Andrea was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was the only person working but stayed late and had everyone that was there taken care of calmly and efficiently. Attitude is everything and hers was top notch. We had a number of issues to address and she handled them all very well.
Today, my mom and I went into the store to make a few changes to our phone plan and upgrade my phone. We needed to cancel my sisters phone because she passed away a few months ago. My mom was very hesitant to do this because it was important to her that she was able to keep my sister phone and everything on it. Once arriving to the store, we were helped by Andrea, who turned out to be absolutely amazing. Not only was she able to help us make all the necessary changes to our account and upgrade our phones, she was incredibly kind, empathetic and personable. She was so understanding towards my mom who had a really hard time presenting the death certificate and. Explaining why we needed to cancel my sisters phone line. I hope Andrea knows what an impact her kindness made on my mom. She went above and beyond today, and is an amazing asset to this location and the company. She even provided us with her contact information, should we have any questions or concerns, we know we’ll be helped by someone who truly cares.
Andrea was amazing. This place offers such great customer service. She was able to create me an at & t account and provide me with a brand new phone number and access to cellular network in no time. Man the way she’s able to take care of customers reminds me of my grandma and how she’d take care of her kids. For real tho if you ever visit this store make sure to ask Andrea for help.

My wife and I came into the store to replace her phone that stopped working earlier in the day. The sales people at the Richfield MN store were phenomenal. The newer gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable. A really personable person that provided great service. There was also a female there whose knowledge was second to none. She displayed great leadership qualities by allowing the newer gentleman to work with us and provided support when necessary. They were both a great team. I will be looking forward to working with both of them again on my future upgrade
I went into this store a few weeks ago to have my service reinstated with AT&T after moving from my employer’s plan. Bri and Andrea were amazing. They handled the conversations with my previous carrier so professionally and were so knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. They were far better informed abt what steps had to be taken than my previous carrier rep was and got it all taken care of for me in 15 mins. Fantastic experience with these ladies and with AT&T! Got to this location 6.45pm to pick up a phone. The attendant refused to attend to me because he/she claimed that it’s almost time for him to close. Rude and impolite. Bad customer service asking me to go to another location.He/she should have the doors closed if they are closed for business.
Jeanne and Bri know their stuff. Much easier to deal with than ATT corporate.

Each of the technicians, Celinna and Kevin, were very patient in attempting to remedy my problems with the screen protector program that I thought would be applicable to my situation. Celinna explained things thoroughly and Kevin searched records for my purchase. Jeanne, the manager, was able to find a suitable replacement protector at a reasonable cost. (I had bought into a gadgetguard program that was not available anymore....annoying!)Thanks to each of these AT&T employees. Great service and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this store and personnel.
I have 6 phones on my plan, 5 of which needed new phones. I went to the Richfield, MN store and worked with Nathaniel who was wonderful & very patient with all of 5 of us. We all felt very safe in regards to COVID and the store’s consideration for their customers. Nathaniel was amazing and provided us all with outstanding customer service!

We had an exceptional experience while at this location today. We couldn’t wait to get home a review a shop that we had such a good experience at. We were helped by Alexa. My wife and I were treated with a personal and friendly salesperson that truly put our needs first. Not to mention our two little ones under the age of four. We were truly given a five star experience. Alexa even let us know about a deal that would help another family member. We gave her a call and boom there was Alexa to make it a quick and painless process. It was such a great experience that I will recommend Alexa and her team to anyone I know. It is so nice to know that we weren’t being tugged around by the “cell phone” industry, but rather guided through the process by a professional and polite staff! Great work AT&T staff. Earl was very personable and easygoing. He made finding what I need easy, and listened to my needs in helping me pick a phone suitable for my lifestyle. Initially I was reserved because of my credit score, but Earl reassured me that the credit score wasnt important its how you handling it moving forward. He got me in and out in a timely manner which I explained was very important to me. Overall I was very happy with my service and so in love with my phone !

Our family had a fun & great experience with the entire staff at the Richfield AT&T store! We brought in two old iPhones and they walked us through all kinds of pricing options and helped us find the best promotions/deals on two new iPhones. They helped us set up the new iPhones which wasn’t easy because who remembers any of their iTunes/iCloud passwords. Thank you, Alexa & Brady!

Anna messed up our upgrade process, she didnt give us receipts of anything! Briana needs to be trained in how to treat costumers after my problem was solve with her help and a Hispanic guy the only thing she messed up with was when she came out of the storage or office and I was the only costumer she dont even say hi, she went directly with the Hispanic guy and talking to him like ignoring I was there. After all they took the old phone I upgraded (because I didnt receive a returning label and box for the last 7 labor days) and I say thanks to him and he answered back, he was very helpful and polite very high work ethic, but when I say thanks to her she dont even answer back. Come on Briana if you hate your costumers or your job find something that makes you happy and Dont act like costumers are going to ask you things for free. By the way is a franchise so I really recommend you to go to the southdale mall att or MOA att or definitely make your upgrades or trades directly with att calling them. We went in to get help fixing a problem with our phone connecting to the network. Manager fixed it in 10 minutes, and was very very helpful and courteous. Will certainly come back again.
Employees either dont understand ATT offers and eligibility, OR they intentionally lie to customers to get them to sign contracts. Incredibly dissappointed in their thousand dollar mistake. Stay away!
