Went in to repair a small chip on my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip screen. A fault of mine but theres a very small dead pixel spot now that didnt really bother me but decided to see if I should get it fixed. John helped me and gave me recommendations, based on his experience and didnt try to swindle me, which I very much appreciated. He is very professional, down to earth, and realistic. I love when customer service gives me straight answers. Would definitely come back when I need another service done.

In terms of the repair/replacement on my flip screen, it was done quickly and well, so far as I can tell. However it was only done quickly because I made the effort to reach out multiple times. I was never contacted and just showed up 30 mins before closing since I didnt want to wait another night for my phone, and the front desk person said oh yeah when I asked for it and found it in a few seconds. So my phone was done but I wasnt going to be contacted? That is unacceptable especially since I was told on the phone earlier that day that Id be contacted via text as soon as it was done.

When I called, I was quoted a price for a new smart phone screen. When I came to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready, they had not fixed it and I had to wait 35 minutes. Then they charged me a price 60 dollars over what had been quoted (had I been quoted that price originally, I would have looked at just living with the cracked screen or buying a new phone). They knocked 40 bucks off the higher price for their error, but i was still was out 20 extra bucks and not pleased with the over-promised and under-delivered time estimate. The repair seems fine.

Recently just tried building a computer with a friend and it mostly turned out, except that it didnt turn on. I am super busy and could only troubleshoot a few times before life took over and I ran out of time. So tried calling up chipheads (Ive used them in the past) telling my story of basically I know I probably just have some cords in the wrong slot. They were going to charge a high flat fee cost which I declined. Looked around and saw this business and they offer a free diagnostic check. Perfect! Place is small, clean and the staff was very friendly. They told me since it was a walk in that it might get pushed back with reservations. Completely understand. They call back that same night (only about 7 hours) telling me what I thought, things plugged in wrong. It still is free and under I believe some days under warranty with them too. Overall if I have any trouble going here first for a first rate service.

Very bad customer service. Brought my phone in after dropping it in water. I left my phone with them for over four hours to see what was wrong with my phone. They finally called me and told me theyre not going to fix my phone because my warranty did not cover water damage. They didnt even tell me what was wrong with the phone. They even opened up my phone and didnt even bother to close it back. There was a huge gap behind the phone. They couldve atleast sealed the phone back up.

Had a cracked phone screen replaced through an insurance claim. Everything was smooth, in and out for drop-off, in and out for pick-up. Good Covid measures in place. I really liked the information posters on the wall for the short time I was waiting for my pickup. They also helped the customer in front of me with her computer issue very well. I will definitely use this service again if I need to.

The people were very nice and informative. I thought I was going to need my charging port replaced, I didnt it just needed cleaned. Other repair shops I called didnt even try to help just said they dont work on Google pixel phones. Didnt even hear my problem. UBreakiFix is like the only place that will work on Google pixel phone. Very trust worthy! It has happened twice now where I have brought in my computer or phone and told them the issue and how to solve it. Brought my Samsung™ Galaxy Note 8™ into uBreakiFix after accidentally dropping and breaking the screen. I was helped immediately and was told the repair would take an hour. In addition to that,my insurance claim was going to expire on January 2nd and I was running out of time waiting for who knows when the battery would arrive.Anyways, Jamie was very friendly and informational. It turned out I didnt need a new battery to go with the new screen replacement. Jamie knew what she was talking about and that made me felt comfortable. Scheduled an appointment on their website for 5 PM on Friday. Receive a confirmation email confirming it. Two days later I drive half an hour to get there and when I show up I am turned away because they dont accept new phones after 4 PM. The next appointment being Monday. So now I drove an hour to get my phone fixed only to have my time completely wasted because this untrustworthy service didnt bother to notify me. Very unprofessional. Ill ship it into Apple instead, who I can trust has higher standards.

Came in yesterday for a in warranty Samsung s8plus battery replacement, they completely destroyed my phone, now the phone is not water resistant anymore, there is water vapor inside my phone and the condensed vapor has destroyed both front and rear camera as well as the iris scanner.Will update in regards to this issue.

Cracked my pixel screen while on vacation. Called for a replacement. They were friendly over the phone and in person. The replacement was done quickly and efficiently and at a better price than other places I called. Hoping to never need their services again, but I would recommend them for your repair or replacement.

