there for 2 hours to do a simple function and now my phone service has been altered and I need this for my business.. The service was above and beyond anything I expected. Our customer service representative, Daniel, was thorough, intelligent, helpful and extremely patient as my wife and I bought new phones and changed carriers. He even called later the same day to check if everything was working correctly. I cant say enough good things about this store. Thank you.

GHETTO! Walking into the store should have been a sign that I wasn’t going to have a good experience, but I ended up giving it a chance and, we’ll, I should have just gone to any other location. After standing around for 10 min and trying to look at getting a new phone and tablet, they never even noticed me there. Every employee working was all talking and helping the one other customer together.... can’t believe a place with this kind of work ethic is still in business. There are 3 other TMobile locations within just a couple miles. Go to ANY of the other locations before bothering trying to park in the over crowded strip mall parking lot

Staff only cares about upselling you things you dont need. I waited 30 minutes to pay my phone bill only to be skipped over. The female sales person went over to a man and his daughter that were looking at phones to help them. I spoke out about how I arrived before they did and no one seem to acknowledge that for some reason and acted like I was invisible. Another sales rep came back from lunch and the female told him to help the people looking at the phones. To which I spoke up again about the fact that Ive been waiting for a while and arrived first. The female sales rep didnt have anything to say not even an apology or eye contact. She needs to be fired for lack of customer service.

They charged my wife $60 for nothing, my wife was trying to get off her friends phone bill and start a new plan, well they charged her the money and then the system crashed and we got a big oops, call your bank, nothing we can do, Have a nice day!Well guess whos still out 60 bucks months later, my wife.Go to the Tmobile store in Edina, they actually know what they are doing.We havent gotten our money back but the people in Edina fixed our headache, and got her on a cheaper plan then we were aware of since the guy at this store failed to mention this plan.Drive the extra 5 minutes.

I visited the store at the HUB shopping center in Richfield mn. I needed to get sim cards for 3 lines. My phones had been stolen and time was a factor. Luckily I had a very professional sales staff help me with my problem. She was awesome. I did not get her name but on my receipt its say she was sales rep # ****124. Best service ever!!!!! Thank you # ****124.

Broke my personal rule and went to a franchise instead of a corporate store.They wouldn’t return my 4 day old device.“Prepaid devices can’t be returned.” Return policy says 14 days on devices. No refund on service.“System wouldn’t let us.” Called T-Mobile customer service in the store and all the sudden they could.

Do not buy your phones or service from this store!This store is not owned or operated by T-Mobile itself, but instead by Vision Wireless LLC. As a result, they actually will charge you significantly more than if you bought the device online or by phone. For me, it was $30. After realizing that I got price gouged, I called up T-Mobile and learned something else: T-Mobile is unable to help you with issues you may have if you bought the phone from this store. It turns out that the account and order become locked and cant be modified in any way by the customer support team. The very, very helpful T-Mobile representative I talked to even called up the store only to be rebuffed by the store manager who refused any efforts to be reasoned with.The only reason I ended up okay in the end was that I had purchased the SIM card in the phone online, so I was able to be credited the difference into my prepaid account. If I had purchased the SIM card at the store, I would be out of luck.So, in conclusion, do not purchase a device or plan from this store. You will pay significantly extra and be unable to get service from T-Mobile directly. The store manager will not work with you (or even T-Mobile) to make things right.