I have never spent money here and this is why. My phone had a screen burn issue that was fixed under warranty by those geeks down the street. When I got it back the edges were rough and when I went back to those geeks they wanted to charge me to look at their issue. I decided to go here and they quickly realized the geeks had left the shipping plastic on the screen and just put the phone back together. They got it all out and sent me along. Today my phone was not charging, I called them and they gave me an up front cost to replace the charging port. I went in and they looked at it and found a piece of lint crammed in the port. They quickly got it out and sent me on my way free of charge. This place is an honest repair shop that could have easily taken money from me twice but refused to and simply resolved my issues. I would recommend this place for any type of phone repair.

I feel the pricing is fair if not even better than normal. The quality of technical knowledge and service is fantastic. Brought a cracked screen of a Google pixel 3 into the shop to have it replaced. The phone worked and I was able to scroll on it. After I got the phone back its basically a paper weight. I want to be clear, this place should be called wemakethingsworse.

Brought my phone in to get the screen replaced on an insurance claim and was greeted by someone who really didnt seem to like his job, told Id have to come back in 3 hours and then returned to find it that they couldnt fix it because they broke it even worse trying to get the glass off. Not sure how im even coming up with 2 stars but they were done breaking it within the promised 3 hour window so i guess that counts for something.

My Google Pixel 3 stopped charging. Called Google and they referred me here as an authorized repair shop for google warranties. Had me back up an running in just a couple of hours. Both the guys who I dropped off with and picked up from were both very friendly. If I have other issues with any mobile device and/or tablet I would definitely bring it here.

Certainly the best price. Nice staff but there was a total mix up in terms of the process. Was originally told they could fix my cracked laptop screen at the store. But then after I paid the deposit they would need to send it out to get fixed. Not a complete problem since they were literally half to price as anyone else. But the challenge is that they never told me about it and I had to call them and ask.

Absolute disappointment. From the moment we stepped in, they were not bothered to find out what the issue was with the phone and had already decided to the last resort of hard reset. They did not check us in nor cared of any means to contact us. Simply stated come back in 10mins so we simply waited outside (although there was a line) Chris called is up front to bypass the line and explain the situation of the phone. He stated he could try installing something which might take an hour. We asked if he would check us in or give my friend a call when done. He pulled out his personal phone and put my friends number into his phone. Friend asked to give a ring to recognise staffs number, but Chris stated he would call from office phone. Before leaving we asked of any receipt and he stated he could not as they werent affiliated with Samsung (yet have a Samsung sign inside store & I was instructed by Samsung to visit this location). All sketchy, but we agreed wed wait for a phone call. After 25mins, we received a phone call saying we could come in to pick up the phone & that there could be nothing done. When we arrived, there was a line, but as before since Chris had called us to come in, we did. The people in line were furious at us, although we were simply following instructions. The employees did nothing to resolve the conflict nor did they state how they personally called us in. Dont waste your time here. There are no structures & a bunch of incompetent employees. Oh, mind you theyll scratch your device as well.

Im so happy with how well they fixed my Galaxy s9+. They are a Samsung authorized repair center and use OEM parts so your phone remains water resistant.My screen broke and was no longer working, took it here to get fixed. Not only did the screen get fixed, but it also came with a new earpice speaker(mine was no longer working) and a new battery! Was a bit on the spendy side at $250, but less than the newest Samsung and now I feel like I have a whole new phone. I didnt realize how worn out my battery was before I got a new one.

I dealt with John at the Richfield location who more than exceeded my expectations. After dealing with t-mobile and samsung customer support for a warranty issue on a 10 plus phone, he was way more knowledgeable and friendly then dealing directly with the manufacturer, and fixed my phone with a quick turnaround. I will be coming here for future repairs on any device.

Joe and his colleagues recently did a port repair replacement for me on a GPS device. I was aware that the repair involved delicate soldering. They did a great job, did it quite promptly and at a very reasonable price. Because of the soldering situation, a number of other cell phone shops declined to tackle the repair.

They were super helpful and extremely nice and patient, they tried to help me over the phone first, and when that didnt work they fixed it in store for me. Dropped my phone off with a faulty speaker and it was ready and fully functional within hours. It turns out the connection was loose and the part itself was fine, but it was good to know that they actually had spare parts in stock if it had to be replaced. Will not hesitate to bring my phone here again in the future!

I spilled a glass of water on my MacBook Pro. Took it in the next day for diagnostics. They put it in the dehydrator and later determined that my computer was fine. They didnt charge me anything for it. I really appreciated their help!

I went to this location to replace a cracked screen on a Pixel 3. The store did not actually book an appointment when I called, or booked reservation through Google store. When I came in at the time I requested the appointment, they said they were too busy to repair my phone that day, and said I would have to come back the following day if I wanted it returned same day.When I came back the next day, the completed the repair in 2-3 hours for the agreed upon, reasonable price. Later that evening, however, I noticed that adaptive brightness was no longer working, and that the active edge sensors were disabled. Additionally, the gyroscope appeared to no longer be working as I couldnt rotate the screen, and google maps wouldnt register my direction bearing.I ended up sending the repaired phone to Google, as I realized I actually had insurance. The store requested I bring the phone back to their location instead, but after previous failures at that location, and the long distance required for me to drive there I sent it back to Google instead.It seems uBreakIFixs partnership with google is not well implemented--the store did not file my repair to the insurance plan I have through Google, and would not reimburse the repairs they did to my phone even when they revealed to be faulty. Ultimately a very frustrating experience

Yes, my first thought was, this is really pricey but my phone is something I use everyday. My phone had a crack that was very noticeable and irritated me each day.When I went in, the employee I encountered was very informative and new their stuff. Really wish I remembered his name because he deserves this recognition. The process took about half an hour or more, but when it came out, it was like I bought a brand new phone. I was so happy.I will definitely take any electronic here if need be.

I bought a used phone and thought I had been swindled when it wouldnt fast charge and the charger kept falling out of the phone (galaxy s8). I shopped around for a new charging port and found these guys to have the best price (by a considerable margin). I went in to drop off my phone to be repaired. They took it back and came out 10 minutes later with a fixed phone! Apparently the port was full of lint. They sent me on my way, free of charge. What fantastic integrity! They could have swapped it out and charged me, but instead put the customer first over turning a quick buck. Theyve earned a customer for life! I highly recommend you check them out.

Dont bother scheduling an appointment, they arent used. Its first come first serve so get there early and muscle your spot in line. I went in for a charger port fix. I wandered around the neighboring areas shops for the next 6 hours. Eventually returned and asked where the phone was. They said they replaced the screen but judging by the condition of the other parts of my phone, I think they just transfered data to a completely new device. Thanks I guess, but why tell me it was the same device with a new screen? Anyway, they did the job well enough but dont expect to hangout at Starbucks for an hour while they work because it may take a while depending on your issue.

Wow! Is all I have to say. I was very sceptical after driving all the way to the Apple Valley location and them saying they dont fix Samsungs under warranty and then they sent me to this Richfield location. My screen wasnt cracked but had a weird white light at the bottom of the screen that came out of nowhere. I was scared that like other locations they would lie or try to scam me and say I did something that I didnt, but instead I was greeted by a wonderfully nice lady and she brought my phone to the back for the guys to examine and got my screen fixed under warranty for free. And all of that under 2 1/2 hours! I can not say thank you enough! Friendly service and true! I would suggest this place to anyone! Thank you!!! 🥰

I really appreciate the staff of this store. All of them were thorough and helpful at every moment. I consider them underpaid and probably under appreciated considering their service on my 15 MacBook Pro. Apple quoted $1500, they quoted me a price better and a guarantee. Granted, it came with risks, but for $1500 I would be ready to purchase a new computer. I wont say what I left with, but it was a steal and wouldnt hesitate to head someone to the same staff and management again. Thanks guys!!!

Walked in to repair the screen on my phone. Was helped by two guys. The guy at the counter suggested I check my insurance to see if they could cover it in the same fashion as if I lost my phone. Sure enough, they did! Pair $30 to fix the screen on my phone through my insurance and they saved me over $100 at some places! Super stoked I saved and my phone looks like it’s brand new!! It was a cool place. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. I took a star away because they didnt fix it in the time they said they would. It was supposed to take 2 days and it took 4. Other than that, I have no complaints, and would go back there again.
